You have the ability to delete all data associated with your account from the Profile screen. This includes all information associated with your user profile, but excludes any support interactions, analytics and crash logs.
We also delete all inactive user profiles and accounts every three months to protect your privacy. In the event of your user profile being deleted, whether at your request or automatically by our system, some anonymous and aggregated data may remain. This anonymous and aggregated data can never be used to personally identify you.
If you would like to request deletion of you data, navigate to the Profile screen in the app and press the "Delete my data" button. Alternatively, you can email hello [at] halaljoints.com and include your email address. Email requests for data deletion may take up to seven days to process. In-app requests are processed immediately.
