We came across it quite by chance and went in and ordered food. The terminals are well-organized and the selection is good. The food was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. We'll definitely come back next time we're in London.

I’ve been to slim chickens many times before and had a good experience. However, today I ordered a salad to take away and there was not 1, not 2 but 3 huge hairs in my salad. Absolutely disgusting, could not eat it and could not complain as I had already left. Will not be eating here again. Thoroughly disappointed.

Hot wings have a good kick to them, takes a while for food to arrive (15 mins for me, it wasn't that busy) but it's cooked fresh so all good. Only one flat wing out of six though and meat didn't pull from the bone, made eating difficult. All round - it's alright.
