They don’t accept cash payments. The person who prepared my falafel wasn’t wearing any protection over his very hairy beard, which is absolutely against kitchen health and safety standards. I was honestly worried I might find a hair in my food. He also seemed unwilling to give me even a cup of tap water, though I only needed it to take my tablets. The quality and taste of the food were disappointing, especially for the price. It was edible, but I’ve had much better hummus and falafel elsewhere. The pita bread was soggy and tasted like something pre-packaged from a supermarket, just warmed up. Overall, I don’t recommend this place. Their location might attract people, but the restaurant was empty when I was there — and now I understand why.

I ordered from Ubereats. Cod was over fried on the outside and not properly cooked on the inside. Chips were not cooked enough. The beef patty was over cooked and turned intro rubber. Bun was completely squished. I asked for burger sauce and chilli Garlic. Got not chilly just garlic and no burger sauce. Also requested disposable cutlery but that was missing too. Food arrived late and very poorly.

Perfect portion and very delicious chicken and hot sauce. I was reluctant to order but I am so happy with my food. The sauce and chicken are still the same as the old recipe, I love the spicy sauce.
