I traveled from East London to try the halal Five Guys. The staff was nice and the burger was okay. However, it definitely isn’t worth £22. There are far more delicious and cheaper halal burger spots in London. It’s not worth the journey if you’re not a local.Also, all the drinks are from boycott brands. I recommend bringing your own drink if you avoid brands that support the blue and white flag.

I had a burger from Five Guys. I went with my friend. I really enjoyed going there. The atmosphere was great. The burger was great. The burger was very tasty, very juicy, I really enjoyed eating it. I had a strawberry milkshake. It tasted great because it was freshly made. I want to tell everyone that you should also go to the Five Guys shop and taste the food. Five guys park royal the best thing being it is halal. It was a mid experience nothing spectacular, but it did have good optional add ons. Prices are quite expensive for gourmet burgers. The place itself is nice and the drinks available are a good variety.

Overall, the burger is a 3/5 rating in my opinion.

I ordered from ubereats yesterday and unfortunately they didn’t get the order right, ubereats were of no help but I contacted the restaurant direct instead. Spoke to Hasnat and he was extremely helpful and gave me the correct order which I am grateful for. Very good service and food is nice as well.

I waited far longer than necessary, only to be ignored. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero respect for customers.

I ordered the chicken and rice — it was delicious, and the portion was very generous. I asked for extra salad, and the staff kindly added it free of charge. Great customer service, and the food is tasty too. The place is clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

I usually love Pepe’s!!! I always go to the Wembley central one. This one is a disappointment. Anytime I’ve ever gotten wings they have been juicy and delicious. These were insanely dry. NOOO SAUCE AT ALL. Not spicy. I got a chicken and rice and it was DRY. The chicken was so dry I almost threw it out. It was overcooked with ZERO sauce. Learn from the Wembley guys…

Place is nice and clean but the positives end right there. Everything else is awful. Ordered 18 wings, only to be give flat bones with little to no chicken. With the miniscal amount of chicken on each wing it was dry and overcoocked with no sauce. Been to many other locations and have never been disappointed.

I'm giving it 5 ⭐ but it's a 4.5 really, the hot dogs we had were slightly undercooked in my opinion but still pretty good, the cheesy fries were absolutely amazing, salted just right and a great amount of cheese, the milkshakes let me down tbf, no banana flavor? It's called THE shake shack, what shake place doesn't do banana?? And like 3-4 flavors in total? The strawberry shake with chocolate sauce had no strawberries in it because I couldn't taste any, all in all come here for the food not the shake

This joint satisfies all cravings. From a brilliant array of smash burgers to a superb chicken thigh burger. The wings and the fries are perfection with a variety of flavours available to choose from. This place also hosts one of the best tiramisu’s in London. It’s got everything!

The customer service is amazing here. The owner is really welcoming and looks after you as a customer. I definitely recommend this place to anyone craving a top tier burger.

Simply the best burgers in the local area (Stepney Green/Mile end). So glad to have a place that doesn’t have dead, tasteless burgers. The meat in the smashed burgers is moist and juicy, I love the amount of sauce/cheese used (if you don’t like a saucy burger this may not be for you). I enjoy watching the sauciness drip from my burger whilst fireworks go off in my mouth from every mouthwatering bite. The chips however are a hit or a miss, not always satisfied with these but due to the great burgers I’ll keep coming back.

Food comes in a sturdy, recyclable box. Restaurant is inside a plant store, amazing unintentional aesthetics. The sauce sachets that come with the food needs to be changed as they do not compliment the meal at all, basic ketchup would be a better choice.

I went in with a couple brothers and my expectation at first from looking at the location was not all that but I was surprised Alhamdulillah. First we had to scan the qr code on entry to look at the menu. And the options were amazing with the prices were decently ranges out. We ordered two mixed platter for two. The Double Smashed Burgers was the best HMC burger I have had in a while. I would give the burger an 8/10 but that's just me if anything I should have added the chili sauce to overall boost the flavour but that's on my side. The chips I would give a 8.5 out of 10 it's just the and tastes overall peri peri powder tasted really nice. And the Dynamite wings tasted really spot on I just felt as though I should have used more sauces to experiment with I would give it a 8/10. The
TIRAMISU was a 10/10 I have never had one as good as this Alhamdulillah. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos of it since I was just hungry. But everything was just on point with it. The customer service was a 9/10 and the overall experience was a 10/10. Everything was made fresh and it wasn't much of a wait considering the also had to make takeaways.

The best halal wagyu burgers I've had. They are so juicy.  The wings are to die for. Simply smashed have simply outdone themselves and it's no wonder I'm a frequent returning customer. Immensely pleased

A lady was waiting in the queue for 10
minutes, as everyone else. On the moment she got her order, it was already cold, as the meal had already been exposed but no one called her number.
On the time she got her meal is was cold, and she told this employee that her burger is cold, as him reply " Bin it, if don't like it". I took a picture of him .
So if you want to be treated like that, best place to come is KFC Leyton ! Thx  buddy for being rude !

It's not what was advertised, it's a regular order for me (due to late night shifts) the size of this is below what the regular size is, I have tried to explain the situation to the staff but their rude behavior did not allowed me to finish first and the next thing that I've been told is that they do not understand the problem with the size of my portion and would not so anything to help, did not even consider to get a refund, but wasn't offered that either

Been there many times as it’s a quick stop for lunch when I’m at work. I only come here when I get bored of Other eating places in the Mill. Food isn’t the greatest compared to other KFCs I’ve had, but certainly ain’t the worst either (thank god for that)! Their chicken is sometimes so crusty that it grazes the inside of my mouth! Also, I’m not fond of their chips with the skin still on it... but that’s KFC in general, not just this branch.

This is the worst KFC I have went to. I would NOT recommend this place, I went there when it was not busy only 2 customers in the shop and it took 10-15 min just to serve me I bought 4 wow boxes and all of the chicken were tiny. I took the recommendation of the staff on my first first and got the cartel donor. Good portions and great taste!! The only thing keeping me from coming back so quickly is the high prices! Drop the price price and I think there would more repeat customers here! As well as more 5stars

Honestly, I don't see the hype with this place, and before people get excited talking about their high rating type in "Nidos Feltham" they have a high rating, but go walk into that shop and you'll see that place and you'll see why reviews can be fabricated.

(It even says on Cartels lots reviews, they ain't even verified by Google).

Now let's talk about the food. My boy got their doner meat, which is supposedly the highest quality Doner around, when I tell you this is the biggest CAP going. If you've ever eaten at Rocky's it tastes just like their kebab and even the BBQ sauce taste the same. No that ain't a good thing that it tastes the same when it's supposed to be in the top teirs of kebab. Next we got the Lamb chops, again they go on about it being the highest quality lamb going, if that's the case then you've got the lowest quality chefs going cause how was the chops chewy and tough, it should be soft like Wattan in Southall. Plus, the chops has barely any flavour going. Next, the Masala chips, it ain't CHIPS should be called Masala Fries. It literally is chaat seasoning on top, so dead and their fusion sauce is just Algerian sauce. Lastly, I ordered the Lamb Shawarma, how is this supposedly best quality lamb, so tough to bite into and plus the sauces don't go well together, even Zaza's on Uxbridge Road is on another level compared to this place.

Hugely disappointed with this HYPED place and before the owner tries coming back with a brick wall defensive response, take the L and firmly hold it. One of west Londons deadest munch places.

Amazing grilled food. The best grilled chicken I’ve had in a long time! Fresh and juicy with banging flavours. Always top quality every single time we visit.

Outstanding food and portion size. One lamb chop is like a big steak. £25 portion of 4 felt reluctant but had to see why and was worth even paying double.

This is by far the best food I have had my entire life...I literally had to ditch my diet for one day to fully enjoy this meal. Wow! Wow! Wow! It was worth every bite. If you are visiting UK, you must stop by Grill Cartel to try out this food. The owner was extremely friendly and educated us on the meal prep process. He even gave us samples. We need a chain of this cuisine in the US, please!

Saw this place on social media and thought I'll give it a go. Had a craving for a meaty burger.
I got the big smac and my husband got the pastrami.
Both burgers were delicious.
Pastrami one has that salty meaty taste.
We also got fries but I wouldn't bother next time, not worth the price.
Drunks are really expensive too.

Had the Pastrami Burger and Mashed potatoes. It was pretty good. So it's basically beef patty topped with Pastrami. Interesting combo, but works.
It's a collection only restaurant, but it also has a sit out area if you really can't wait to get home lol.

So you fancy something different, something special, an explosion of flavours? Bun & Sum is a place tucked away in Bow, in an Industrial Estate. There is outdoor seating for 24 people on four park benchs. This place was BUSY, so leave plenty of time. Walking distance from Bow Underground Station and Bow Church Overground. If you arrive by car, then you can park on the pavements while you enjoy your food.

The food, the drinks, the menu are different. The flavours are incredible. The price is just above what we are all used to, but it is worth it 100%. I went for the Pastrami burger. I saw a famous food reviewer from Birmingham visiting, not to review but simply to eat.

Just the right place for a break after shopping around.  KFC is well known for its fast food as always so I took my break. The snack bundle and a Pepsi cola was awesome and the chicken pops was very tasty too.Enjoyed it as they say it’s finger lickin good.

Ordered 10 piece bucket meal in store (takeaway). The 2 bite size chicken pieces pictured count as 1 piece each (unbelievable). The family said they look refried as the colour was considerably darker than normal and compared to the other proper size pieces. At a time when eating out is getting pricier with price increases from every direction, it is more important for the consumer to get value for money. This might aswell have been an 8 piece bucket meal, also what's with the Christmas edition bucket design in the middle of February? Highly unprofessional for a franchise branch that represents a Global company. I usually don't have issues with this branch, but had to highlight those 2 small bite size pieces

Krispy cream burgers succulan chicken wings saucy as can be and tender all in one. lets not forget the milkshakes and deserts had the orea and for an ex smoothy cafe worker they definarly got it right.Basically the food is so good you dont need to post a picture of it you will eat it up before you even think of picturing it. I call it excuisite fast food dining. fast food that is cooked fast enough but taste like you waited hours for it to be ready.  5 stars all round.mac and cheede is a different level

Came here to support the brothers business, however I can't lie the food was very poor. Ordered 2x somalian burger meals should be called soggy burgers. Took about 30 mins for food and made me feel 🤮. Very oily, messy and soggy.  Its a 1 time experience for me. Only way I would ever come back if he sells his mums hilib and baris like back in the days.

How do I get started, the flavours are impeccable. Wings have to be one of the best wings I’ve ever had, chicken falls of the bone, the sauce is just indescribable. Next the chips, nice and salted. Finally the burger, this is just insane, I got the somali fried chicken burger and man it didn’t disappoint at all. The special sauce in there with extremely soft buns, its amazing. All that and a drink for £10, you ain’t getting them prices no where else. Honestly an amazing place. Easy 9/10 for me.

Honestly speaking, if you’re looking for a proper food spot then this is the place for you. You don’t find places that do the Somali fried burger and I guarantee it won’t disappoint. D goes lengths for customer service and customer satisfaction physically and verbally to give you the most warm welcoming. Well deserved 5* stars from me.

The chicken was crispy, tender and cooked to perfection😍 we ordered two burgers, chicken tenders, wings and a wrap. The portion sizes were decent and filling. This is a cute lunch spot.

I visited Slim Chicken on Saturday. It was crowded with customers. However, we manage to get a seat to dine in. Non-veg served here is halaal. We ordered mix & match 5 & 5 Meal. The slim tenders & wings were crunchy and tasty. However, I found a few tender pieces were not cooked properly. I didn't expect this from Slim Chicken. Crowded customers would be the reason for this to serve faster. Otherwise, everything was good.

They have dine-in and takeaway options as well. They have Tender chicken, Sandwiches, Wings, Salads & Wraps, Sides, and Shakes. Meals are served with Texas toast, seasoned fries, house sauces & a bottomless soda.

A decent place for a quick and tasty lunch if you avoid the peak lunch period and don't want to spend too long there as it seems to be full of kids most of the time so can get a bit noisy. The chicken tenders tasted fresh and was cooked really well (not dry) as were the fries. The seasoning on the chicken can be a tad salty at times so the sauces are a must. Ordering through the kiosk machines was easy and pretty quick, I like the idea of taking a table number and scanning it to your order if you're dining in. Portion sizes are ok for the money you're paying and slightly better than other eateries in the area.

As I was in Central London, I decided to continue my search for the best fried chicken possible.

My first impression of Slim Chickens was good - it was busy, with a nice style to the decorations, resembling a 1950s American diner. All the chicken is Halal. Unlike many other chicken eateries, they still have table service rather than the Bluetooth pagers that buzz when your food is ready, which felt nice and a bit old-fashioned. The wait for the food after the drink had arrived was a long one, however.

As always, I order a chicken burger meal with three wings - however, they had run out of wings (it wasn't even the end of the day). I substituted a popcorn flavoured milkshake as a drink instead of the bottomless soft drink that is the default, for an extra two pounds. This was an excellent decision as the milkshake was very good, if a little too sweet.

The staff member was evidently new, and took a great deal of time to work out how to use the till, with no one to help her. What was meant to be a fast, slick operation really wasn't.

Let's get down to the burger - very good in many ways: the brioche bun is superior to normal bread buns in every way - it has more of a dense, bagel-like texture that isn't as fluffy as the bread buns. The chicken had been fried perfectly to a rich brown colour (so many places slightly under fry) , and the spices in the coating were delicious - BUT...

The burger was the size of half a piece of chicken, let alone an actual fillet! (See picture) for a burger that is priced at £6.50, I really did feel short-changed; it was over in a couple of mouthfuls. Very good quality but tiny.

The chips were good enough rather than delicious - warm and less than crisp, and not very plentiful. Overall, with three chicken wings a burger meal would have been £14 with the standard bottomless soft drink, which makes it cost roughly twice what KFC charges at the moment. It's slightly cheaper than other high end chicken diners though.

The size of the burger and the wait for the food (20 minutes) are my only criticisms. I love that they have hand-spun milkshakes - it seems that many chicken restaurants only have soft drinks, and I like a shake with my burger, so they get positive marks there.

If you like good quality chicken, great place only downside is portions are small, staff do not greet customers with a smile and the orders can be mixed (was in my case).

It’s also priced on the high end of what you expect to pay for fried chicken. Customer service needs improving that’s all.

The best chicken I’ve ever had, literally! They make it so tasty especially the spicy ones, and the price is amazingly reasonable! Every time we are in south London we have to make a trip here too for a taste of Galitos!

The peri peri chicken is just fantastic. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the rice is so flavoursome. If you like it spicy, have the hot sauce, you won’t be disappointed. Incredibly low price too. Highly recommended!!!

They serve some of the best chicken meals i ever ate at a fair price. Both the Man and the Lady are very polite and calm. I would recommend trying them at least once :))

Awful. The chicken on the burger wasn't fresh. The whole place smells awful. It's dirty too. The toilets are disgusting. At least the manager gave me a refund but it will take 1 week to come back to my account apparently.

Most ridiculous service/ system ever. Order kiosk does NOT provide a paper receipt. Apple Pay confirmed payment, including on-phone confirmation. Manager outright and rudely refused to accept the order. Reason: “it’s not showing up on the system”. No acknowledgment that the system is at fault here. Order was refused, insinuating that we are at fault. Worst customer service experience in a very VERY long time.

Wings were overseasoned, dry and didn’t feel fresh. The place itself was crowded. All the tables were either taken or dirty and since the place was understaffed the guy at the desk refused to clean a table (but was kind enough to give me 2 tissues to clean it myself). A disgrace for KFC. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I got kids popcorn chicken bucket. They run out of pineapple, chips was burnt and pop corn chicken was cold. Staff said there was someone there who was new and that’s why there’s issues with order. Not acceptable. Visit at own risk. The burger which they replaced for the pineapple looked broken and eaten what even is that. Very disappointing. Service was also super slow. -10/10.

Overall - Sub par customer service and poor cleanliness have left me unimpressed. Unless you really want KFC in Earl's Court and getting take away I'd suggest go elsewhere.

THE PLACE - When I initially came in there was rubbish everywhere. There was a guy cleaning but it's really not a great first look. I didn't feel comfortable putting my bag down.

THE STAFF - Generally polite. I ordered 3pc chicken on it's own to eat in. The guy serving gave it to me in a take away bag with no tissues or wet wipes. One thing I noticed while waiting was that a few customers didn't get the right order and one member of staff was suggesting the customer wasn't being clear (which could be true but again doesn't look great).

THE FOOD - I can only judge the chicken which tasted fine. It's KFC after all. It was a bit greasier than other places though so having the wipes would have really helped.

Amigos Burgers & Shakes

Tried to order off Click & Collect and only three branches available on a website that’s barely functional… no drivers on Uber Eats either, so I ended up going hungry. Normally love your food, would recommend updating your site to be more user friendly in the future

Had the Jacob burger. Overall would say its a 8/10. Very buttery taste but still flavoursome.

4 stars because the chips were terrible. Very starchy and resembled a cardboard taste. Hope they improve that - but would have the burger again

The food is 5 stars however would have to give 1 star rating and will not be coming back 100% due to menu prices changed. I’ll show you a picture below what the original menu was but was changed few days later. The prices all gone up by £1+

I've visited this place several times and I've never been disappointed in food. They have a good variety of meal options which are all delicious and tasty. The manager is very friendly and helpful, and so are all of the staff. The chicken breast pita meal is one of my favourites and their garlic sauce is the best !! Good price, highly recommended.

Dont use. Was served brown lettuce in both brugers. One must ask how low the standards are when lettuce that is going bad is being used.

Absolutely amazing food. The chilli wagyu burger is juicy and cooked just right with the chillis adding a great natural kick rather than some chemical stale sauce. The lamb chops are generous in size and once again incredibly juicy. Coming off the bone with ease, full of flavour. The wings have great marinate and you can taste the difference with the use of a real flame grilled BBQ. Great value for money when you consider the quality of the meat they use and portion size. Fantastic customer service too, very friendly and going above & beyond. Will definitely be ordering from them plenty in the future.

Juicy grilled chicken with a sticky marinade that the chips love to mix with. The Angus is delish with tlc given to the condiments. We are in silence the the pictures we took were an inconvenience to the party in our mouths. These guys are flavour masters. No corners cut. Delish. Eat and thank God. Please keep up your quality! I’ll be reviewing the wagyu separately as it deserves it’s own post. I have to schedule my wagyu fix so I don’t abuse my cholesterol levels. Today was the day it was NOT scheduled for. I look forward to my wagyu return.

Shake Shack Gatwick

If your new to shake shack you need to understand something before you order , the burgers are on the smaller side but are very delicious. This is not an issue just for this particular shake shack it’s a pretty standard across the franchise. I ordered the stack shack which is basically a double burger which was delicious and had a 50/50 which is lemonaid and Ice team which sounds like a odd combination but is actually very good.

We had some chicken burgers while waiting for out flight at the Gatwich branch, and it was good!
Service was fast and the food came in hot and tasty. Definitely give it a go if you’re looking for somewhere to eat before your flight

First time trying the breakfast option: it was tasty and made to order. Fries for brekkie was interesting though was nice and crunchy; would recommend. Overall it is filling before an early flight.

Bear in mind it is on the premium side; the two burgers and fries were circa £18-20 - could be standard pricing or airport tax. If you are on a budget best to bring your own food or get a meal deal from boots.

Service was friendly and freshly made. It could be due to the early hours though felt a bit understaffed in terms of clearing the trays around.

They have quite a bit of seating area available, though does fill up fast even during the early hours.

If you have an empty water bottle you can fill it up near their front or near the toilets.

I had a pleasant breakfast at Shake Shack at Gatwick Airport after a long journey. I had the Herb mayo bacon fries, hot dog and a cup of tea  which the perfect amount which was nice that Shake Shack finally has hot drinks as I was a former employee of Shake Shack and hot drinks did not existed. The lady behind the till was very lovely and we understood each other.

2 milkshakes and 1kids sized burger for a whopping £25 really was not a nice way to start a holiday. Very overpriced and we were told that if we ordered fries, it would take 10 minutes longer. Unfriendly staff. Long queues. Won’t be supporting them in the future.

KFC London - Leicester Square

Apart from the long wait during the lunch period I was not at all happy with the temperature of my food as well as the portion sizes. When I left I found out the potion sizes were small apart from the burger. The burger and wings tasted good but that was about it. Being in a popular location in the heart of London this should be much better and food should be delivered quickly and hot or very warm. Not lukewarm. Will not be coming back here any time soon and I love KFC. Oh and lastly this KFC does not accept survey discounts from your receipts. Shocking I know as they said they don't use it anymore. It's strange how others do.

The place is a disgrace to KFC Brand name. The seating area was like a tip site. The bins were hidden by the piles of waste wrapping paper. The chairs and tables were beyond believe with food waste and dirt. Yes I asked for a manager, but was  left with a team leader who did not want to hear my comments and complain about the mess. He did state it was in hand. Maybe, but I'm sure the food inspector would have had a few questions on the state of the shop. I hope someone of responsibility reads my comments and take firm action to getting this outlet back in good order. This food is getting more expensive than ever. We deserve a clean place to sit and enjoy our meals.

Ok value for money but food was warm after a 10 min wait, not worth complaining. Staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other than serving Customers. Toilets were dirty and no soap or loo roll in Ladies.

I've always found KFC in Caribbean superior, because the chicken seems cleaner. No slime and the entire skin and coating doesn't come off with the first bite. This KFC is good. Chicken cooked well. No slime and coating stays put. Only issue it's a bit hectic. If you needed the loo, I'd advise you to go before you go, because there's always a big queue. Also someone got locked in and needed help to escape. Lol

I would give zero stars. The worst customer service. The fries apparently has to take 25mins to cook. The queue was so long and my number to collect was completely past, no receipt paper left in machines. I was ignored by the server who was giving the food out. She wouldn’t check my number or ask. Awful presentation with food. How is this still open??

Juice Junkiez

Amazing vegan menu - I had a shrimp bubble waffle (savoury) ! It tasted delicious and I contemplated getting one for home.

Had to wait 15mins after ordering and the ticket number system was all over the place. Prices were on the high side else would have got another.

Food was good but the customer service was awful. The guy who was operating was super rude and  misbehaved with us. He asked if we wanted chili on top and I said “Yes” but he was offended that I didn’t say “Please”. Like c’mon you can’t force someone to say what you want. I am visiting from US and this gives me a very bad impression of customer service in UK. He started giving me lessons on manners. These people themselves need to learn basic manners and the owner should take notice of this.

I don't know about the food as I've never tried it but cocktails are good and served in the same fruit. The watermelon one with rum was quite strong but piña colada was nice. If there is a lot of people ordering you might need to wait a bit as the customer service is not very fast.

Stopped by with some friends and the lady serving his was really really really friendly. Service with a smile and some lovely conversation

My friend bought a dragon fruit juice and really really enjoyed it. The lady serving us let us also sample some vegan Nutella they had and it was really nice, and I don't even like Nutella

Best juice i've had (pineapple)! No packaging required. Amazing flavours. Vegan friendly. List goes on... Simply the coolest juice company ever! I cannot wait to try their other juices, Watermelon looks great, when i'm back in Camden!

Our chicken is Halal. And we have loads of vegan options.

KFC Hackney - Mare Street

Telling all deliveroo riders. Guys don't go this shop because they don't care about your time and they disrespect every riders. Especially INDIAN AND SRI LANKA STUFF VERY RUDE AND BAD BEHAVIOURS AS WELL.(girls and old lady) if you guys boycott this shop for 2 or 3 days.. it would be good for every riders and delivery drivers as well.

So i ordered from this exact kfc last week on uber eats. I left a kind review as i didn’t have any issues towards the delivery. After i had left the review i realised that kfc took a £4.50 tip from me without my permission, i have tried to get it back but i’m unable to. i’m a school student so i’m not able to freely give out £4.50 as i need the money. i’m disappointed.

Not going to order from uber eats kfc anymore they forgot to add chicken popcorn and my child was very hungry craving those. Tried to call but line always busy.

£5.50 for a single vegan burger with some soggy limp bread.

Grizzlys Canning Town

Delicious food, quality ingredients and excellent service plus generous portions all reasonably priced. Owners know what they're doing and this place stands out from the plethora of burger joints popping up everywhere. My new favourite burger joint. Definitely will be visiting again.

One of the best restaurants for grilled quality food I have been to lately, loved the grizzly bear decor inside and spacious seating area which was perfect for a family lunch. The grilled chicken wings, chop and half chicken with mango and lime were really tasty and impressive mocktails too especially the passion flavour one kicks a punch! Friendly staff and great service. Would definitely recommend that you pay a visit to this family friendly joint!

I’m very pleased to see a Grizzlys closer to home as the Plumstead branch serves some of the finest wings you can find in London! This new branch is no different as the wings were just as good. Try their fiery wings if you like it nice and spicy and their coleslaw burger packs a good punch. Me and the lads had no complaints and will definitely be returning for more. The place looks amazing with lots of attention to detail.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and plenty of them which is always nice.

Nice looking place, friendly staff, interesting menu, food was ready quickly and the price was very good. Only shame is that there is no beer and the sauces are a bit unusual, would prefer something a bit more traditional

I love their Burgers and their recipe. My recent order as usual food was delicious and yummy. Staff behaviour was really friendly and helpful. They guide me good and restaurant was clean and tidy.

Disgusting overpriced food. Absolutely do not recommend and the lady who served us was very rude. The only decent thing was chicken nuggets and fries. The photo of burger I have shared is of a burger which is no form of chicken in my opinion. One of the worst food I have experienced.very very disappointed.

In response to the owner's reply, the male member of staff  offered to get another burger when we showed him the pink, uncooked burger, but i would not risk it and requested for a partial refund instead which would have been fair. He refused saying that he does not have the authority to do that and asked me to leave my phone number for the owner to contact me. What good is that going to do us when we travelled one hour to go to this place, and ending up getting such horrible food. Also the burger owner is referring to, yes, i did ask the lady before ordering that is this processed meat and she said yes, but at no point she mentioned "buttermilk", as stated by the owner's reply. Whatever it was, it was disgusting and i honestly do not recommend any burgers from this place. As i already said in my reviews the chicken nuggets and fries were ok. I have taken time to explain everything in detail to save other people from having the awful experience we ended up having.

Great place, food quality is very good and tasty! Selection of drinks including tango ice blast. Burgers are all delicious!

My meal cost me £6.28. I got a breakfast roll, fries and a coffee.
At first glance I feel as though the price is expensive, especially since the coffee is small, but the fries were a good portion as was the roll. Taste wise, the roll was nice but the beef was a bit salty. The fries were cold and the coffee tasted funny as though they used powdered milk.

Absolutely appalled and disgusted at the quality of the food I received, clearly no care was taken in making my order as soon after my order arrived pit stop had closed, so clearly my order was rushed. Pit stop should be embarrassed by the way they prepared my order and ashamed that they think the way my burger was prepared was acceptable to serve to customers, absolute shambles. My first time ordering from these guys, never again. Will be leaving a google review as my reviews get hundreds of views, I have local guide status in the Ilford area. If anyone is going to order from Pit Stop they best ensure they do not do it a good hour or two before they close otherwise you will be served with leftovers. I have taken pictures of the state my burger arrived in. These guys are supposed to do fairly premium burgers, I’m better off buying a burger for two quid from your basic chicken and chips shop than pay the £9 I did for this joke of a meal. Also, they did not provide two cheese slices and not anywhere near enough onions as described in their prep duct description, no sign of mustard either, absolutely horrendous

In response to my original review the restaurant clearly has low standards when it comes to the presentation of their food. Even though I have attached images, they have not addressed the poor state in which my food was delivered and prepared. I have never encountered such bad customer service! Will never be ordering from them again.

Brilliant food. Discover this restaurant while visiting the area and it turns out great discovery. Great flours and choices. Nice and Tasty. Lovely guy on service, i think his name was Bilaal.. Looks to me guy from midland who properly understand food and customer support...

Overall loved the place.

Pleasently surprising. The quality of the food is exceptional as well as the service. The place is kept tidy. And hygiene rules are followed as you could see in to the food prep/kitchen area.
The decor is very pleasent. Prices are average and it has a slight Nandos feel about the place.
The only negative point I could find is that the spicy rice is not spicy enough but not negative enough to deduct a star.

They have a large extensive menu but I feel it’s slightly expensive. Regardless, the food I had was okay but it could have been better for that price I feel. They also have a good selection of drinks. But when you buy a meal you cannot pay extra and upgrade to the fanta ice drink you need to buy that separately which in my opinion is pointless. I think they could do with having more sauces too. But overall it was okay. Yet however the food I found was not excessively salty which is a very good thing!

Got a burger meal for £11 to eat-in.
I was starving and really looking forward to it. Shop looks awesome and good reviews.
But it was just extremely disappointing... I even had to bring the burger back and point out that the burger I had was missing toppings like gherkins (it looked nothing like the pictures on the screen). Burger was very dry and just such a let down for the price. Chips and steamed veg was ok. Again... Terrible burger which is what I was there for.

Awesome place with tasty food I suggest every one to visit this place and the staff was really good mouth watering dishes never had before😄

Absolutely disgusting the meat was red and the chips were freezing cold paid £1.50 for a little can of coke and just so everyone knows the cheat meal fries comes with jalapeños and red onion all went in the bin!

This is what they call loaded fries, soggy limp onions ontop of some wack re-fried chips. Burger salty & flavorless too. Big disappointment. Used to slap but this is a joke

On our move in day we ordered from here as it was local. We ordered burgers and chicken with chips. The burger looked delicious, fresh salad, just cooked hamburger and chips were nice and hot.  Chicken has a nice flavour and wings have a great kick. Great service from the young lady who was very busy. Would recommend and go back for a takeaway again.

We came here last night and got 5 grilled buffalo wings, sweet potato fries and a 6 southern fried wings meal. Everything was really tasty and cooked well. The flat wings were also bigger than expected! The venue was clean and Rehaan’s customer service was amazing, very attentive and friendly! Would definitely recommend!

My wife and daughter tried Grizzlys a little while ago and told me it was the best burgers, salads and chicken they've tried in a long time, better than nandos. They've just brought me back a selection and it's amazing!
Highly recommended it. Shall go back for more on a regular basis. Fab!

The service is really good. However I didn't find the ribs to be cooked enough. I asked for them to take it back and cook a bit extra. They happily obliged and then the ribs were much better. I'd give them 5 stars next time if they get the food right at the first attempt.

We come to London a lot to try out different food spots, this has gotta be one of the best, the service was amazing and the food was something else. You gotta try this spot from Bournemouth!

Great addition to Staines. Not the best wings but great variety of flavours. Boneless chicken I thought was better and buffalo fries are a must. Also delicious churros! I found the service very friendly.

This is a new flash chicken place and is very modern and a nice addition to the high street.

It's not the fastest service with quite a few people sitting around waiting for orders but the food when it came was pretty nice and fresh.

The churos were nice however seemed a bit  undercooked on the inside. Also the music was way too loud.

Amazing staff very friendly and polite and extremely helpful.

Also the food was spot on the tenders flavoursome.

Would come back again to try the other ranges of flavours.

I do recommend if you love your wings and the boneless I tried for first time definitely worth it! If you are in healthcare and have blue light card take it with you and you get discount!

AJ took our order, very useful and helped with deals and getting what we want. All staff giving the food out to waiting customers were fast and diligent as very busy but Mohammad Salal stood out reassuring customers and making sure orders were right.
