KFC London - Earls Court Road

Very clean branch, gives warm vibes which is not usual, or maybe it because of the people who worked there.

Person who handed me my order was actually smiling, and that smile was human and honest. Great!

Food was ok, I like those mini sandwiches from time to time, fillets are tasty as usual from KFC but those buns fell like they would need some extra time in the oven and got gummy texture.

After the meal ( as you don't get hand wipes anymore) you want to freshen up and wash your hands , however the wash room facilities are abysmal ! Also a wipe down of the tables would be good . The staff are very friendly and chatty though. Size of the chicken pieces varies and can be tiny .

I would like to compliment two outstanding team members at your store — Dani and Saad.

Dani was exceptionally patient, humorous and genuinely enthusiastic throughout my visit. His positive energy and dedication truly stood out and made the experience memorable. It’s rare to meet someone who can stay so warm and attentive even during busy hours, and I deeply appreciate his professionalism and heart.

I would also like to highlight Saad, who remained friendly, professional and cheerful despite the rush of orders. His calm and pleasant attitude added to the great service I received.

Both Dani and Saad demonstrated excellent teamwork and a level of service that deserves recognition. Please acknowledge their hard work and efforts, they truly represent the best of KFC.

HORRIBLE STAFF, head office should look into the staff at this branch, ordered a very very simple order but they messed it up buy the time i got home it is too late not, next time i will check all of my meals, ordered snack box which was okay and a chicken wrap with no supercharger sauce as i am allergic with a hashbrown of which i paid extra for the wrap not only came with supercharger sauce but also a hash brown , the people in the back working tonight need to punished ruined my night, they should pay attention as people have allergies, stupid staff too busy messing around at the back to care. Check all your food before you leave thew restaurant. had to bin my food. waste of money.

Waited a while for food and then a customer came in who spoke the same language as the staff and suddenly he got served straight away with a smile and told to enjoy his food and if he wanted any mayo or ketchup. I got my food after him even thou I was first and got my food thrown at me with no words! Disgusting discrimination!

HFA has certified KFC's products in these stores, and the store environments, as halal. KFC has also ensured that the halal certified chicken would also meet the rigorous animal welfare standards employed in the UK, and has consulted leading animal welfare groups about this. KFC insists that all poultry is stunned before slaughter. HFA allows the use of a technique called 'stun-to-stun' - a pain free process that makes the animal insensible to pain and suffering. A verse is also recited from the Quran at the point of slaughter by an appropriate person and the poultry will not come into contact with non-halal meat at any point in the supply chain. KFC only buys high quality, Grade A, farm-assured chicken from trustworthy suppliers, and this will not change.

Place was relatively quiet when I went so lots of seats. Person serving me was friendly and welcoming. Was a bit apprehensive when he told me the white sauce was good. So I asked for just a bit. After tasting, it was good and I went to ask for me. He smiled and told me I could have however much I wanted. Really appreciate the service. Food was above average. White sauce really is special. But the meats were pretty average. Rice was flavorful and moist. Will drop by again :)

The person who prepared my falafel wasn’t wearing any protection over his very hairy beard, which is absolutely against kitchen health and safety standards. I was honestly worried I might find a hair in my food. He also seemed unwilling to give me even a cup of tap water, though I only needed it to take my tablets.

The quality and taste of the food were disappointing, especially for the price. It was edible, but I’ve had much better hummus and falafel elsewhere. The pita bread was soggy and tasted like something pre-packaged from a supermarket, just warmed up.

Overall, I don’t recommend this place. Their location might attract people, but the restaurant was empty when I was there — and now I understand why.

I ordered from Ubereats. Cod was over fried on the outside and not properly cooked on the inside. Chips were not cooked enough. The beef patty was over cooked and turned intro rubber. Bun was completely squished. I asked for burger sauce and chilli Garlic. Got not chilly just garlic and no burger sauce. Also requested disposable cutlery but that was missing too. Food arrived late and very poorly.

Unfortunately, halal guys ain’t the same anymore. The first picture is the most recent one compared to the one I had couple of years ago. You can clearly see there is a big difference with chicken/meat gyro and the sauces. I have to say the chicken/meat gyro didn’t taste anything like it used to. Seems like they are using their own flavouring for the chicken and meat.

Same goes for the halal guys’ famous white sauce and red sauce. So it completely changes the flavouring. They are using their own version of the sauces which is a real shame.

I have been to the New York one and although London ones have never hit those heights. I still expected similar taste. It’s a real shame they haven’t stuck to the original recipe especially the sauces. Please bring back the original recipe and sauces.

Perfect portion and very delicious chicken and hot sauce.

I was reluctant to order but I am so happy with my food. The sauce and chicken are still the same as the old recipe, I love the spicy sauce.

Butchies Earl's Court

Butchies in Earls Court is a gem. The fried chicken tenders is so delicious, it’s cooked to perfection. The tenders was crispy on the outside and very succulent inside. The staff were very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. The ambiance is warm and inviting with a good choice of music. The place is tiny but it’s neat and tidy. Overall experience was 10/10. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ll get into this one quick and brief!

The chicken strips were okay nothing too special but it’s does the job, I ordered the sharing platter this can be eaten by one glutton person like myself 😅 but then can be shared. Really good after a gym session too or a hard long days work.  The chips are nice and so is the chicken burger!

We dropped in for a quick meal expecting something like a fast food experience, and had a nice surprise. The chicken tenders were delicious, crispy (maybe even crunchy?) on the outside, tender inside. We had one left that we took home, and it was even crispy the next day. The woman at the counter was welcoming and genuinely seemed to want to be sure we enjoyed our meal.

I had a great experience at the restaurant. The girl who served us maintained excellent hygiene I noticed she changed her gloves at every step, which I really appreciated. The food was also freshly cooked and tasted wonderful. Overall, fantastic service and quality!

Chicken tenders: good crunchy outside, chicken was nice maybe a tiny bit dry but not fatty. Not salty enough and quite a boring taste.

Gravy: watery and lacking in flavour.

Chips: fine, no flavour.

All of our chicken is now sourced from a Halal certified supplier and certificates are available at each site. We sell alcohol, but we do not use it anywhere in the cooking process. We also sell bacon in some of our sandwiches. The bacon is cooked separately from other food items.

You Me Sushi

I had such a lovely experience at You Me Sushi. I’m not the biggest fan of sushi, but the staff were so kind and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. They prepared everything fresh, and while I was waiting the manager came over with three sushi rolls made perfectly for me to try. It was such a thoughtful gesture and I genuinely appreciated it.

The sushi was so good that I actually finished all of it and now I can’t wait to come back for more. When I went to pay they even gave me a discount, which was so sweet and unexpected. The whole team made me feel welcomed and looked after. The food was delicious and the customer service was honestly amazing. I left with a smile on my face and I’ll definitely be returning.

Although the portion was generous, the taste wasn’t great and it didn’t feel very fresh. The katsu bites chicken had a strange or burnt flavor.

I live in Newcastle, and whenever I'm visiting London I end up going here. The staff is so nice, last time I walked in as they were closing and got a box for free. The sushi is great and the atmosphere is super friendly, can't recommend it enough.

A welcome find! Just had a delicious meal and was served by a lovely man who was very caring - I appreciate that he double checked with me that I was okay with eating eggs before serving my food. I misread the vegetarian label thinking it was vegan! Much recommended!

Amazing service! Such a sweet server, cashier and staff and they offer STUDENT DISCOUNTS which makes it so much more affordable and for the price the serving sizes are really big! I got the salmon poke bowl and definitely recommend it! Limited seating for dine in but take out options are cheaper in general and highly recommend taking the food to Holland Park nearby to eat, it’s only a 10 min walk from the restaurant and so peaceful!

We have recently improved our processes to remove mirin (alcohol) from our preparation process. All our chicken tempura is halal but our chicken gyoza is not halal.

Hmm, Right! Okayyy😅 this spot is a decent place to eat, came down due to the “hype” I ordered the chicken burger, 1 piece meal that came with ( Fries pineapple Drink, sauce) the chicken tasted like popeyes 😩, the yogurt  ice purple cream was really good!!!
I also order the coconut pie with the peach pie both tasted really good, but the peach pie given a bit of a Stenchy taste smell like socks ( I ain’t taken no L’s) 💀👀 but we move, definitely all the flavour within hence why the smell and the slight taste.

I would recommend trying everything and give me your thoughts!! But overall I’ll rate this spot a 3.8/5

15:45 finished order, 16:18 got the food. So if you want to come to eat, maybe need to prepare more time. But they forget to give me the pie. I asked them at once when I got the food. After waiting a few minutes again, I got the pie. The ground is slippery. The ube is good.

The chicken was very very dry which was very disappointing has I love their chicken. The curry was cold and the cheese on top was from the fridge it was cold too. Very very disappointing overall. Leicester Square branch is much better.

🍗 Had a delicious meal at Jollibee Earls Court, crispy chicken, fluffy rice, and that famous Jolly Spaghetti didn’t disappoint! The staff were friendly. The restaurant’s bright, fun atmosphere added to the experience. Only thing that could be better? A bit more seating during peak times. Also staff were hard to communicate with as they were too busy dealing with delivery drivers from online orders rather than the customers waiting in the queue. Overall, a solid stop for satisfying fast‑casual Filipino food in Earl’s Court ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a takeaway today, as we were in a rush, so we did not have time to check, but to our surprise, are you serious? Like, what? Something as simple as this order still had things missing. All we ordered was 2 chicken joy and 2 rice. How difficult is that? The restaurant was not even busy at that time. What are the people thinking? Will they just eat the chicken alone? Like, what!!!! Please train your people. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this place. What a disgrace. I would be more understanding if it was busy, and we ordered a lot of items, but this lol might as well just give us gravy and nothing else.
