Ordered on uber eats, i opened up my crunchwrap to add chips into it and i see two hairs which is actually disgusting. Furthermore the meat was rubbery and the whole meal was just shit

Don't  buy anything from this Taco Bell store. i order veggie food, and they give me chicken one. Never order from this store. I have an allergy with meat as well. So now, who is responsible for this thing if some happen to me.

Halal taco bell. I had their chicken taco, chicken burrito, fries, churros and drink deal. The deal itself was reasonable. Chicken taco and chicken burrito are not recommended. They tasted below average. The fries and churros were good in taste. I also had chicken nachos which are average.
Overall, i would not recommend anything besides churros.
The cleanliness is below par (all tables and floor were dirty). Staff was nice and were rolling out orders pretty quickly.

Sadly we were let down by this place. The food was ok but the seating area was disgusting. The bins were over flowing and there was not a single clean table to eat our meal.

As a delivery driver, I regularly face issues at Taco Bell in Stratford Centre Mall. Many times, the order is not prepared until the delivery driver arrives at the store. Even after reaching on time, we are told to wait an additional 10 minutes or more, which causes unnecessary delays. This is not a one-time issue; it happens repeatedly.

They also prioritise in-store customers over online delivery orders, even though both should be treated equally. On top of that, the staff behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. Delivery drivers are often ignored, especially when the shop is busy with walk-in customers.

Orders are frequently not ready on time, which makes our job very difficult. This store clearly needs more staff and better-trained service staff. Otherwise, they risk damaging their reputation due to poor service and unprofessional behaviour.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards.

The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor, with a beautiful sear on the outside and a perfectly moist center. Each bite was well-seasoned, allowing the natural taste of the meat to truly stand out.

The creamy mushroom pasta was equally impressive. The sauce was smooth and rich without being overwhelming, and the mushrooms added a lovely earthy flavor that complemented the creaminess perfectly. The pasta was cooked just right, holding the sauce well and making every bite satisfying.

What truly enhanced the experience was the excellent service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure everything was served promptly and that we were comfortable throughout the meal. The combination of delicious food and great service made the dining experience memorable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

I had booked for my fiancé birthday. Such a lovely place, food was fresh and delicious. Specially their starter Mac& cheese with grilled chicken strips. Service was very good. We had fun. Highly recommend for small gatherings and birthdays.

Food was really good with the perfect amount of flavour. The mocktails were lovely and not too sweet. The customer service was great, everyone was helpful and attentive. It’s a quiet, casual, low-key spot, perfect for a pre-meal before an event. Will definitely be back ☺️

We visited The Stratford Grill for dinner and had such a wonderful experience. The food was excellent – the steaks were juicy and full of flavour, and the desserts were a real treat. What really stood out was how family-friendly the place is. It felt welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to enjoy the evening with everyone. We also really appreciated that the menu is halal, which gave us peace of mind and let us enjoy everything without worry. I recently had a fantastic meal at The Grill Stratford and wanted to share my experience. From start to finish, the food was absolutely top-notch, and it's a spot I'd highly recommend.
For starters, I got the buffalo wings and black tiger prawns. The wings had a great kick and were perfectly cooked, while the prawns were juicy and full of flavour. Both dishes were a great way to kick off the meal.
But the real star of the show was the ribeye steak. It was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and melted in my mouth with every bite. It was easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time.
While my main focus was on the steak, I also had a taste of the burger, and it didn’t disappoint. It was hearty, well-seasoned, and a great choice if you're not in the mood for a steak.
Overall, the quality of the food at The Grill Stratford is superb. If you're looking for a place with excellent steaks and a solid menu all around, this is definitely the place to go.

Just had the best experience at Pho in Westfield! 🌟 Super friendly service, brilliant atmosphere, and the food? 🔥 Spot on!

The pho was really flavourful, fresh, and comforting — definitely a great bowl. The service was slightly on the slower side, but the staff were still friendly and the food was worth the wait. A nice spot for a warm, tasty meal while shopping. Would come back!

I have tried the Vietnamese  spring rolls that were so tasteless and so terribly done. I would not recommend eating there ditto for the warm wine!!
The photos will say it all: if this restaurant cannot make what I consider the most basic spring roll then please step out of the way!
The service was good though

I recently visited Pho, a restaurant known for its Vietnamese cuisine. They offer a wide variety of dishes, which is great, but I did notice that halal options are quite limited. However, after speaking with the staff, we found out that the chicken is halal and they were accommodating enough to prepare the broth using vegetable stock upon request.

We decided to go with that option, and I have to say, the food didn’t disappoint. The broth was flavorful, light yet rich, and paired perfectly with the tender chicken and fresh herbs. It was a comforting and satisfying meal.

While I do wish they had more halal choices on the menu, the staff’s willingness to adjust the dish to suit our needs was appreciated. If you’re looking for Vietnamese food in Stratford and require halal options, it’s worth having a quick chat with the team — they seem quite flexible.

Would definitely go back to explore more of their menu!

Amazing experience. Food is fresh, clean and tasty! The service is amazing because everyone has such positive energy! Christy and the team will always look after you, with a smile! You can always rely on pho! Highly recommend, always come here for heart warming Vietnamese cuisine.

Our chicken is Halal and cooked separately from other meat. Our chicken broth however is not always Halal, so if you order a chicken soup please ask for veggie stock.

Busaba Westfield Stratford

Visited Busaba for the first time - we are visiting UK from Australia & thoroughly enjoyed our Thai meal. Christy was a delight & very caring as to our needs. If I had a criticism it was the satay chicken was not hot but the flavour & tenderness was exceptional. Soup was sensational as was duck dish. Enjoyed a few dishes & considering we came across the restaurant by chance we were extremely happy with the end result. Highly recommend. It’s shared tables but personally we found the concept fun. And Kevvy & Tilly ( yes little koala friends -  @kevvytillyontour ) loved the mango sorbet & Coconut icecream!!! Will definitely go back when next in UK. Thank you Christy. Best wishes

Menu has decent choice, limited for veggies.

Food was really good, pork rice was tasty would have liked the sauce to be stickier and a bit more punchy, the roti was crispy. Thai green curry was vibrant.

Service was good. Seating whilst comfortable, it was a bit awkward stepping over a large long bench.

Not the cheapest though. The à la carte menu is a tad pricey for lunch.

The main dishes my partner and I had were good. We also ordered the calamari to share, and although the flavour was nice, it was soggy and barely room temperature, as if it had been sitting out for a while. We ended up not finishing it.

The service felt very minimal, we had to ask several times for water, and only received it halfway through our main course.

I had the most wonderful experience at Busaba in Westfield Stratford - truly a 5-star restaurant with a 5-star service!. The food was absolutely delicious, vibrant, and of the highest quality, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting with beautiful mellow lighting and elegant ceiling fans that added to the ambience.
As a wheelchair user, dining out can sometimes be difficult and I often feel like an inconvenience, but not here. I was looked after by the Manager Andrew, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was polite, helpful, and attentive, and he made me feel more than welcome. It's a joy and pleasure (though not often these days) to get service with a smile from people who clearly enjoy and love the job they do and take pride in doing the best job they can. Andrew catered to all my needs, including ensuring easy access to the accessible restroom, which made a world of difference to my experience.
Compliments also to the chef, who did an amazing job - every dish was so tasty and full of flavour, and beautifully presented. So whether you're stopping for a light lunch or celebrating a special occasion, this is an amazing place to come.
Busaba has quickly become one of my favourite places to visit, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Top quality food, outstanding service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere - everything you could ask for in a restaurant.

I was here for a Sunday late lunch. I have to say all the food is really Thai. Recommend to order shrimps because that is tempura kind and it’s good as a starter. The pad Thai is slightly sour than the usual version I had in Thailand but overall taste is still quite good. Among all the restaurants in the food court, I think busaba is the outstanding one.

Went there for brunch, they serve plenty of options for breakfast and brunch. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. Also there is nice outside seating. Overall great experience with delicious food

The staff is good and the vibes are nice. The lower rating is specifically for food based on the steak and eggs that I got:
- I felt like the oil used for the potatoes wasn’t fresh/high quality… you could taste it!
- I didn’t like that the chimichurri was made in a blender or food processor. I like to taste the chopped up herbs, and when it’s blended you barely get anything
The steak was good and the eggs were fine.

I love that they have the breakfast menu all day here, the staff is friendly. The last time I ate at Balans in Kensington, they said they stop serving breakfast after 5, which was a bit disappointing for me.

I love the pancakes with Korean fried chicken. The chicken was crispy, the pancake was fluffy, although I wish we had more sauce. The veggie with a hint of kimchi was subtle and not overpowering. I added extra bacon, which made it perfect.

i was skeptical and had my reservations due to all the negative reviews, but this meal was fantastic.

i ordered the fried chicken pancakes and everything was full of flavour! meal arrived piping hot and the portion size was brilliant. the pancakes were such a lovely texture, and i’m not even usually a fan of these american style ones.

the food also arrived quickly as well, in about 10 mins total. my friend ordered the full english breakfast and she really enjoyed that too. 5 stars ⭐️

I’ve visited Balans Soho Stratford numerous times and have usually had good to great service. Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience — ranging from poor to downright terrible.

We arrived and were not greeted upon entry. Despite noting dietary requirements in our reservation, it was clear these had not been checked or acknowledged.

Once seated, we waited about 10 minutes before needing to flag someone down just to get menus. From there, it was a constant effort: flagging someone again for water, again for glasses, and then again to place our order. When I gave some initial feedback to our server, there was no apology or acknowledgment — he simply brought the glasses without a word.

The food, sadly, didn’t make up for the poor service.
•	My steak was ordered medium but arrived medium rare, and lacked any seasoning.
•	My wife’s lobster Benedict had decent flavour, but the crumpets underneath were rock solid.
•	Still hungry, we ordered the chicken katsu donut burger, which was bland and flavourless — we had to douse it in Cholula just to get any taste out of it.

Our first visit to this location was the complete opposite. A kind gentleman went out of his way to accommodate my pregnant wife by moving the table to make her more comfortable — that was truly a 10/10 experience. This visit, though, would be a 3/10 at best.

To be clear, no one was outright rude — but the warmth and attentiveness that once made this place a favourite were completely absent. When we ordered, the restaurant was barely a third full, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. Strangely, the same server seemed much more engaged with other tables, which left us wondering if something about us put him off.

At the end of the meal, I asked to have the service charge removed. The manager was sympathetic and did remove it without hesitation — which I appreciated — but I have to say, I don’t like being asked why I’m choosing to remove it. Service charges should not be automatically added to the bill. Businesses should pay their staff a fair wage or factor service costs into menu prices instead of putting the burden on customers to top up wages through discretionary fees.

Regrettably, I don’t think we’ll be returning. It’s a real shame, as this used to be one of our go-to brunch spots.

Really impressed! The fact that Wendy’s is now serving halal food is a game changer ,it’s great to see such a big company finally catering for everyone (McDonald’s should take note 👀).

Tried the Dave’s Double burger ,the meat was juicy, flavoursome, and cooked perfectly. The chips were fresh and tasty, and the spicy chicken nuggets had a nice kick without being overpowering.

So far, so good no complaints at all. Definitely will be coming back!

My visit to Wendy’s was a fun and satisfying experience that delivered the brand’s signature mix of fast service and bold flavors. The atmosphere was bright and modern, with a casual, upbeat vibe that made it ideal for a quick meal or a relaxed bite with friends.

Visited and the upstairs seating area was closed due to school kids giving them trouble and is only open Friday - Sunday.
Monday - Thursday don’t even bother trying to find seats upstairs as you’re limited with the small amounts of seats downstairs and overflowing bins which causes flies to fly around you whilst you’re trying to eat which isn’t very comfortable.

Using the school kids as an excuse for closing the upstairs seating area is silly as you reopen it on Fridays when kids are in school on Friday, which leads us to believe you’re lying about the kids causing trouble & you just don’t want to clean extra seating areas. All you’re doing is making customers choose to eat next door in GDK where seating isn’t limited and staff aren’t playing on their phones in the kitchen (unhygienic) or busy watching football matches whilst meals are getting cold!!

If a family sit downstairs to eat that’s you’re whole seating area filled which means other customers are less likely to want to eat in, not that they’d want to when there’s flies flying around you. Went to sit upstairs which was much more comfortable & away from flies to find who I’m assuming are managers sat upstairs, we are our meals and was undisturbed, if we really weren’t allowed upstairs, surely one of them would’ve stopped us? After all, there’s no point in closing your seating area just before a busy period…when we were trying to eat, there were only 2 other tables as the table next to us was occupied and the stools were taken by a couple and their friends who were ordering so not much choice in seats

Let’s not even talk about the ladies toilets never having any hand soap 🤮🤢

The restaurant was clean and the service was great. Staff were very friendly. The food was made to perfection. Actually this is the first time I went to a fast food chain where the burger actually looked like the photos from their menu. The burger and chilli were cooked perfectly. No issues with my order. There is a searing area on the main floor and the 2nd floor.

I am extremely pleased with the experience. It is commendable to observe that Wendy’s now provides halal options at this location—truly a significant development. It is high time that major food chains accommodate diverse dietary requirements; McDonald’s should take notice.

I sampled the Dave’s Double burger; the meat was succulent, richly flavoured, and cooked to perfection. The fries were fresh and appealing, and the spicy chicken nuggets delivered an agreeable heat without being excessively intrusive.

This has been on my list literally since the day it opened. Every time I’ve been to Stratford I’ve taken a walk past to check the queues which FINALLY are starting to reduce. My husband saw a viral tweet of their spicy burger being “too hot” and as king and queen of spice (yes I did just say that), we had to check it out!

Wings – soo nice, super flavoursome and crispy – probably the only thing I would return for.

Spicy chicken sandwich – you call that spicy? I didn’t rate at all, the chicken was dry and honestly not spicy at all – im not sure if I even received the spicy burger tbh? It was very bland, I couldn’t taste the herbs and spices they use in the chicken batter. I found it really dry if I’m honest which was such a shame bc of how much I enjoyed the chicken wings – a no from me.

Biscuit – the biscuit is basically a savoury scone. My was dryyyyyyy and super crumbly, I found it really hard to break off and dip into the gravy because it was so dry it just kept flaking off – another firm no from me.

Chips – the chips were good, I liked the seasoning.

Cajun gravy – this was really good! Super flavoursome.

I’ve seen so many varying reviews for Popeyes so I genuinely think your food will taste different depending on the day of the week and how busy it is. I wouldn’t be opposed to going again although I really don’t think it was worth the money (or hype which makes me sad bc I was soo eager to try!).

I checked out the New @popeyesuk that's just opened up in Romford. The fast food fried chicken chain famous in the US. They have a location that opened Stratford but I've actually never been to that.

I visited yesterday and it was the first day. I was impressed with the customer service, they seemed to go out of their way to make sure everyone had a good experience.

Food wise its more pricer than kfc but the food definitely is of a better standard.

I definitely recommend the spicy chicken deluxe burger. It as a massive tender and juicy bit of chicken. The breading was crunchy, thick and packed full of flavour. I'd go back for that. Really good chicken burger.

Also got a chicken sandwich, which was good but didn't compare to the deluxe burger.

I ordered some signature 3 peice of chicken (the girl out the tills made a mistake and gave me tenders) they fixed this error very quickly and didn't charge me for the chicken I wanted and I kept the tenders. Bosd man gave me 4 peices as well.

I thought the tenders were great and worth getting. I was surprised with the size of the chicken drums, it almost looked like a wing or maybe a baby chicken. Tasted good nevertheless, I really like the crunchy texture of the chicken here.

The milkshakes and fried are good as well. No complaints with the food or service here, food came out within 10mins. If you are local Romford definitely check this spot out. 

All chicken is halal. No alcohol. I paid for my meal.

Not sure of the name the young lady that works the morning shift at the front counter but her service is impeccable. A very gracious and welcoming individual. On both occasions that I ordered my food online for pick up she was very professional and kind. Unknowingly I own my own franchise food outlet and I would love if my employees were this welcoming. Customer service is something that many companies take for granted.

They have a staff standing at the waiting area to “guide” customers to give the rating. It was awkward - how do I rate before getting the food? I did it anyway because the staff member was looking at my screen.

I wouldn’t have modified the rating if everything went well, but only found out the miss the food after I got home. Can’t believe they put resources to get customer rating on the internet before service quality control! Feel like get robbed. £7.29 for only two chicken pieces!

And they stopped offering number of best seller options: spicy flavour of chicken, and buffalo sauce.

Had a great experience at Popeyes Stratford. Food was tasty and came out fresh and fast. Shakel at front of house was brilliant — really friendly, welcoming and made the visit even better. Will definitely be coming back!

Indi-go Rasoi Westfield Stratford

I'm torn about my recent visit to Indi Go in Westfield. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere was lovely. I ordered the Lamb Biryani, expecting a flavorful explosion, but what I got was... yellow rice with lamb. And I mean, it was just that. No aroma, no spices, no depth of flavor. It was like they'd taken all the flavor out of the dish and left me with a plate of bland, uninspiring food.

Maybe I just had a bad day, but considering the price point, I'd expect a bit more. If they sorted out the kitchen, Indi Go could be a solid option.

I ordered the mix grill / mix platter. My experience has been terrible. The lamb chop was fine, the tikka was cold and tasted re-heated. The rice was cooked terrible & was hard, it tasted like re-heated multiple times. The Kebab was awfully prepared, it was cold.
Overall: the worst India food I have even had in London, Stratford area.

Went on a Friday afternoon so not as busy which probably helped. Food tasted fresh, no complaints.

Had the wrap platter today and the food was totally saltless & not properly warm. When I told that inside wrap is totally saltless the guy(thinner) one didn’t attend my queries properly. One the side  chips was there. Those were not fresh+ over fried & full of spice. After having the food had stomach pain. The lady on the till was laughing with her colleagues and attention for the customer was 0. I had worst food in the westfield today for the first time in last 5 years. In this restaurant this the first time & last time forever for me. People comes in shopping center doesn’t means they are bound to come in your shop. Try to give proper customer service & attention otherwise very soon your business will be disappear from there. Total waste of money👇

Today I walked past this restaurant and saw a man standing on the tables wearing only socks. I honestly don’t understand how something like this can happen in 2025. It’s extremely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the restaurant and its staff. I felt embarrassed just seeing it. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes action to improve their standards.

Quick bite after the cinema. Spicy Malagaueta chicken wings. £6.95 for a portion of 5 wings. For me this is enough for dinner, no need to spend 18 quid for a full meal. Good tasting wings.

Food: The Nachos were a brilliant starter choice. N ordered the Chimichurri Rib-Eye Steak which we both enjoyed a lot. He asked for it to be cooked medium which is our usual choice. I ordered the Spicy Malagueta Chicken Skewer which, to my delight, wasn’t dry at all. I asked for the Churassco Fries (yum) as my side and N requested the Cassava Fries (avoid!) Service: no complaints.

Food is not very tasty and over priced for the quality and side quantity (22£ for that plate of thin chicken breast, fries, salad). Will not return. It is a shame as the Decoration is beautiful and it is a place I would love to have dinner for the atmosphere. Service could be improved with smile and friendliness.

From the warm welcome at reception to the food, everything was superb.
The dishes with their little pots of flavours were excellent.
The only slight downside, and it really is only slight, was the temperature inside the restaurant, which also affected the temperature of the food, depending on your point of view.
The background music also warms up  the atmosphere and sets the mood.
The decor is very nice.
Otherwise, we recommend this restaurant 1000%, which is number 1 on our list of establishments visited in Stratford (95%).

Came for lunch, really enjoyed it. Spacious inside with funky tunes and open kitchen providing all the atmosphere. We had one of each taco, big bowl of padron peppers, the gorgeous bean stew and winning casava with truffle + parm. Great price with offer; want the tomahawk next 😋

Great food and atmosphere, and our waitress Robin really took care of us. We really enjoyed the grilled chicken with spicy malagueta sauce and surprisingly, the salad dressing — it had a faint hint of alcohol (sherry maybe?) and didn’t taste like an afterthought but a considered component of the meal. I didn’t really expect much from a chain restaurant but they pleasantly surprised me. Would come back if I’m in Stratford again.

This is the best wing bar ever. The wings here are hands down the best I’ve ever had crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. You have a choice to either have your wings grilled or fried, and of course I go for the fried wings every time. I order the same thing all the time which is the Kansas bbq fried wings, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for hanging out with friends, your partner, or just enjoying some great food. The staff are friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Shout out to H, every time my partner and I visit Randy’s Wing Bar he’s always there, he always goes above and beyond, sorts us out and makes sure we have a great time. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend this spot if you’re a wing lover.

One of my most favourite places in London, I come here every year during summer!

Food was genuinely so delicious. I received one of the meal deals for two people (it gives you 10 wings, 2 sides, and 2 drinks)— Korean wings are one of my favourites, the sauce is spectacular. I would recommend getting 5x2 wings of your choice, and 1x2 sides (so we got 5 wings of 2 different types, 1 chips, 1 coleslaw, and 2 cans of lemonade). Portions were good, the quality of the food was excellent.

The service was amazing, they were really kind and gave us a meal deal (since we are students). Super friendly and chatty, made me ease up quickly into the place. There were only two servers dealing with a LOT of customers however, so it can get a little hectic trying to get their attention.

Atmosphere was gorgeous, especially with the sun setting outside. Coming here during summer means you get to experience the wide open doors, the warm breeze soothing you over any hot dish, and the beautiful decorations really uplift the vintage/chill aesthetic of this place. It’s all so beautiful! The table my friends were on was quite sticky however, so remember to bring your own wipes to mitigate this issue!

If you’re on a budget, then I recommend the meal deals (they’re around £20 with the addition of service charge). This place is not cheap of course, but from a lot of the ‘high-end’ fast food restaurants, this can definitely be affordable if you share the cost with more than one person!

Second time here. Really enjoyed our meal and service recovery was good too. We tried their new recipe for the Korean wings as well and they were really good. & I’m also glad they carry local brewery (Signature) on draft! Special mention to H!

Had a late lunch here and, unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience this time. We ended up waiting a long while for our food. It actually came out after those who arrived and ordered after us.

The wrap was very plain (honestly, McDonald’s makes a better one), which was a real let-down.

The chicken wings were cooked nicely as before (still juicy and flavourful) but the sweet potato fries were a bit overcooked.

Overall, not a great visit and I’m not sure I’d go back again, which is a shame because I’ve had better experiences here before.

I’m never having Wingstop again after this place. The wings here are unreal – hands down some of the best I’ve had in London. All the sauces are made in-house and you can really taste the difference. We tried the spicy Korean, buffalo, and hot honey – each one was packed with flavour and perfectly balanced.

We also got the Gravy Train loaded fries and the gravy was so rich and flavourful – 10/10.

The frozen cocktails are also such a treat, and the whole place has a great canal-side vibe that makes it even better.

A big shoutout to our server “H” – he walked us through the menu, explained their sauce process, and was so lovely throughout. He really made the experience feel special.

Finally got a chance to try.  Tea and coffee stain teeth.  While other drinks are either too cold or too sweet.

So I didn't hesitate when seeing chicken soup in the menu.  £8.95 got a jumbo hot soup without bread roll.  Good news for people with keto diet or type 2 diabetes.

The soup was full of chicken and different vegetables inside.  Genuinely rich in flavour.  Didn't feel thirsty after the soup either.

I will come back to try other things in the menu.  And more chicken soup too.

It's a very popular restaurant so be prepared to queue.

Been going here for years and pretty much is my goto when in Westfields Stratford.  The portion sizes are humongous and delicious.

Just wish they would have a full restaurant outside with more seating.  They can easily compete on food quality with those that are out there!

Rhythm Kitchen offers a genuine and delicious escape to Jamaica.  It's a must visit for anyone craving authentic Jamaican flavours, hearty portions, and a vibrant atmosphere.  We have been to Westfield Shopping Centre many times before and never notice this restaurant until today (28 July 2025).  My daughter and I tried their food for the first time and we loved it! The curry goat was tender, rich and deeply flavourful.  The BBQ ribs were smoky and satisfyingly succulent. The gungo  rice and peas were fluffy and nice. The fried plantain was sweet and caramelised just the way we like it. The steamed veg was nicely done. Our meals were completed with 2 bottles of mango and carrot topical rhythm drink, which were cold and refreshing. This culinary experience was absolutely spot-on, and having us planning our next journey back to try out the other dishes.

The lovely Harini served me and advice me about the best dish of the day. She was lovely, kind and polite. The food absolutely out of this world. Falling in love with Jamaican food 😍😍😍

I was so hungry that I completely forgot to take a photo before starting to eat!

This experience was deeply upsetting and extremely disappointing, especially as it was meant to be our first visit to Nando’s. 😡

My friend and I arrived very close to 10:00 PM, which we later understood to be the restaurant’s closing time. Had we been told honestly at the entrance that the tills were about to close or that the restaurant was closing imminently, we would have gladly chosen another day. We wanted a calm, enjoyable first experience and completely respect staff wanting a smooth close.

However, once we were allowed inside, what followed was unacceptable and distressing.

We were immediately told we were the last customers and then rushed aggressively. Before we even had the chance to sit properly, we were told we had only five minutes to place our order because the tills were closing and that we must go to the till ourselves. As first-time customers unfamiliar with the menu or ordering process, this created instant pressure and anxiety. We were not even given two minutes to properly read the menu or understand how ordering works.

At the till, the behaviour of staff members Ibukun and Anna was particularly poor. Our basic questions were ignored, and the attitude we were met with was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no patience, no explanation, and no willingness to help. We were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than customers who had just been allowed into the restaurant.

Despite feeling uncomfortable, we chose not to argue and proceeded with the order. When the food arrived, it was placed on the table without a single word no indication of where to find cutlery, napkins, sauces, or what to do if we needed anything. The server simply walked away. As first-time customers, this lack of basic guidance was frustrating and embarrassing.

To be absolutely clear: we understand closing-time pressures. What we do not understand and cannot accept is being allowed entry and then treated with such rushed, careless, and indifferent service. If staff are unwilling to serve customers arriving close to closing time, the respectful and professional approach is to politely refuse entry. We would not have minded that at all.

Instead, we were left feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and genuinely upset. This experience was not just disappointing it ruined what should have been an enjoyable first impression of a well-known brand. The level of service we received falls far below what is acceptable for Nando’s.

Management seriously needs to review staff behaviour and how late-evening customers are handled at this location. No customer deserves to be made to feel like a burden simply for walking in.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Experience

Visited Nando’s at Westfield Stratford around 9:55 PM after shopping and a movie. Although we were allowed in as the “last customers,” the service was rushed and unwelcoming from the start.

We were told to order at the till without explanation. The staff member at the till was dismissive, avoided eye contact, and ignored questions about portion sizes. No drinks menu was offered, and we weren’t given time to apply a Perkbox discount due to how rushed the interaction was.

When food arrived, it was dropped at the table and the staff walked away immediately. We were not told where to find sauces, cutlery, or tissues, and the sauce station was already being cleaned. There were no spoons available either.

Despite paying full price, we felt rushed, ignored, and treated like an inconvenience, while other customers appeared to receive better service. We left still hungry and very disappointed. This was my first visit to Nando’s, and unfortunately it will also be my last at this location.

I usually love nandos but this place was chaotic, soo crowded, soo many people. The food was ok, chicken was a bit burnt, but the food came quickly after we ordered.

Been living nearby and noticed loads of locals come here, so had to give Nando’s a try. Totally get the hype now — loads of sauce options and you can really customise the flavour.
That said, the chicken breast was a bit on the dry side and kinda stuck in my teeth, which was a shame. Still, it’s a solid, reliable spot for a casual meal, especially if you’re in the area.

I have to say, I was expecting some fast food quality, but I got surprised when I actually got my chicken. It was delicious and super fast to arrive. The service was non existent, cause you can do everything through app. And that’s very comfortable:) no need to split bill by yourself if you go with a lot of friends!

Food was delicious! Super fresh (we came for lunch on Sunday, were the only people there so had to wait a while for everything to be made from scratch), punchy flavours, seemed authentic. £90 for 4 people. We got the fried fish with chillies and lime (the centrepiece), pad kra prawn (spicy), panang curry, papaya salad (the spiciest dish there, as it should be) and chicken/prawn salad. We have high spice tolerance and were definitely feeling the heat, it was great.

Amazing food with High quality ingredients... Very fresh and outstanding taste...service was top notch...clean environment. Masud's service and Madhu's smile was cherry on top..would highly recommend. 👍

Situated a short walk from Stratford (and even closer to Maryland station), this is a nice enough looking establishment, which seems popular with locals.

Portion sizes were reasonable and the food tasted nice, but wasn’t outstanding.

Has a lot of seats as there is another area to sit downstairs, but points lost for the fact that upstairs you will get cold during winter as no inner door to prevent the cold coming in when people come in and go out, plus no sign of an accessible toilet. It also wasn’t very clean and the waiter misgendered my female friend based on her having short hair.

Came here before West Ham game. Was not very busy, I imagine is busier in the evening. Food was great, although I accidentally ordered 2 mains as I picked a rice that was a main to go with my red Thai curry. So very filling! Crackers were nice and fresh also.

The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic Thai flavour. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My experience at Tortilla Stratford was appalling and frankly unacceptable. I ordered burrito bowls, and shortly after eating them, both myself and another person became severely ill. What followed was two full days of intense vomiting and diarrhoea. This was not a mild stomach upset, it was serious food poisoning that completely knocked us out and disrupted our lives.

The timing left little doubt in our minds that the food from this location was the cause. Whatever the issue was… poor hygiene, improper food handling, or ingredients that should never have been served, it reflects a complete failure in basic food safety standards.

No meal is worth days of misery and illness. I would strongly advise anyone considering eating here to think twice. There are plenty of alternatives in Stratford that do not come with the risk of ending up sick for days. This was an awful experience, and I will not be returning. Disgusting.

I went today to get a burrito bowl, the first lady started making a burrito and then as i said oh sorry i asked for a bowel she kissed her teeth at me and it was really rude and disrespectful, they also got my order wrong and got my order mixed up with someone else’s, as they weren’t communicating properly and then another lady kissed her teeth at me who was working there. I find this behaviour completely unacceptable and disrespectful as a customer.

Staff were super unfriendly and one of them even had some attitude. It’s one thing to hate their job but when it comes to customer service, they should’ve performed better. Will never come back to this location ever again. Do better.

Heavenly Desserts definitely delivers on presentation – the menu is huge and creative, with plenty of milkcakes, waffles, crepes, cheesecakes and milkshakes to choose from. The interior is calm and makes it a nice spot for a treat or to catch up with friends.
We ordered pistachio vanilla milkcake and i would totally recommend it. It was really great!
Pricing is a little on the higher side though.

Knocked a couple of stars off service as it wasn’t particularly attentive, they just kind of plonked the dishes in front of us without any kind of description which is unusual for a tasting menu. We had to ask for the menu back to see what we were eating. But what we ate was really good and I’d definitely recommend, the starters were among some of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten anywhere.

I visited KFC recently and was disappointed to find that they had no ketchup or mayonnaise available. I asked the staff, and they told me they had completely run out. Sauces are a basic part of the meal experience, and it really affected the enjoyment of the food. I hope they improve their stock management so this doesn’t happen again.

Worst eating experience!  We usually pop in and the manager (guy) is super nice and service is on point. Today this lady, the (team leader) was so rude after being served poorly for a mega box. She instead to argue with us about fries quantity instead of solving the issue professionally and politely. Do not promote her to management! Worst skills peoples skills ever !

probably my worst experience i had as a regular, i got myself a take out after i got home straight away the quality of the meat was off it was completely dry and im sure they suppose to disposed of these meat and make fresh one to serve, the rest what you see on the photo had to be thrown away…

Worst experience in KFC!! I spent more than 10£ and in return i got wrost chicken which smell so raw and feels so uncooked, waste of money.

I know the place is always busy but the hygiene is zero on the outside, so I can only imagine how it is at the back where we can't see. Staff are also timid, unhelpful with no customer care experience at all. My review is based on my 3rd visit to make sure it wasn't based on a short term lack of what I mentioned, but its safe to say that I'll never set foot in there ever again.

HFA has certified KFC's products in these stores, and the store environments, as halal. KFC has also ensured that the halal certified chicken would also meet the rigorous animal welfare standards employed in the UK, and has consulted leading animal welfare groups about this. KFC insists that all poultry is stunned before slaughter. HFA allows the use of a technique called 'stun-to-stun' - a pain free process that makes the animal insensible to pain and suffering. A verse is also recited from the Quran at the point of slaughter by an appropriate person and the poultry will not come into contact with non-halal meat at any point in the supply chain. KFC only buys high quality, Grade A, farm-assured chicken from trustworthy suppliers, and this will not change.

AVOID Thunderbird Westfield Stratford at every cost. Paid a stingy £6.99 for their so-called "LARGE POP CORN KIDS MEAL" and got a tiny portion of rock-hard rubbery chicken, a handful of limp fries, and stale ketchup. Absolutely disgraceful quality—honestly, it tasted like they'd never seen real chicken before. Not sure how these lot even got their food license!

Customer service was appalling; no one seems to understand basic English, let alone solve any complaints. Save your money and sanity—there are far better options in Westfield!

Thunderbird Fried Chicken has the best buffalo wings , honestly they're my favourite! Every time I come to Westfield, I make sure to grab them. The wings are always fresh, flavourful and never disappoint. A special shoutout to Shivani who was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you love good buffalo wings!

Ate in on a Wings Wednesday when it was 50% off wings.  Opted for a Meltdown burger with tater tots and 6 Chipuffalo Wings with Chocolate Milkshake.  Ordering was a breeze with a very nice friendly lady who took my order.   It took about 7-8 minutes for a nice platter of hot and tasty food.  The 50% off bonus was fantastic. The chocolate shake is thick and creamy and tastes delicious.  Will definately be making a return trip at some point.

Absolutely terrible place. Took them 10 mins to take my order even though there were 4 staff behind the counter, most of the staff had the back to us. Took another 20 mins to make the food (kids meal) and when I went to the counter the food was ready but the buzzer wasn’t working apparently. They told me they had sent someone out to look for us, really? In a sea of 100 people at lunch time on a Sunday, oh and the food is still there on the counter.

Finally to top it off, the portion that you get for £7, the picture says it all. Would give zero stars if I could, disgraceful.

The food here is incredibly fresh and delicious. Even at 10 p.m., the salmon is still super fresh. I was here waiting to pick up my too good to go  while just witnessed a group of teenagers come in and steal food. After they left, the staff took out two boxes of sushi and gave them to me for free.😂

Horrendous - avoid at all costs.

For sushi and katsu - something easy to get right, this is absolutely awful! Rubber poor quality chicken. Sushi that falls apart with no taste. Stale edamame. Katsu sauce with zero flavour.

Ordered the sushi platter, tuna maki and super tuna via Deliveroo. Absolutely diabolical. When I opened it up I thought the tuna maki was salmon when I knew I only ordered salmon sashimi but it was the tuna. It was so pale from the vibrant red colour that it’s supposed to be. Definitely not fresh.

We have recently improved our processes to remove mirin (alcohol) from our preparation process. All our chicken tempura is halal but our chicken gyoza is not halal.

Food: After the amazing ribs at The Meat Co, N decided to order them again here. Although they were tasty, they wern’t AS good! I ordered a Rib Eye Steak (medium rare) which I enjoyed very much, along with the scrumptious Mac’n’Cheese. The Loaded Fries were a bit too salty for us though.
Service: The Manager was really nice and made sure we enjoyed our food.

I went to @hsandco for my last meal before Ramadan, actually, it was for my dad's birthday and he likes steak so I thought I'd take him out. 
This was my second visit and my first visit was not the best in terms of my enjoyment of steak. I wanted to give this place another go, I ordered a ribeye medium for dad and one medium rare for me. 
Sadly, once again it was a massive let down, I was served a steak that had a nice seared outer layer but uncooked and rare in the middle, I had to send it back. I was going to post a pic, but honestly, it's gross. 
My dad is a simple man and doesn't complain much but he was not impressed! I cook steak at home and I can cook a better one than what's served here, dad was in agreement. 
Dissapointing and a place that I can't recommend.

Loved it, such a nice vibe, food was really good and cooked how I like it (I'm fussy about my steak!) And they nailed it. Incredible value for money as well, drinks are top notch. Really liked everything about this place. It's literally round the corner from the station, we parked in westfield and felt it was a super short walk, way faster than what maps says, there's also pay and display behind. Not local but will visit next time we're in London for sure.

Great food! Great steak! My favorite dishes were the prawn starter and bbq beef ribs. Amazing service by Jiaqi and Krystal! Must visit for anyone looking to try halal British roast

Had a lovely experience here. The food is fantastic, and amazing recommendations from our waiter, Hamid, who recommended us the Honey & Jalapeño chicken wings.  We also had the garlic prawns, and steaks. All of it was a 10/10. The mocktails are amazing too. We also tried the sticky toffee pudding, as recommended by Hamid. Will definitely be coming again. Thank you to all of the staff, and Hamid, for giving us such a lovely anniversary dinner.

Amazing food and service! The rib eye steak was cooked perfectly and the Sunday roast in a Yorkshire pudding was delicious. Also really liked the halloumi fries. Big thanks to Hamid for looking after us so well — highly recommend checking out HS&Co!

Me and my friend both got the set menu with a starter, main and dessert, plus mojitos on the side (mine strawberry, hers classic) the drinks were really good.

Service at first wasn’t great, the woman serving us didn’t seem welcoming at all, felt like we were bothering her. Later a man took over and he was really nice and polite, so that helped.

Food-wise… not good. I got prawns for my starter and they were burnt along with the sauce and it smelt really bad. The head and tail was still on, which I wasn’t expecting. My friend said her mac and cheese tasted like it was from the freezer.

For mains we both got roast dinners, she had turkey and I had beef. The potatoes had a weird aftertaste and no seasoning, veggies were plain, beef was a bit chewy.

Dessert was meant to be apple crumble, but it wasn’t apple, it was berries instead (they didn’t tell us) and mine was still cold at the bottom. You can tell most of it came from a freezer, which isn’t the end of the world, but at least cook it properly.

Overall, really disappointing for the price, we paid around £80 and honestly, wouldn’t recommend.

Pasta Remoli

Pleasantly surprised how tasty the meal was, Franco kindly informed us it's all freshly made. I'd recommend and definitely come again!

We had the spinach ravioli, spaghetti with basil and tomatoe sauce and a nice latte. Highly recommend.

The food is excellent, great choices and possibility to customize your pasta. Additionally, the service is cheerful and kind. It felt like being back home.

I start to have there pasta since age of 12, the quality just getting worse and worse, we came today orders a seafood and red prawn pasta, the red prawn is full of sand, not eatable at all.
I use to like it a lot , but not anymore

Located at the end of the mall near Stratford international exit. Quite a few tables. Staff is nice. Ordered gluten free pasta for takeaway waited around 5 minutes, gluten free pasta was undercooked and tasted very floury. The clams and sauce is flavourful.

Pasta Remoli at Stratford Westfield is one of my go to spots. The food’s always great and the staff are just lovely. Last time I had the creamy mushroom and the person at the till was so cheerful and sweet it made my day.

Went back again today and wasn’t sure what pasta shape to get and one of the guys there actually showed us the different types and explained which sauce goes best with what. He even gave tips like avoiding long pasta if you’re wearing white which I thought was so thoughtful. You can tell they really care.

The creamy mushroom was amazing again and I added prawns this time which were super fresh and tasty. Big love to the team. You guys are the best 🫶🍝

We are halal friendly and all the dishes are halal, except for the pork off course.

Extensive Thai menu prepared from local produce

Thailander

This was a spontaneous moment as we were driving past.  I'd been wanting to try Thailander for years, but it's a little out of my way.

The restaurant is huge/spacious inside and strangely unassuming from the outside.  I enjoyed the decor and sense of space inside with tables not being packed in.

We ordered the mixed starter platter for 2 and were so hungry that I forgot to get a picture pre eating.  It was very good value.

The main: I'd asked for a duck red curry/less spicy.  It was still leaving a kick on the tongue (for those who like a bit of spice but can't tolerate it).

The waiter didn't hear our pad thai/thick noodles (ho fun) order and we had to ask for it when we'd finished eating our mains.  The pad thai were a bit underdone and chewy in parts.  We didn't mention it as we'd waited a while for them to arrive.

Another thing that was disappointing and not to do with the waiter but I'd knocked down half a star off for things the restaurant didn't  stock which were on the menu.  Such as: soft shell crab and no hot drinks/orange juice.

All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back again.  At £55 including a 10% gratuity, it was a bargain for eating out in this day and age (22.10.24).

Me and my friends go there regularly and i must say its absolutely delicious never a miss of taste such comfort food. Coming from a Bangladeshi background i must say its my favourite place to eat especially their Fishcakes, red thai curry and beef curry. My friends always get the papaya salad they always enjoy it. I will always come here and highly recommend you all. Its so underrated which is sad because they sell comfort food and the price is so decent and cheerful. The guy that works there always in a happy joyful mood. Love it!!!

The food was really great, flavoursome and tastes authentic, service was great too and very attentive. The food is affordable and a hidden local gem to enjoy authentic Thai food. Decor resembles the Thai background too, it’s a warm cosy environment to enjoy a nice meal.

Food was nice a bit sweet however I had diarrhoea when I got home twice.
The decor is nice a few leaks in the middle of restaurant and in the toilet ladies a bit boil of water. Please sort out leaks in restaurant.

I’ve visited here a few times with friends and the food has always been great. We usually order a few starters and a couple of main meals to share. Food always tastes fresh and wholesome.

All our food is Halal except duck due to a change of supplier (no pork served at restaurant however alcohol is available to non muslim customers).

Master Bao - Westfield Stratford City

2nd floor food hall at Westfield shopping centre Stratford. Choice of several restaurants. A friend and I chose the Taiwanese street food place.
I have never previously had Bao's. They were totally delicious. The vegetarian fried rice was a huge portion for one. It was a good thing I was with some hungry girlfriends who helped me polish it off.
If you are not fussy about slumming it with strangers listening to your conversation, and ordering then collecting your food and sitting in a food hall setting, do try this place.

Look out for their offers - 2 Baos, one side and juice for £15!

This was my first time trying the food and it did not disappoint. Annie provided outstanding customer service, she was polite, attentive, and helped. The food was delicious, and I will certainly be returning
