Gave me food I wouldn’t even feed a stray dog. Chicken was greasy, tasted like it was 4 days old. Chips were over salted and soggy. Customer service was appalling no manners, with staff having full blown conversations like it break time at secondary school. Couldn’t even finish the food. Toilets looked like a sewage site and smelt like one too.Disgusting.

Tried the all-new Rice Box at KFC. I usually don’t go for rice boxes when it comes to fast food—especially at KFC. I like the classic chicken and chips type but I decided to switch it up this time and give it a go… and honestly, I can’t doubt it. The flavours were definitely there, and it all came together really well. That said— I got the wrong order. The sauce on top was different from what I expected, and I wasn’t too impressed with the vegatables situation. I probably got about a teaspoon of pickled veg and non-existent sweetcorn. If this is supposed to be Gymshark-approved… where are my veggies? Lol. On the bright side, the rice was well-seasoned, there was a decent amount of salad, and the chicken was tender and tasty. Can’t complain about the flavour overall. Would I order it again? Yeah, I think I would—but I’ll definitely double-check my box before leaving next time. I’ll update my review on the next time I order the rice bowl

I and with some of my friends recently visited the KFC branch in Beckton and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the toilet facilities. They were very unclean and in an unhygienic state, making them completely unusable. We even couldn’t eat after experiencing this scene. This raises serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards of the restaurant. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensure proper sanitation for all customers. We

Dear KFC Customer Care, I am writing for the first time ever to make a formal complaint about a member of staff at KFC. This is not something I do lightly. My family and I are regular customers — we eat at KFC two to three times a week — and over the past 25 years, despite occasionally encountering minor issues with food, I have never once felt compelled to complain about staff behavior. Unfortunately, what happened during my most recent visit left me feeling humiliated, upset, and extremely concerned about the way your team handled the situation. On this occasion, I visited with my wife and our two young children, KFC is a favorite treat for them, and they are very particular about what they will eat. I ordered a 10-piece chicken bucket and specifically requested up to five thigh pieces, with the remaining pieces being a mix. The cashier confirmed this request, so I trusted it would be fulfilled. When we started eating, I quickly noticed an issue: there were four thigh pieces, one side breast, and five very small wing pieces, most of which had been placed at the bottom of the bucket. Since we only discovered this after eating three pieces, I returned to the counter with the two untouched wing pieces to explain the problem. At this point, the situation became extremely upsetting. The staff member, Gayathri, repeatedly insisted that KFC never serves more than two wing pieces in a bucket and implied that I was mistaken — essentially suggesting that I was making a false claim. I tried to calmly explain that there were five wings, and I even offered to show her the bones from the three wings my children had already eaten. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, she kept leaving me standing there without explanation, repeatedly returning only to tell me the same thing: that what I was saying was wrong. Feeling increasingly frustrated and disrespected, I asked to speak with a manager. Reza, the manager, came over and immediately escalated the situation by saying he could "check the CCTV" — again implying that I was lying. This was deeply insulting and incredibly embarrassing, especially in front of other customers. I told him I welcomed a CCTV check and also asked him to come to the table to see the evidence himself. Eventually, he agreed to replace the two pieces. When he came to our table, I showed him the bones from the three other wings my children had eaten. Only then did he acknowledge that I was correct and apologize. While I appreciated the apology, I explained that it did not undo the fact that both he and Gayathri had essentially called me a liar, argued with me throughout my meal, and ruined what should have been a special family outing. Instead of addressing this properly, Reza began to walk away. At that moment, I sighed and quietly said to my wife how idiotic the whole situation had been. Unfortunately, Reza overheard and returned to our table in a highly aggressive manner, demanding to know if I had called him an idiot. His tone and body language were intimidating — so much so that I felt momentarily threatened, as if the situation might turn physical. I felt I had to stand my ground and replied yes I did. At that point, he suddenly declared, “Right, that’s it, you’re banned!” — loudly, in front of my wife, children, and other customers, including several police officers who were eating — and then stormed off. This entire incident was incredibly humiliating for me and deeply upsetting for my family. My autistic child was visibly distressed by the confrontation, and my wife and I were left shocked that a manager could behave this way toward a loyal customer. I strongly urge you to: Review the CCTV footage, which will show: The incorrect order being packed. How poorly Gayathri handled my request at the till. I
