Visited Tim Hortons after a movie at Odeon Acton in Royale Leisure Park. This is a 24-hour drive-through location with self-service touchscreens and a busy flow of both drive-in and in-store customers.

I ordered Lattice Fries, a customised Meatless Burger, and a customised Iced Capp. Food quality was good and prepared promptly.

What really stood out was the service. Pulkit, one of the attendants, was extremely attentive, calm, and efficient while managing both drive-through and in-store orders. The entire team handled the rush very smoothly. It genuinely felt like a well-run outlet, and I wish there were a better way to formally appreciate staff like him.

However, there is a very serious issue with the touchscreen menu that needs immediate attention. The screen lists “Hot Honey Lattice Fries”, which automatically goes into the order with no option to customise or review ingredients. Despite the name, this item contains ham hock pieces, making it non-vegetarian. This is highly misleading and could easily result in unintended orders, complaints, or even legal issues, especially given the presence of pork. The menu labelling and flow urgently need correction.

Overall, a very good experience thanks to the staff and service standards. I’m giving 4 stars today, with the missing star solely due to the touchscreen menu fiasco. Fix that, and this would easily be a 5-star visit.

My first evet Tim Hortons. It is a great spot for food, coffee, desserts and snacks, with staff who are always friendly and welcoming. Service is fast and efficient, even during busy times, and prices are very reasonable for the quality. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and family friendly, making it a nice place to sit and relax. Overall, it’s a reliable and enjoyable stop that combines good food, warm service, and a comfortable vibe.

The food was good, but the restaurant was not clean and the toilets were very dirty, far below the expected standard. I visited in the morning, so it wasn’t even a busy time if this is the condition early in the day, I can imagine how it might be later. Very disappointed, and I won’t be returning.

I went to the Tim Hortons in Park Royal and saw a fly on one of the donuts. It was disgusting and completely put me off. Flies carry germs and diseases, so this is a big hygiene problem.

I didn’t buy anything after that. I just walked away because if the food on display isn’t clean, it makes you wonder what’s happening in the kitchen.

Do the big bosses at Tim Hortons even know what’s going on in their store? It really doesn’t look like they do. A health and safety inspector should come and inspect this place it’s not acceptable for food to be left like that.

I hope Tim Hortons looks into this properly. Customers should feel safe eating there, not worried about hygiene.

Great night at Five Guys Park Royal! It’s one of the few Halal-certified locations, and the quality was top-notch.

I've always been curious about what the hype with Five Guys is... now that a halal branch exists I got to find out!

The burger is immensely tasty and the fries are full of flavour - and the quantity is generous.

The vibes are family friend and joyful. Parking is plenty.

I had the Reeses & chocolate milkshake which was splendid.

Highly recommend! I'll be back with the whole family.

Before this Halal Five Guys opened I heard good things about them so was eager to try them out

I ordered the Cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, mustard and ketchup. Also a little Cajun fries.(No drink but they give you a free cup for tap water out of the drinks machine)

You'll need water after eating the fries😀

The burger was delicious and they always give you extra fries in the bag which is a nice touch.

Total cost £16.

Is it good enough to justify the price?

My honest opinion is it should be cheaper around £12/13 for a cheese burger and little fries.

But as a one off treat it's worth it and would come back.

Five guys park royal the best thing being it is halal. It was a mid experience nothing spectacular, but it did have good optional add ons. Prices are quite expensive for gourmet burgers. The place itself is nice and the drinks available are a good variety.

Overall, the burger is a 3/5 rating in my opinion.

I wish I could give minus 100 stars! Extremely disappointing experience. After taking my order, the staff completely forgot about it and started serving other customers who arrived after me. I waited far longer than necessary, only to be ignored. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero respect for customers.

This has to be the best service I have ever experienced and I think we can all guess that our server was ZUBER!! He helped place our order, hand delivered our food to the table and even sorted the dips - he made us feel like we were in a 5⭐️ luxury restaurant!

Food was nice  but service was not great, waiting time was high and my son ordered a  n additional item as a new order but it didn’t come after 30 minutes of order and when checked they missed the order but then again waited long. Staff needs training especially to prevent missing order and long waiting or acknowledging a delay or order issue to customer.

Fantastic food, and fast service. Delicious and fresh. Plenty of cheese and so much flavour. The Carrot cake shake was divine!

It's Difficult to fault the technical application of fast food chicken here.

There seems to be a good process and staff are trained or instructed to say all the right things.

The portion sizes are very good. It will fill you up.

I found the sauce almost overpowering, but still tasty.

They use an ordering system. Which is unusual for a chicken shop.

The food takes a while, as it seems to be cooked from scratch.

I like the fact the food was plated, because i said i was eating in.

Restaurant was kept clean and had a customer toilet, despite the size of the restaurant.

However, despite being busy, the seating area downstairs was closed.

They were very helpful with my no carbohydrates request and adapted my meal accordingly.

I was quite happy with this branch, despite it not be my preferred fast food choice.

I had an amazing experience at Pepe’s Piri Piri! Ealing broadway  The food was fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked, but what really made my visit special was the excellent service from Haroon. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days — Haroon is a real credit to the team! Highly recommend this branch for both the food and the fantastic staff.

The best experience i had from this shop the top class food yummy 🤤 with the best stuff looking after. And being respectful.

Simply Smashed - Quality Smash Burgers

My first trip here, very impressed (and I'm quite fussy). Service was excellent and I saw them cleaning the customer area 3 times in the time I ate my food. The football was on too which was a nice touch. But down to the important bit, the food. I ordered a double smashed wagyu bacon, OG chicken fries, mango chutney wings and the guava ice drink. The burger was rich, juicy and tasty. The fries were delicious, although if I had to pick fault, I would have liked them a little hotter. The wings were cooked well and the sauce was delicious. It's lovely to see some drinks that aren't from Coca Cola as well 🍉

Overall, super impressed and will be returning.

We stopped here for an early dinner on one of the days of our visit to London from Melbourne, and I can say it was definitely worthwhile. Muaz was so helpful, making sure we got the best of what was on offer based off our personal preferences, it made for a great experience and all his suggestions were 11/10. Would definitely visit again!

Pitshop Chingford is a clean, modern spot offering quality halal fast food with great flavor and presentation. We tried the “Go Driver Meal,” which included the House Special Burger and the Double Patty Chicken Burger both were juicy, well-seasoned, and satisfying. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing, and the chocolate milkshake was rich and creamy, a great finish to the meal. The food is halal, which is clearly stated, and the service was friendly and efficient. A solid choice for a casual, flavorful bite in the area.

First time customer, calm and creative atmosphere to enjoy a nice meal with family and friends. Quick service and nice food, however the inconsistent size of chicken tenders is a little bit too crispy for my liking.

I ordered food from them on Uber Eats. The good name of PitStop being a halal McDonald's has gone down.

First of all the chips were overcooked, they are supposed to be like McDonald's fries.

Secondly was the burger. When I took MY first bit the chicken meat was raw and was not cooked.

As a Muslim, I do not throw food in the bin but I had to, as if I ate this I would have had food poisoning or diarrhea. The food was not even good to give to a homeless person either.

I never had an issue with them in past and always chose them over Bims or Slamburger. Looks like Pitstop lost a customer.

Stay away from pitstop Chingford or any pitstop!!

This was my first time ordering from this branch, and unfortunately, it will also be the last. I spent nearly £15 on a Smash Burger meal with a small side, but after one bite, I had to throw the burger away. It was completely flat, with barely any filling, just a plain meat patty and a few fried onions inside the bun. The flavour was far too bland for my liking. I’ve ordered from the Ilford branch before, and it’s miles better than the Chingford one.

We had the Atlantic fish burger meals. The meals were delicious and best burgers we have had. Customer service was 10/10. Can’t complain. Price was good as well.

KFC Leyton Mills - Retail Park

I was not impressed with the chicken KFC delivered. I ordered a 10 piece bucket and the put 7 dry pieces of wings in the order. Not only were they dry, it was rubbery and tasteless.  The customer support on the App is ridiculous also. Avoid deliveries, because you don't know what you will receive. I can only imagine that they gave me the old chicken because I wasn't there to request, otherwise.
The chicken must be mixed evenly or atleast decent pieces. Really put me off ordering again.

Are you kidding me? The low-priced chicken from the street is better than what I had here. Don't give me a response saying, "I'm sorry that the food didn't meet your expectations." This is my second time having the same disappointing experience. Compared to other KFC locations, this chicken is a waste of my hard-earned money. HFA has certified KFC's products in these stores, and the store environments, as halal. KFC has also ensured that the halal certified chicken would also meet the rigorous animal welfare standards employed in the UK, and has consulted leading animal welfare groups about this. KFC insists that all poultry is stunned before slaughter. HFA allows the use of a technique called 'stun-to-stun' - a pain free process that makes the animal insensible to pain and suffering. A verse is also recited from the Quran at the point of slaughter by an appropriate person and the poultry will not come into contact with non-halal meat at any point in the supply chain. KFC only buys high quality, Grade A, farm-assured chicken from trustworthy suppliers, and this will not change.

Bun & Sum

There are mixed reviews but my experience was superb. I had two different burgers and animal fries and they were moist, well cooked, full of flavour and the sauce was very generous. Melt in the mouth style stuff, and the service was execellent. It's literally a little burger bar in a converted 20ft container but it works! (Plenty of eating adjacent)

Avoid this chain of Restaurants they are rip off merchants! The food is bland and disgusting and what you see advertised by food influencers isn’t what you’re served in reality! The owners of this small chain of burger joints haven’t a clue about smash burgers. An absolute joke! How is these restaurants even open lol the burger buns are soggy the meat smells funny and when you order a double patty smashed burger it looks more like beef crumbs lmaooo the chips are nasty and how on earth can they justify £5 for a glass bottle of coke! Even in west end restaurants at best they cost £3.95!! Please boycott Bun Sum stop ordering from this chain they are rip off merchants! The owner should change the name from bun sum to bum some 😂😂😂😂

Can’t comment on atmosphere, but this burger was far from good, not even okay. The patty was tasteless, almost dry.  Overall the sauce overpowered the flavour. I had extra bacon added to my burger and it was terribly chewy and hard to swallow. Lastly, the fries were dreadful , dry chewy , it seemed as if they weren’t cooked well.

Please don't order from here. Placed an order through Uber. Ordered 2 Donner wraps with salad. Salad didn't arrive and meat was soaked in a sauce. Assume this was to disguise the poor quality meat. Normally sauce would come in a separate pot. Food was cold and tasted disgusting. On calling the company was told to order more food (and pay) so they could arrange to send the missing salad. This is unacceptable as not only was the wrap awful but this would have been even colder by the time the salad arrived. The customer service was shocking and they even put the phone down in us. Received a £1 refund from uber for the missing salad. The food wasn't eaten but the little bit we did try has made us both feel really ill. This is a picture of the food taken this morning to show the food was not eaten. Never again!!! And want to warn others not to take the chance and pay for this awful food.

I have ordered dynamite shrimp and chicken burger and I have received 7 shrimp and bun with sprinkled shredded chicken in which I have paid for over £25, horrible quality services, very small portion for what you re paying for and I have called them, no customer service and no  respect of understand towards their customers. Absolute joke!! I don't normally write reviews but in this case I felt absolutely robbed of my money. Ordered a chicken shaworma wrap and received "something" smaller than my palm and filled with mostly salad and maybe 3 bits of chicken (15 grams maybe?), all for just £10. You can tell by the excess tortilla wrapping as you can't normal wrap plain salad. Ah, you kindly added a can of soda thou none was ordered. Thank you but I was hungry not thirsty. Never again!

Visitor from Oxford. Food was very nice, so much for the price. Everything in the pictures was £20, and was incredibly filling I did not eat the milk cake until later. The mega box could easily feed two people. The mac and cheese is up there with the best I've had, the donut smashburger was good, chips nicely seasoned. Wings good but a bit too sweet.

I had to wait about 35 minutes which at the time annoyed me but after eating however it was worth the wait. A lot of reviews complaining about how it's oily/greasy etc yes it is but what do these people expect when coming to a place that has croissants and donuts as buns. It's supposed to be that type of place.

I had an amazing experience at DS Kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the service. The food was delicious, full of flavour and served fresh, but what really made the visit stand out was the excellent customer service.

Fawad was welcoming, friendly and attentive from start to finish. He made sure everything was perfect, explained the menu clearly and ensured my order came out exactly how I wanted. Lush!! I always re-visit this Slims because it's clean, decent food and never a long wait - even though it can be quite busy.

Slim Chickens is one of my personal favourite chicken places in the UK.

Amazing place, the food was fresh and hot. The staff were super friendly and the place was in excellent condition, we had the original chicken fillet and the mix platter (3 wing and 3 strips). The food is halal 👍🏼

Amazing food! The everything is really well seasoned, and the have some unique sauces like the Cayenne Ranch, Gravy Mayo and Slims sauce that are delicious!

I had honey BBQ sandwich, it was delicious and well done cooked! Really enjoyed them.

Moreover, I’d like to suggest offering the option to order the sandwiches without fries. We’re not big fans of fries in large quantities, and it’s unfortunate to see so much go to waste. I hope the management considers adding a no-fries or alternative side option like salad in the future.

Galitos Piri Piri - Streatham

The shop looked properly run down. Even the sign is almost gone. Apart from that, it was brilliant. Wings are actually proper wings like you used to get, not some boring flats with no meat in them. Burger was pretty decent and a good size. Chips was good portion also. He charged me a little less and gave me extra food in top. And for the price they charge, its going to be tough to find another all rounder shop to top this place. With most shops charging an arm and a leg for food, its a breath of fresh air finding a shop still charging a valued price. Really great place. Definitely will be going back again and I recommend

If you're anywhere near Streatham, you have to check out Galitos. I've been a regular for a while now, and I can honestly say this place is a hidden gem. The customer service is second to none — warm, welcoming, and always consistent. You can really feel the care and pride they put into both the food and the experience.

Their peri peri wings and barbecue wings are my absolute favourites — honestly, the best I've had anywhere in London. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavour, and the portions are seriously generous for the price. Very clean branch, gives warm vibes which is not usual, or maybe it because of the people who worked there.

Person who handed me my order was actually smiling, and that smile was human and honest. Great!

Food was ok, I like those mini sandwiches from time to time, fillets are tasty as usual from KFC but those buns fell like they would need some extra time in the oven and got gummy texture.

After the meal ( as you don't get hand wipes anymore) you want to freshen up and wash your hands , however the wash room facilities are abysmal ! Also a wipe down of the tables would be good . The staff are very friendly and chatty though. Size of the chicken pieces varies and can be tiny .

I would like to compliment two outstanding team members at your store — Dani and Saad.

Dani was exceptionally patient, humorous and genuinely enthusiastic throughout my visit. His positive energy and dedication truly stood out and made the experience memorable. It’s rare to meet someone who can stay so warm and attentive even during busy hours, and I deeply appreciate his professionalism and heart.

I would also like to highlight Saad, who remained friendly, professional and cheerful despite the rush of orders. His calm and pleasant attitude added to the great service I received.

Both Dani and Saad demonstrated excellent teamwork and a level of service that deserves recognition. Please acknowledge their hard work and efforts, they truly represent the best of KFC.

HORRIBLE STAFF, head office should look into the staff at this branch, ordered a very very simple order but they messed it up buy the time i got home it is too late not, next time i will check all of my meals, ordered snack box which was okay and a chicken wrap with no supercharger sauce as i am allergic with a hashbrown of which i paid extra for the wrap not only came with supercharger sauce but also a hash brown , the people in the back working tonight need to punished ruined my night, they should pay attention as people have allergies, stupid staff too busy messing around at the back to care. Check all your food before you leave thew restaurant. had to bin my food. waste of money.

Waited a while for food and then a customer came in who spoke the same language as the staff and suddenly he got served straight away with a smile and told to enjoy his food and if he wanted any mayo or ketchup. I got my food after him even thou I was first and got my food thrown at me with no words! Disgusting discrimination!

Was visiting London and drove past this place the other day — decided to give it a try today, and I’m glad I did!

I had the Beef Habanero Jam burger and it was on point — perfect if you like your burger with a bit of a kick. The loaded fries were also spot on, but what really stood out to me were the fries themselves. They tasted amazing — definitely high-quality, not the cheap kind you sometimes get elsewhere.

Overall, a solid 9/10. Would definitely come back!

Clean, aesthetic and simple atmosphere. You can instantly tell even when they serve you and how the food looks it’s so simplistic and beautiful. It’s an eye candy. And the food is absolutely delicious. Super friendly customer service and they’re very happy to see you coming back because you enjoy the food so much. Halal and absolutely worth it.  Reasonable prices, not too cheap like KFC or McDonalds that you question the quality and profit, but not too expensive you will walk out of the door empty handed. Just right.

Again and again the same issue even when i mentioned no one cares, asked for a normal meal but got just two pieces of chicken and the rest are just burned small pieces, the guy who has no hat he just tried  to avoid any customer request, basically he is just touching his hair and keep preparing chips, the receptionist does her job professionally and she apologises also she passed the message to the same guy but he just looked at me and said nothing.i don’t recommend this store 👎🏻

I was a regular here for over a month, sadly the staff are not attentive, I waited for more than 10 mins and even though someone came at the till to answer a phone call order she just blatantly went back to her work. As a working professional myself, I understand the workload and sympathise but ignoring customers at the till is very unprofessional. If I could I would have rated you zero or perhaps a negative if google allowed.
I hope there’s a better change in the employees attitude regardless you lost at least 2 customers alongwith.

The food here is overall good, but there are some hits and misses. The wagyu burger is the standout – tasty,and it is nice. On the other hand, the chicken can taste a bit plain, and the chips aren’t great, often coming out quite dry.

Still, the portions are fair and the burgers are the main highlight. If you’re coming here, I’d recommend going straight for the wagyu burger.

I came here the other day with friends after a long time. The food here has always been amazing, and it was a great visit as usual. I haven’t been coming here as often as I’d liked to, but it’s definitely worth making time for. I’d recommend this place to anyone, and the food will never disappoint you, and the shop is very well kept.

Please train your staff to use more than one paper back as we had 3 burger meals and wrap all placed in one bag. Accident occurred where bag collapsed, all food fell on the ground. Informed the young sister who was there as she answered the call, she did offer to make new meal, but this means coming back to the shop, this has caused inconvenience, you had no great range of drinks, no alternative options with meals as options of popular drinks not available, it seems the young sister has been trained by management to cut corners, don't use too many bags, put it all in one. I miss the old Texas, they were reasonable in price and service, you guys have over priced and quantity is small.

Smoked Chicken like this has gotta be appreciated. And rare to see cooked in a pit barrel. @backyardbbqz seem to be really popular and loved by many and I finally got to try it out. The smoked special was packed full of flavour and for under £13 for the flavour and quality isn't bad at all imo.

Oaklahoma Smash was brilliant. The meat quality was very good and their roasted garlic butter mayo with the spicy mayo just made it more special. A great burger.

The loaded fries could easily be shared and enjoyed these too. The spicy dip burger lacked flavour and kick but the chicken itself was so well done it was still enjoyable. Korean wings were a treat too, I could tell a distinct Korean flavour to the usual and would definitely get those next time.

Overall a solid spot, I'm late to try this but if you haven't, this was near restaurant quality food being served in a food truck and I love how they've gone beyond to provide these extra flavours.

Great choice for our early flight - they open at 4am and serve their whole menu all day. I had the smoke burger (with bacon) and my wife had the sausage and egg breakfast burger

Shake Shack Gatwick Airport: A Subdued Impression Before Take-Off

We stopped into Shake Shack at Gatwick Airport for a late lunch before our evening flight, hoping for the same amazing experience we've had with the brand in America. Unfortunately, what we found felt distinctly "very British" in a way that didn't quite live up to expectations.

The burgers were notably thin and, frankly, didn't leave much of an impression. Similarly, the shake, which is usually a highlight, lacked the vibrant flavors we've come to expect. The crinkly chips were decent enough, but overall, the meal left us with a rather subdued feeling.

Given that there isn't a McDonald's at Gatwick Airport, it's a bit of a shame that Shake Shack, a brand with such a strong international reputation, didn't quite hit the mark for us here. It served its purpose for a quick bite, but it certainly didn't deliver the memorable experience we've enjoyed elsewhere.

Garbage burger and fries for £15. Ordered from the person on the counter - I wasn't asked if I wanted salad on my burger, so ended up with a tiny bun, dry patty, and a slice of cheese. The burger was smaller than my fist - really depressing. Look at my photo! Fries were better, but nothing to rave about. I would avoid.

Not really sure how this place is highlighted as “tasty” or “reasonably priced”…

We ordered two cheeseburgers and two cokes, which came to £28! Whats worse is that the wait time was longer than it took to actually eat the burgers  which were the size of a child’s meal... Photo attached.

Unfortunately, the burgers lacked any real flavour apart from a faint taste of the grill, and the coke tasted more like a watered-down spritzer.

The only saving grace was the server - who was very pleasant and friendly!

Im shocked this place is rated so highly.

Burger, fries and the chicken bites were tasty. It was busy, but a 25 minute wait time for fast food is still too long. If the service were to be improved this could be a great airport food location.

The chicken we use in our Chicken Shack and Chicken Bites in every UK Shack is halal-certified.

KFC London - Leicester Square

I think they had issue with toilet recently but they are open now, fully functional on upstairs lobby.

They have a massive 75 seated upstairs lobby and ground floor with 20 people capacity.

Quick service as well.

Mainly they opens at 10:00 am in the morning till 03:00 am next day on a daily basis.

Apparently one of KFCs flagship store yet it's lacking in many ways.

First and foremost, I've never been more uncomfortable in my entire life at a restaurant. Yesterday 7th June 2025, it was raining outside so decided to dine at KFC with my Mrs. It was very humid and hot on the top floor. For some odd reason all the windows were glued closed and painted over. I spoken to the manager and requested if the Air conditioning could be switched on, apparently it's not working, so I asked if they could switch on just fan mode yet they couldn't do that either.

It says the store has WIFI and power sockets but this is a lie as both the sockets and guest WiFi had been disabled.

The store was filthy with many tables waiting to be cleaned.

The toilet didn't have any hand washing liquid. Makes you wonder if the staff even bother to wash their hands after using the restroom.

The food  both chicken wings and chicken pieces was very stale and old like they've been held past their recommend holding time as layed out in the KFC food safety standards book. The fries were undercooked.

Overall a very horrible experience. Wasn't expecting that from the standards KFC holds especially from one of their flagship stores. Having worked with KFC in the past this store definitely needs a visit from the area manager.

I found this restaurant a busy place. This restaurant is two stories upstair with staircase. However being a busy place its toilets are untidy, drinks is not cold even they don’t have extra ice option, chicken pieces are small.

I was served today by a lovely girl named britley at KFC, and I honestly had such a great experience. She was friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely makes your day a bit brighter while you’re just grabbing food, but she definitely did that.

My order was taken quickly, she was polite throughout, and she made me feel really welcome. Customer service like that makes a big difference!

There is a wait to get the cocktails, and it's quite pricey, but I would always go back here regardless because the cocktails are delicious and refreshing. Honestly, the wait is worth it because each cocktail is made to order and they cut fresh fruit right in front of you to make it. There's a lot of love in what they do and I can't wait to go back and try something new :)

I recently ventured to Juice Junkiez, drawn in by the buzz surrounding their viral watermelon juice served in an actual watermelon. The experience was nothing short of refreshing and delightful. The watermelon juice was exceptionally fresh and sweet, and what made it truly unique was the generous amount of watermelon left inside the fruit, allowing for an extra scoop of fruity goodness after relishing the juice. A must-try for those seeking a sweet and Instagram-worthy thirst-quencher!

Our chicken is Halal. And we have loads of vegan options.

KFC Hackney - Mare Street

Why is it so hard to order over the counter this day. What happen to good customer service at the counter ? I feel like a second rate citizen ☹
My twister wrap was dry ! I think the wrap  was out of date. It just ripped apart 🤦‍♀️ My corn on the cob was not cook properly. Sack the cook !
If only they gave  the same attention to the cleanliness if their shop as they do their online order it would be great !

They close at  2 or 3am

This has to be the worst KFC branch to exist in London. the chicken is so dry always! NO authentic KFC taste at all. Chicken still has feathers and fries are horrible.

Absolutely pathetic i,ve been calling them from the last 15 20 min.i,ve placed an order through uber eats but last time they forgot to send me all my order. And when it came some of the items were missing.
This time today when i placed an order calling them from the last 15 20 min whenever they pick up the call they listen to me and just hanged up.
Thats tottaly rude and unprofessional.

Excellence is key to food restaurants and kfc masters that perfect customer service and an excellent selection of chicken to try j went with my friend once and it became our juicy chicken hot spot it is highly recommended so all should try it out

Grizzlys Canning Town

The first time we have visited Grizzlys was yesterday and the food, service and atmosphere was very nice. Special attraction was the Palestinian flag and their support. They don't serve any drink which has connection with occupied state. Me and husband had lovely time there. We had G special smash burger, and G beef burger, flat chicken wings grill.

Plenty of seating when we arrived, nice atmosphere and the food was fresh and really tasty. What stood out the most was the customer service, especially from Arzu. She genuinely went above and beyond for our group of six and made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend.

Great wings. Got the mix flavour option and every flavour tasted different and very tasty. Sides were of good quality too. Burger was average, nothing to shout about but I would happily have it again. Service was very good all the staff are friendly which is somewhat a nice change for London.

Methi and Aasha have both been amazing. The service they provided was amazingly good. Aasha was above and beyond with her customer service skills, extremely patient and helpful.

Definitely come here to dine. Highly recommend :)

Grizzlys

Normally my favourite night time food place to order - quick and fresh - but recently last few times ordered food has been very disappointing
Just ordered my usual chips nuggets and Algerian double - while the burger was fine the chips absolutely disgusting - probably triple fried or gave me old reused chips - nuggets also - felt like biting on drenched oil ewww. Im sorry but wont be ordering again ! Management conatct me and make things right!

I got an american smash beef burger. Absolutely rubbish. Have a look at the photos for yourself. If i could i would rate the meal 0 stars. The beef was non existent, i even had someone ask me if i got a doner burger with how thin the beef was. I could literally only taste the bun. It was so bloody dry. They took half an hour to make my order and staff were not nice and welcoming. Only good thing was the drink.

I ordered the Monster Pit Meal expecting something substantial given the price, but I was extremely disappointed with the quantity. The meal included a choice of burger or wrap, fried chicken monster fries, double jointed wings, 3x chili cheese bites, and a drink, yet the portions were embarrassingly small. For what it cost, this was far from worth it.

On top of that, there was nothing special about the food at all. I chose the BBQ burger option, expecting the whole chicken to be coated in BBQ sauce, but all I got was a tiny squirt of sauce on top. The loaded fries were the biggest disappointment—I can’t even begin to describe how bad they were; just look at the pictures. The only decent item in the whole meal was the chili cheese bites.

Overall, an overpriced and underwhelming experience. I won’t be returning.

I visited Pitstop on a break at work and we decided to stop at Pitstop. They had a good deal on 7.49 for any burger with chips and a drink.

I ordered some tenders on the side with bbq sauce. Food was nice but I was not expecting the spice level. I dont mind spicy food when Im expecting it but this caught me off guard.

Overall nice food decent price.

Food was good, but the drinks were really bad.
They give their own dispensed drinks but they cheap out on the actual cup and lid and give them in a paper bag that breaks.

I put the drinks in my car and they spilled everywhere. This is the third time it’s happened, even if I put the drinks in the cup holder they still spill.

They charge more than an average shop for their food so you would expect higher quality. Very disappointed.

I won’t be buying from here again mainly because of the drinks, I had to deep clean my mat from the spillage.

Everything on our menu is Halal. We are HMC certified, the certificate is in the window.

Magic Masala Greenford

Had an amazing experience. Service was excellent, food was served just on time. Best Kebab in town. Instead of repeat what other reviews have already stated I’ll simply say pay them a visit. They can accommodate large groups so take friends and family and order a large sharing platter. Reasonable prices to boot.

Lovely family atmosphere.

This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. Nobody bothered to tell us the kitchen was closing, and the staff didn’t check on us even once. We literally sat there waiting, only to find out much later that we wouldn’t be getting any food at all. Completely unacceptable.

When we tried to raise the issue, the owner, Vijay, was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to fix the situation or even apologise, he acted like we were the problem. The attitude was shocking for someone running a business.

To make things worse, we watched other customers getting into arguments with the staff too, so clearly this wasn’t just us — the place seems to have serious customer service issues.

Terrible communication, terrible service, and an owner who clearly doesn’t care. I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Brilliant restaurant. Food was very tasty, very well presented and reasonably priced along with being served in  good portion sizes. The place was clean, very comfortable and cozy atmosphere, and the staff was very polite and attentive. 10/10

I am a real fan of Indian cuisine and I have to say that all food which I ordered in this restaurant was delicious! Wow I bought the chilli chicken for lunch and it was delicious I have previously tried their panini and beef burger. I would highly recommend this place as they do a variety of different foods.

THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION.
The only decent thing was nothing. It would have been better if they just forgot my order. Traumatised. Belittled. Disrespected.
1. I have given a 1, PURELY bc i cant give it a zero.
2. Loaded fries couldve killed me. They added an indescribable sauce on top. The chicken was something you find in the bin after a rat has chewed it up and spat it right back out.
3. Barbecue chicken strips smelt like a horrific. It looked even worse than it smelled.

Firstly, I don't like writing reviews for the public to see but this has to be said. I was so hungry and super excited for my food but what came next absolutely shattered me. The chicken strips smelt so bad that I physically could not eat it, and it looked like something you find left open, expired and out in the cold. You know when something smells so bad that u can taste the bad smell? Yeah, it was exactly like that. I genuinely am so traumatised that I don't think I will ever order food again.

Ordered from cheated meals on just eat  both burger and chicken strips had hair!!!  I spoke to my friend he said he had the same issue with one of their branches in central london

Small place, good value restaurant (avg £10 per meal) with good food. Burgers were a little dry (possibly overcooked), the normal fries, cheat fries were excellent. Chicken strips were tasty, milkshake was ok although they could serve it bigger.

I had high hopes for Cheat Meals at Rayners Lane, but the service here was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional – no proper greeting, delayed responses, and they messed up our order without even apologizing.

Wait time was too long even though the place wasn’t busy. Overall, the attitude and customer service made the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely not what you’d expect from a place with a good reputation.

Would not recommend this branch unless they seriously improve their staff training and customer service. 👎

Cheatmeals

Horrible experience, I used to enjoy buying food from here until one h ago I’ve ordered through uber eats and there was offer 1 plus 1 for the G smash which if I remember right it had two nice smashed beef patties.. tonight it only had one beef part which was broken in two pieces and was one on top of the other, as you can see in the picture I had half of the burger and I still didn’t get to the actual beef, it wasn’t smashed at all, it was boiled and hard meat.. I specifically specified well done and was well under cooked, cheese not melted , horrible experience in special when you are hungry. Disgusting. Not sure what’s happened to this place, but ordered some wings and chips and both were horrid. The chips were all brown and overcooked, looked tired. The wings were undercooked and cold with some random sauce slapped on top. I used to look forward to ordering from here, but never again. You shouldn’t be serving undercooked, cold chicken to your customers. Don’t bother wasting your money here!!

I just ordered the milk cakes online. I accidentally didn’t write a good review so I’m coming here to tell everyone that the cakes were amazing. The milk cake were sweet and beautifully made. I really recommend. The milkshake is really good too! I wish I kept the photos to show, my belly is satisfied :)

And kids had popcorn chicken and
My eldest had grilled chops
With chilli cheese bites
And the manager Tipu served us a very polite welcoming person who made the whole experience excellent
Very fast service and also got some free trial wings which were defo order again.
I like this place and as of 12th April 2025 this was 5 star experience

Wingstop Staines

Ordered a takeaway; spicy korean BBQ and Lousiana rub flavour... On the website it show 3 out of 5 chillis on the spicy scale for both flavours, however, the Lousiana rub just tastes like lemon and pepper and the spicy Korean BBQ is just BBQ sauce, there's no sesame or chilli, just BBQ sauce! I cannot taste any spice in any of these dishes. I am very disappointed, you shouldn't be misleading your customers. I have also tried to call the restaurant just now about 4 times in a row and no one is picking up the phone so I am now even more frustrated as I am not able to sort my order out with them and now left hungry. I shall never be ordering from here again.

Hena at Wingstop was amazing. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great, and her service made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had. Would happily come back again. 🍗✨

Anthony took our order. He was really sweet and patient with us whilst we tried to figure out what we wanted. He also gave some input which helped! Magaly (probably misspelling that) was so adorable. She brought our food to us and would check on us every now and then to make sure everything was great with our meal! Overall it was a great experience, food was tasty and staff were brilliant.

I had a great experience at Wingstop thanks to Kusum. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was accurate and ready on time. Her customer service really stood out and made the visit enjoyable. Excellent service overall.

The absolute worst!!
I have eaten popcorn chicken bigger than their boneless wings.
Their regular wings were must be from a crow because I have never seen wings so small. Absolute scam seeing you are paying over £1 per so called ‘wings’.

Also, what kind of place adds literal sugar granules to fries? If I want dessert, I will get a milkshake!!

Save your money and go literally anywhere else. If you are however in the mood to get disappointed and hate your life, feel free to buy food here.
