While the food was undeniably enjoyable, I wouldn’t rate the service a full five stars—mainly due to the increasingly common reliance on online or screen-based ordering. That said, the food itself was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken burger—well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right. The chips were a standout as well, with a delectable flavor, especially with the sauce generously drizzled on top. But the true highlight of the meal was the pistachio milkshake. Rich, creamy, and perfectly nutty—it stole the show and left a lasting impression. A delightful way to end a satisfying lunch.

Food was amazing as always. The limited Smokey Chipotle fries was unreal, just a bit spicy. Too bad they're not a permanent menu item. Expensive, yes, but delicious. A treat every couple of months. Love it! Only real issue it was very slow. 17 mins to get my order, and it wasn't even busy.

Hi, I went today to this place, I had the meal deal and it was absolutely delicious! The waiter Marof was very friendly, kind and helpful! I will definitely come back and visit this place, the burger was yummy yummy! 😊😊

We dont have shake shack in germany so everytime I am in London, I get my beloved Shroom Burger. Tasted fantastic as usual, order came Fast and super nice customer service
