This place is STUNNING. We went for bottomless brunch with bubbles and cocktails and they never stopped filling them up. The food was unbelievably well presented and tasted incredible, there were plenty of courses, appetizers, dessert and three choices of mains. It is definitely priced for a special occasion however, at £85/pp. But cannot fault it. The location is very easy to get to via tube and the decor including the balcony is elaborately designed to look amazing on photos.

Booked this restaurant for my son's 21st . Had gone in a few days before to see the place & notify them of dietary allergies. All was noted down .
On the day we were seated as per my request in a booth .
Took awhile for our drinks order to be taken. When ordering the appetizers I informed the waitress about the lactose & shellfish allergies. Was told that they can't give guarantee that there will be no  cross contamination. Which we understood. The waitress however failed to take the food order and only took the cocktails order.
I then called another guy Massimo explained re the allergy . He was helpful & took the order.
Food was really good with regards to presentation & taste.
The reason for give only 3 stars is due to the service . For a restaurant of this level I would have expected more attentive service we had to ask for our wine glasses to be refilled twice.
There was no shortage of staff from what I could see.
Danilo was also helpful by getting us a table at the bar after we had payed the bill in the restaurant .
If the service had been better I would def give this place 5 🌟.
Food , decor, atmosphere is amazing .

The Experience Menu was incredible.
Even got the Mrs eating the tempura Rock Shrimp and she hates shellfish usually!
Service was top notch and as you can see from the piks, the tables were well lit for those who like to actually see or snap what they're eating! 🙌🏻

Staff were lovely, the door lady complimented me & all of the other staff said hello and goodbye as me and my friend walked through. Beautiful restaurant, good portion sizes and lovely food. The servers were attentive and asked if we would like desserts or other drinks etc. We had 2 cocktails, 3 appetizers, 2 mains and 2 desserts for £140. They also brought out a small extra for my friends 20th birthday with a candle which I thought was very sweet.

A really nice evening dinner at this restaurant. Staff were friendly, we didn’t have a booking on a Friday night but they kindly seated us. Sushi was very nice, drinks were good. There was a DJ in the bar section but our table was near the bar so the music was quite loud, perhaps not the best place to go on a Friday night if you prefer a quieter vibe.

All meat is halal (except Wagyu). Alcohol is served.

We went here for a birthday brunch, which is quite pricey compared to other bottomless brunches, but anyway....food was very nice and tasty, but portions are not big enough, especially for the price. Having cocktails on the bottomless brunch is a nice touch. However for the price, the food really needs to be a lot more.

The desserts look very good though, amd tasted very good too.

Recommend to get different dishes and share, as typically if two people get the same dish, it's going to come in a sharing plate anyway.

What an absolutely cracking spot! Found totally by accident when looking for a quick pre dinner drink in Soho - attracted in by the colourful neon lights on the wall and cool looking interior. We loved it! Enjoyed two absolutely cracking, and very unusual cocktails and a couple of small sharing plates. Great atmosphere - even on a cold Monday night. The loos were very cool too. Liked it so much that we have booked for the whole family to come for the chef’s tasting in December! Loved it!

Amazing Nikkei cuisine in a lively atmosphere. We did the Chef Experience, which is a set menu where the chef comes out with every course to explain the dish. Really great experience and the food is super well balanced. Make sure you're hungry, the set menus are enormous!

This is possibly my favourite restaurant.
The food is stunning and the service is lovely. We've been a couple of times already and nothing has ever disappointed, although we like to book earlier in the day before it gets crazy busy.
Their bottomless brunch is amazing and I recommend it to everyone.

Came here for an anniversary meal and we weren't disappointed. Tried the Nikkei #3 sharing menu which is reasonably good value for £75 per head. We certainly felt full by the end of the meal! Highlights were the ceviche and miso black cod - the cod was so tender it was sublime! Cocktails were also great and the service was attentive, friendly and fast. Comfortable seating and fun vibe with the volume just right to be able to enjoy both the music and conversation. The dessert platter was extremely generous with a bit of everything!

Real Beijing 風味食堂 Chinatown

What a delight! Real Beijing is always my go-to spot in Chinatown for hot pot and authentic Northern Chinese food. My favourite are the skewers: spice level is always on point, nice and crispy. But everything else is perfect too, never had an issue. Unlimited hotpot is also reasonably priced given the good quality of their food. Staff are friendly and very helpful, they are always willing to help when we needed suggestions (the menu covers a good range). Been there for years and more to come!

I was really excited to try the hotpot. I ended up choosing the half clear and half spicy broth. The clear one was tasteless and the spicy one tasted too much schechuan pepper but wasn't as spicy as I expected, nor flavoursome. Food was fresh which is positive, but I would expect better broths because that's where the flavour is supposed to be. It was also quite expensive (30 pounds/per) and for that reason I don't think it's worth another visit.

Decent food, the squid and noodles were nice. Good place for a group though as the hot pots are quite good for sharing, and will have to try that next time.

Ate here last night with a group of friends and had a great time! The food is very authentic and there is a huge range available - you can either choose the popular hot pot or order individual chinese dishes. We tried the beef skewers, stir fried cabbage, sweet & sour fish, as well as the beef hot and sour dish; really generous portions and delicious!  They also stock a really interesting mead drink here called 'Stoneforge' which we all ordered to try, and then ended up ordering another round :) definitely recommend trying it if you're stopping by!

We had a decadent Chinese New Year feast here, complete with the whole steamed fish tray, noodles, and lotus with sweet rice for dessert.

The fish is an absolute must. It comes in a big silver tray with heating below so it stays warm and stewing while you eat. The fish is tender and flavorful, having soaked up all the decadent chiles and spices. You can also order add-ins to include in the stew such as potatoes, bamboo, tofu… whatever you’re in the mood for.

The lotus stuffed with sweet sticky rice was a first for me but provided a nice light finish to the meal that was just the right balance of sweet and fresh.

Also, if you’re directionally challenged like me, yes the restaurant is the one with all the hotpot signs in front! We saw many people doing different styles of hotpot as well as grilled skewers which we will definitely be returning for.

All of our beef, chicken and lamb dishes are Halal.

The food is amazing, would give 5* but the staff lack communication and you have to repeat everything 5 times to different staff to get your drink or the bill. I canceled an order and they failed to remove it!
The food is really good! Must try it! But need keep calm an keep repeating if you want anything after the first order. Before 6  dim sum menu is half price and also on Sundays you can eat all you want for £26.50 sounds like a good bargain

The bottomless brunch was pretty nice, loved the cocktails and the DJ, but I didn’t enjoy the food that much. Had the regular Dim Sum Set and the vegetarian one, but it wasn’t quite my taste.

We enjoyed the stay in this restaurant a lot. The food was great and definitely delicious. The service was good as well. Just the music was a bit too loud to talk to each other.

I visited Ping Pong a week ago for the first time and was delighted. The food was delicious and the drinks were also very nice. My GF and I were served by a person called Paul who had a calming nature and ensured that we were happy. Overall very nice, I would recommend.

Beautiful place and vibe. Food has highlights and misses. Dumplings and fried tofu were amazing. Veggie noodles weren’t great. Anyway,  would 10/10 recommend to take advantage of the happy hour! IMO worth in that case.

Our chicken and beef is Halal. The Soy marinated chicken skewers are certified by The Central Islamic Council of Thailand. Our chicken is Halal slaughtered in the UK. And our chicken wings are from a Halal-certified supplier in Poland. All beef is raised and slaughtered Halal in Ireland. We serve non-Halal items including Pork, Duck and alcohol however each menu item is cooked separately.

Delicious flaky bun, amazing creamy filling, not too sweet, not to heavy, hugely indulgent, over the top but perfect: very, very good

Not all flavours are available daily. Only had sweet ones when we went there. They were quite good but nothing amazing. The coffee was not bad as well.

Divine. Honestly I hadn’t noticed the shop passing by it however I was drown to it by the smell. Allow yourself to indulge to their buns and you won’t be disappointed!

Delicious buns. The dolce leche was divine and the banna and walnut are a must 😋

Had this place on my list for a long time but I thought I would not get to taste their products. We stumbled upon the one in carnaby 30 minutes before closing time and they only had cinnamon rolls, cardamom rolls and classic vanilla filled buns. They were super good they really deserve their fame and reviews. Next time I am in London I will definitely return to one of their locations

The only two buns flavours on our permanent menu that aren’t vegetarian are our ham and cheese bun and our tiramisu bun (pork gelatine). We are currently trying to switch over to fish gelatine but it’s proving harder than we expected. None of the permanent flavours contain alcohol. Occasionally, weekend specials will contain one or both of these ingredients, in which case we will be sure to mention this on the instagram announcement.

Food: Thankfully, the food wasn’t bad (well done babe! 😂) The Banana Tree Spiced Noodles that I asked for was full of flavour and so was the Malaysian Prawn Kari. We also ‘combo’d up’ our mains so we got Indo Salad, Corn Cakes and Indo Crackers with our meals. The Corn Cakes were delicious!
Service: Decent service at the restaurant.

We went here for late lunch after shopping on oxford street.
The ambience is okay but we really liked the food.
We tried calamari, chicken dumplings and wok tossed noodles.
Calamari and the dumplings were really good and very filling.
I believe they have happy hour throughout the day if you order in pairs and the drinks were good value for money.

We were club hopping and it was almost half 10 that we were looking for a restaurant that’s still open and we spot this. They were kind enough to let us in soon before they were closing. We tried, two dishes and a starter. Start was prawn crackers which was a bummer. We expected prawns but just got some crisps with prawns flavour on it. Coming to the two main dishes; we got the beef with another rice that came with salad and crackers. Which was outstanding. Except for the rice being a bit sticky. And the green Thai curry with jasmine rice was equally wonderful, we enjoyed it. My favourite combination would be the beef with jasmine rice. The Thai curry had such a beautiful fragrance. It was really good. Their jasmine rice is a must try with the beef. And to mention, Arvin served, really kind and nice.

It's a very nice experience, friendly staff, food served on banana leaf which looked very nice. Food was very tasty 😋 and drinks were at reasonable price too. Its a little tight seating don't have much room between 2 tables. It gets busy so I recommend to book the table before going there. Walk in are welcomed. Did get much time to try the deserts but will definitely visit again.

This is a very nice place. The food is really tasty. I will recommend to book in advance as it is in high demand.
The duck plate we had was exceptional and really filling.
Shreeya, who attended us, was a star, always quick to answer our questions and take our order with a smile. Service was fast.
We will definitely return in our next visit to the city.

Really good food. Turned up and didn’t realise it was happy hour. Great value and really good sized portions. You feel well fed and food is very fresh.

The atmosphere was great with very lovely decor. I sat with my friends at the rooftop and
I particularly loved the cocktail.
I suppose we also paid a little for the name and location 😅 because I think the burger and fries may be a tiny lil bit overpriced.

Visited here for a weekday evening meal as a group of twelve. Unfortunately we all left feeling pretty disappointed with the experience. The table was spacious given the number of us and everything seemed clean enough. Orders for drinks was taken quickly and it was nice for them to all be served to the correct people who ordered each. The food menu isn’t massive but has a good range for the type of restaurant and is easy to choose from. There seemed to be a lot of confusion when the dishes arrived though, with the waiting staff a little unsure of what some of the items were, They also arrived at varying points over a long time period, with some individuals finishing their meals before others had even been served.

The raging bull burger was fine flavour wise, but no where near as spicy as the name would suggest, and it wasn’t very large. Given it was nearly twenty pounds the actual patties weren’t much meat, so fortunately they serve with two as standard. Lots of salad and a thick bun makes it very tall though, so if you prefer to eat your burger by hand you’ll need to deconstruct to make it possible!

Sides of chips come as standard which is good and they were crispy how I like, which is fortunate since there was never an offer of sauces or condiments. It was also annoying that every salt grinder across the table was empty. Of course you’d usually ask a member of staff for an alternative, but once the dishes were served we never saw anyone again. No drink refills, no checking if things were okay, no clearing of plates, no offer of a desert menu. Given we were all getting rather thirsty after just the initial arrival drink we decided it would be quicker and easier to pay up and head somewhere else.

Seen as we never got the chance to have more drinks or more than the main course it ended up being considerably cheaper than we’d expected. However even so it didn’t feel like good value, either for the portion sizes or the service. It’s a nice easy going place with fun decor and a good menu, but I doubt we’ll be returning any time soon.

This place was great! We chose it due to its location and its easy menu but the food was really good, the cocktails were nice and the staff were extremely attentive. Excellent service! Best onion rings in London 😉

The place has a nice atmosphere, especially their rooftop seating. I think the restaurant could gain from obtaining some higher quality ingredients as certain elements of their food took away from it having that wow factor. The staff were sweet and attentive, and they had a good drinks menu.

The BEST Seafood Hot Plate 🙌🏽
We popped into the London Bridge Branch of Rosa’s Thai after work for a quick dinner. We were really impressed with the food, especially the Calamari, which was light and crispy. We also got the Chicken Wings which weren’t bad. For mains we asked for the Grilled Steak Strips and Seafood Hot Plate. Both were delicious; we requested the steak be cooked to a medium so it wasn’t chewy, and it was cooked perfectly. The Seafood Hot Plate was amazing 🤤. A mixture of prawns, mussels, calamari and veg, drenched in a yummy spicy sauce. Customer service was also excellent, our waitress really went the extra mile to ensure we were having a good time and enjoying the food! 👌🏽

Amazingly I'd never actually been to @rosasthaicafe before. Well, now I have. Had some nice Thai food here, pictured is the beef stir fry and the famous prawn pad thai .

A simple and casual place with good food and vibes. I ate at the Carnaby location, but they have serveral around town. .

The chicken and beef are halal here. There is pork, but its limited to 2 dishes and cooked separately .

I paid for my meal in full.

Rosa's Thai Soho

Great food with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Also wide range of spice levels from mild to heavy, highly recommend sharing dishes across the entire group.

Recommend reservations - Soho district gets crowded in evenings.  There is extra seating located downstairs.

As usual a lovely experience.  Staff friendly,  I had Thai fried rice with chicken and extra chicken satay, delicious & yummy, and good portions!  The home made lemon ice tea is very nice, proper. Tad strong so I diluted it with some water.

I come here every once in a while,  always a happy customer.

Excellent food and excellent service. But it is small and it is busy, but that it is so busy is a testament to how good it is. I think given the current inflation pressure the food is reasonably priced and is incredibly tasty. It is well decorated and I really enjoy the colourful aesthetic. I was happy for the amount of King prawns I received with my pad thai and the crispy onions in the pad thai absolutely took it to another level.

I have been to different Rosa around London for quick meals, and this branch definitely standouts in service and taste.

The food was very nice. I ordered glass noodles salad, grilled pork salad, and sweetcorn salad from the special menu and they were all fantastic. The service was great. The staff, Billy, was very friendly and attentive.

Delicious food, tasty drinks and service with a smile. I would recommend booking as they tend to get busy, I walked up and luckily managed to get a table outside (there are a couple). Very much enjoyed this visit, will be coming back for sure!

A nice place to visit. Especially when you are a K-Pop fan. Good Korean food. We need to translate what everything is. So a menu card with description or pictures would be a big help.

Very good customer service, nice and polite staff and very kind. The food was delicious and service was fast! We got seated and staff was very patient explaining us about the food options. We ordered ramen, tteokbokki and the half and half corndog was so good. Nice Korean music in the background and K-pop pictures for all K-pop lovers. Definitely coming back :)

Flocafe Espresso Room

Large portions for each plate: quesadillas are continental-style so lots of chicken but not really spicy; French toast needed more syrup but it's double the size you get elsewhere. They do ibrik coffee, good deal at 3 quid including cardamom spice.

Service may be slow, especially for food so be patient. The place is clean and quiet with more tables downstairs. In conclusion, value brunch bar recommended to those who are not in a rush and eat more than average brunch portions.

Cozy Cafe with good pancakes!

As I stepped inside the cafe, I was instantly captivated by the shelf lined with an impressive collection of books, which created an ambiance that was perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

I decided to try the chicken quesadilla. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. While it was okay, it wasn't exceptional, and it lacked the burst of flavors that I had hoped for. Despite the quesadilla's shortcomings, I wasn't too disappointed because I knew I still had the pancake to look forward to.

When the pancake arrived, I could smell the sweet cinnamon aroma wafting from the plate. The first bite was a revelation. The pancake was light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, and the cinnamon flavor was delightfully pronounced. The dish was served with a generous dollop of sweet cream and sauce with honey that elevated the pancake's taste to new heights.

The cold freddo cappuccino was delicious, great tasting food and good portions.

Service was good and definitely friendly employees. The wait for the food was a bit longer than expected, but the food was worth it.

We went on a quiet Sunday Afternoon. The lady server was really nice to ask our order from the table instead of us queuing at the till. I had their signature iced biscolato - good for non-coffee drinkers. Very chocolatey and creamy. They have their own version of tiramisu. The texture and taste is leaning towards a cheesecake but I am an not an expert on Tiramisu so don’t take my word for it. Nevertheless this place is worth a try. Also, the place is very accessible from chinatown so it is a great place for coffee and dessert after lunch.

We were there on a busy Saturday lunch time and while there was only one staff, she was extremely polite and remained friendly throughout the service. There was a delay in our food but it was worth the wait, my forest fruit pancake was beautifully presented and tasted just as good.

We confirm that all pork items are substituted with non pork items i.e turkey bacon (Flocafe do not actually sell any pork dishes) and these items are from suppliers with halal certificates.

Very authentic Japanese hot cuisine in London. Udon are outstanding, try different combination until you find your favourite one.

Tempura dishes are great, always freshly made, just like the way they are in Japan. Also try the one on special menu on the black board.

There is almost always a long queue but we’ll worth the wait! Hopefully they can add more tables.

Authentic, no-frills Japanese cuisine. This isn't your modern "photogenic" bowl of Ramen that you might be used to, but everything is full of flavour and super well prepared.

Service is very fast and the chefs hand the food over the counter to you.

Very small inside but service is so fast you'll be seated in no time.

Disappointing.

I found this place on Google and I decided to pay it a visit with a friend given the high number of vegan options. We got there around 9.30 and the restaurant is closing 10. We were told to wait and then, once seated, we were told that most of the items were sold out which was a bit disappointing. We ordered whatever was available and the food was actually ok.
Having said that, the customer service was a bit rude and uninterested which is not great given the prices. The lady who served us was very grumpy from the beginning till the end, and they even forgot one of the two drinks we ordered.

Overall, negative experience. Decent food but very poor customer service. They seemed to be annoyed that we came half an hour before closing but in that case they could've just told us and we would've found another Japanese restaurant, there's plenty of options nearby. If they decide to take in new customers at that time they should make sure the service is adequate otherwise they should just shut the restaurant and tell people that they are not taking in any more people.
I doubt I will be coming back to Koya.

I haven't been in London for 8 years... And my first had to be Koya: it is by far my favorite restaurant in London. The food is so perfectly delicious beyond its seeming simplicity. I had little tears of joy eating the pork belly braised in cider ❤️ the udons are the best I've had anywhere and I enjoyed so much my lunch that I came back a few hours later for a serving of cold udon with a hot soup 🥰 if you're visiting London, do not miss this place 🙏🏽

Always loved Koya for the most authentic Japanese hot cuisine in town. Udon is their specialty in my opinion, and they serve an especially delicious CURRY udon. It is out of the world.

Tempura dishes are also on point, always freshly made, just like the way they are in Japan.

There is almost always a long queue, so either go super early or late to avoid long queuing times.

The thing that made me cut one star to four stars is that in my opinion prices could be just a bit smaller than they are right now. For sure I’ll stop by again as this place screams word - alive !!! We had the set menu with guacamole as a starter and the chicken skewer / burger. Guac was nice, the chicken skewer had good flavor but was very chewy. The burger was sand dry and had no flavor.

Drinks were good though. All in all would not recommend for food but for drinks & snacks.

Place is good, the atmosphere is amazing, you definitely feel in the caribbean! The food was delicious, super tasty! we got baked cornbread, flat iron steak (super soft and delicious), flat iron chicken (with Barbecue sauce, it was on point) and delicious cinnamon churros. The staff was super kind. Prices are a bit higher than expected but in overall was worthy. I'm coming back to this place.

I came here on a weekday for lunch.
The place is beautifully decorated and so colourful.

I had the Three Corn Salad £12.50 with Blackened Prawns for an extra £4.50. It was a really delicious salad, especially the prawns but I feel like the price was quite high for what it was.

The staff member who served me was really friendly and attentive.

There's so much space, this place would be great for a large group get together or event. There a table near the back of the restaurant with 3 huge sofas and chairs, making it into a section of its own.

My only feedback for improvement would be cleanliness and the toilets. The table I sat at had not been cleaned from the previous customer and water was dripping from the ceiling, directly onto the toilet.
Other than this, I really enjoyed dining here and recommend it!

All our chicken is Halal as is our rib eye, and lamb.

Quality ramen.
Season Shifudo Ramen is too salty, but you can taste very condensed and sharp shrimps shell and head (I guess) soup.
Spicy Yuzu’s saltiness is just right.
Personally I prefer spicy one.
Fries chicken is also good to try. Crunchy and tender inside, very outstanding “chicken” taste.
The price is not low. If less expensive, I rate it a 4 stars.

Good ramen and good service, and was easy to find a table on a Wednesday night. However, not many options for someone who doesn’t eat pork, I’d recommend checking the menu before you go. Also, seating wasn’t too comfortable.

The pork char shu slices in the ramen bowls were delicious and marinated wonderfully. The soup is flavourful but lacking something truly authentic to Japanese ramen broth. Perhaps they tweaked it? Some may appreciate it but unfortunately I don’t.

Gyoza was good but nothing remarkable. Katsu curry unfortunately the sauce was not salty enough and chicken was a bit dry.

Good service and food quality price, they don’t do bookings and you need to walk in to find a table. Modern decoration and long menu with different options vegan included. Recommended to go with friends if are around Carnaby!

A nice place for a good Ramen. The venue is a bit unloved and feels a bit stark, I'd check out one of their other venues before going here. If you are in the area though and you're craving some nice hot tasty broth it's worth trying here as an alternative to the other establishment in nearby Kingly Court.

Korean Dinner Party

Great food and drinks, lovely staff. The small plates didn’t feel like they were great value for money, but the tacos were absolutely amazing! Went on a Saturday and it was completely full so make sure you book. Very noisy inside but a fun atmosphere. Would definitely come again!

Had a nice time in this place. It has a great vibe, quite dark and atmospheric. We got the tasting menu for £29: cheese-stuffed peppers, kimchi pancake and Korean fried chicken for starters, spicy stew and tacos for main, and a soft serve for dessert.

The food was great - obviously in a fusion vein, so be sure you’re looking for that. It was quite spicy, which I liked, but my friend found it a bit much.

Service was prompt, efficient and attentive.

Staff were overall friendly but at the time we were there everything seemed very chaotic and like the staff couldn't manage. We waited quite a long time to be served but once they took our orders after what seemed like ages it arrived quickly. The food was pretty and tasty but the menu was very limited and small. However overall definitely would come back and try other foods

Super fun spot for a boozy brunch! The food was super delicious. Grape and plum soju is so flavourful! It's situated in a great courtyard with a tonne of other eateries.

The bottomless brunch was delicious and fantastic value for money! 3 dishes and unlimited Prosecco with Soju! The food was really tasty and there was a lot of it. The staff were friendly letting us try the different flavours of soju - I will definitely be coming back here!

One of the best steak I've ever had in London.
No words in the world would make justice to the flavors that you get the honor to enjoy here.
For sure it's a place not to be missed and should definitely be on your bucket list.
The service was outstanding and I'd like to say a big "Thank you" to Maria, our waitress, she was always there wen needed and never intrusive.
If you want one steak, only, in your life, this is the place to have it.

Food is good. Steaks are very well cooked. The other Macellaio restaurants are nicer (feel more authentic). Prices for meat range from £10-£15/100grams. If you are a meat lover, the final bill can get fairly high!

If you love meat, be careful not to get too greedy, as prices are per 100g, so you can end up paying over £100 for one steak. It is a once in a year experience as final bill was too much. The starters were delicious so if you want to stick to starters only, you will be fine. Steak tartare was amazing, truffle chips as well. It is a great place, good service, food, atmosphere and all but I would still go to a really nice all you can eat style steakhouse and pay much less for good quality food. But if you want to indulge on a special occasion, this is the place!

Went there on the 19th of Feb with my girlfriend. We managed to get a table at short notice and boy was it the best choice we made.

We were served by Angela, who was incredibly friendly and helpful and she made our stay very welcoming.

The food was delicious and the wine to go with it was superb. Will definitely be back again when we're next in London

First time visiting Macellaio as they have the option for two halal steaks on their menu. Unfortunately one wasn't available so we could only have the T-bone which was superb. We opted for oysters and the burrata and pesto salad for starters which were nice. The T-bone was melt in the mouth delicious. We had these with the truffle fries which were just the right amount of crispness to softness. We followed this with the raspberry millofoglie - really nothing to write home about or worth getting again. We were looked after by Catherine who was very lovely and just showed the right amount of attentiveness - great service from the door on arrival to leaving. Would I go again is the key? Probably not until they have more halal options on the starters side. Worth a try though.

Good restaurant, great location and service is good overall. The staff at the door welcoming and seating people could have been better in communication with guests.

Very busy especially at weekends so definitely recommend booking ahead. Tables are shared with more than one group so you might end up seating next to people you don't know.

Food is good and good portions size and reasonably priced for central London prices, good variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The best Thai food in London.  Every dish is a delight to your taste buds.  Perfectly spiced and bursting with flavour.  The calamari in particular was divine.  Meals come out quickly but you don't feel rushed.  Friendly service.  I can not recommend highly enough.

This place is in a great location, just off Soho. Despite being so central, it is actually priced really well.

The food is absolutely delicious and the set up inside fosters a friendly environment because you share your table with other guests which allows for some chatting with others -- for example, it's really easy to ask what someone else has got and if they'd recommend it.

I came her a couple of times, but the doorman is very very rude and he doesn’t want people who are on the waiting list to sit on the bench outside the restaurant! Very strange and Impolite. The seat inside was also dirty and had crumbs from the customers before us. When we sat down nobody came to serve us and it took few minutes for anybody to even look at us. Unpleasant experience and we wish they can improve on these mistakes as we love the food here.

I was enticed into this restaurant by the outdoor A frame sign with a picture of a chicken Pad Thai. Lovely warm timber interior and very pleasant and attentive staff. I ordered the chicken pad Thai with lime and peanut topping and was not disappointed. Just delicious! I would like to go back before leaving London

Instagrammable coffee shop with an unusual pink colorscheme serving a range of coffee & sweets

Very busy on a Saturday. Only one waiter taking orders for everyone in the cafe. Was excited to order drinks from their instagrammable drinks section but when it came I was severely disappointed. Not least because a cup of coffee was about £8. Ordered the lucky latte and it was literally a small cup of mediocre latte topped to the brim with lucky charm cereal. A friend ordered the black magic coffee (also instagrammable apparently) and it was definitely not Instagram worthy. Very disappointed in the drinks for the price it was. Have tried Kings Cross branch and prefer that one if I HAD to visit another Elan cafe. Otherwise would not recommend, spend your hard earned money for better coffee elsewhere.

Was an ok experience but not really worth money just because my friend and I were ignored for ages by staff and weren’t sure whether they had to seat us or if we were to help ourselves to a seat.   When taking my order, another member of staff kept shouting over at the staff member dealing with me and he had to tell her to be quiet.  The tables were very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for a while, coffee stains and crumbs.  And then when we sat downstairs and tried to charge our phones the power outlets didn’t a work.   Quite disappointed in the overall experience.

I’m sure the prices are “London standard” however, I find them a little pricey for coffee and cake. Certainly don’t get me wrong, It was exceptionally nice cake and coffee.   It certainly isn’t much seating inside so be prepared to wait.

I‘ve tried the mini pancakes (Nutella ones) and I loved them! All the flavors are very creative and tasty. I’ve also tried and enjoyed the Pistachio ones! One of the best.

The place is absolutely amazing! I got the honest burger and it was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and the waiters are really friendly!! Love it! Even if the burger looks small, the overall plate with fries is pretty big! Would definitely recommend it.

Friendly service and good burgers. The rosemary fries are great too. Love that they include fries with the burger. Bun was fluffy and toasted. Chicken was tender and juicy. All round simple burgers and great taste.

The burgers were very good at a reasonable price given that there was side included. However, we aere waiting for very long time (>1 hour) and the overall atmosphere of the place was a bit messy and all over the place rather than a chill burger place. Recommend doubling the burger for 3 pounds extra

Incredibly tasty burgers and a great variety of choice for meat people and veggies/vegans. Rosemary chips are really yummy and servers are super friendly - recommend if you’re in London as there are so many locations!

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

Great food, service and price. Had a nice buzz on a Saturday night and they were incredibly accommodating of our large party. Much nicer than a lot of the more up-market places around. Great spot and accommodating of all dietary requirements - their veggie fritter burger is yummy! And their fries are 5 stars.

Great burger. Juicy but not too juicy to get messy. I went for the beef with American cheese. The cheese didn’t come through much so I may try the blue cheese next time.

The chips were chunky, crispy, dense yet still fluffy. They was the smell and taste of Rosemary and I’m very glad they didn’t over salt them. In the past, there’s always been too much salt.

Very happy and I’d go again to try a different burger.

The service was quick and friendly. I had the Soho special and it was delicious! The pesto was so fresh and tasty. The meat was deliciously seasoned and well prepared, and the bun was so good. My only regret was that we waited to eat here until our last day in London!

I had the veggie burger, my friends had the regular ones. We all thought it's one of the best burgers we've ever had 🍔❤️

The rosemary fries are also one of the reasons I keep coming back!

The staff is super friendly, there's a nice vibe, nice music. Not many seats so try to book if you have a large group. Easy to find a table for smaller groups.

4 of us popped in for lunch on Bank Holiday Monday. Burgers were great and cooked exactly how we requested them. The rosemary fries were delicious. Was my first visit to an Honest Burger, and will definitely visit again.

The other week I was invited to check out @coqfighteruk located on the apptedly named Beak Street in Soho .

I'll cut straight to it. The food here was epic. Definitely some of the best chicken burgers I've had and better that the other Chick on the block (I'll post that review tomorrow) .

I even ordered a vegan burger and it was so good that I actually had a hard time to figure out what burger out of the 3 I ordered was the vegan one. I got the Green Chilli Cheese, Limited Edition Butter Chicken Burger and the vegan burger, as well as some chicken tenders .

The chicken here had texture, taste and crunch! Really enjoyed the meal and totally recommended .

All the chicken is halal, however the Vodka wings are obviously contain vokda in the batter, so probably best to avoid that. The wings are also cooked in a the same fryer, however any traces of alcohol are cooked of in the high temperatures and oil fileration system. However if you have an issue with thag then probably not for you. I understand its an issue for some.. But theres more traces of alcohol in orange juice!

Our first meal at a restaurant since lockdown ended and it HAD to be a revisit to @coqfighteruk 🤩

We opted for the Original and Green Chilli Cheese Burgers. The burgers at coqfighter are insane; huge, tender chicken thighs coated in delicious batter and fried until you get the perfect crunch 🤤 The korean hot sauce absolutely MADE the Original, and we loved the jalapenos in the Green Chilli Cheese. The K Wings were delectabley crispy and the Dashi Fries were the ideal side 🍟 Great prices for the quality of food and central London too!

Great burger joint with a very affordable and fairly priced menu. Service is great. The burgers are great and full of flavour. The chips are pretty standard and have nice seasoning and the slaw is nice and creamy. The raspberry lemonade was flavoursome and was very refreshing. Definitely coming here again if in local. Only slight issue I had was the lighting. I went in the evening and it was quite dark inside however can see how some people may enjoy the vibe.

My second time visiting here. Such tasty food and a great menu! We got the original chicken burger and the honey chicken burger, with original Korean fried chicken wings! The service was quick and the food was delicious! I must mention the wonderful staff at this restaurant also. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially as my friend required a different seating area. Our waiter, Manuel, was so polite, charismatic and chatty, as was the other male waiter whose name we didn’t get (curly hair/braces!). They contributed to the great experience and visit to Coqfighter Soho! Highly recommend!

Been here multiple times, excellent halal chicken burgers and service! If you like flavoursome burgers with tangy or spicy then this is perfect. Crunchy coated chicken with their sauce is mouthwatering. Highly recommended and a must try.

Amazing food - spicy, juicy, authentic and some meat is halal. Food is just perfect here and I would 100% return. Service was kind and welcoming and although maybe more could have been done sooner to sit us down, eventually they did find us a BBQ table and the staff were very helpful and kind, making for a great evening.

First time eating at a Korean restaurant. Me and my partner really loved all the food we order! Staff were very friendly and helpful even though our questions on the food (as said was our first Korean). Definitely will go back if in London again!

Arang had amazing service and provided delicious food. The food was delivered to the table quickly and staff would always check to see if anyone needed help with their BBQ and would help immediately. Overall, a great restaurant to eat at for Korean food.

The food was delicious and the price was decent. All the food we ordered were nice, the fried chicken wings with Korean sourced, spicy octopus,seafood pancakes, tofu and sausage soup with noodle and cheese, bibimbap etc. the restaurant was very busy, better to make appointments before you go.

Most of our chicken dishes are Halal, please ask a member of staff if you are unsure. We also have Halal beef options in a separate "Halal BBQ" section in our menu. Alcohol and pork are served.

Came as a group of 7. The chicken and beef are halal here so we ordered a variety of dishes. Every dish was amazing. Honestly one of the best Korean restaurant I have been to in terms of quality of food and flavour.

The restaurant doesn't allow bookings so you will have to walk in, if you are going as a group, I would suggest picking a time during off peak hours otherwise you will find yourself lining up outside because it is very busy.

Regarding staff they were very polite, I do feel there was some mistakes done which could have been better but overall it was ok.

Pricing wise the restaurant was reasonable.

Would I go here again, yes I will and try out some of the other dishes.

A feast!

So many great options on the menu and I want to try them all! Everything is so delicious and flavourful. The specialty is their hot pots but there are plenty of other options (many of which are vegetarian).

We weren’t able to reserve a table in advance so I would recommend going early to get ahead of the queues and best to go with plenty of time.

Great experience of Korean food for the first time. The hot pot was great but the star of the show was the spring onion pancake which was delicious! The peach soju also tasted great and the free cold green tea was good! The only detracting point was that the menu comprised of a couple of bits of dirty paper on a clip board. Some of the food also arrived like warm as well. It’s best to get there early because the queues can get quite large.

Nice but not amazing, and not particularly cheap for what you get.
If you dine alone (no hotpots: they serve min. 2), it’s box standard rice / noodle dishes, or several larger starters / dishes, making it a bit too much and an expensive meal for really simple cooking.
Service is all about turn over; don’t expect much. Had to really fight to get someone’s advice on what to order which might be more interesting. The lighting for the whole room is white LED strips - so don’t go there for the mood either.

The hot pot was delicious. Fish cake, sweets potato noodles and rice cake with a spicy sauce were very nice. The fried chicken with soy tasted so chickeny, but the sauce was very nice. Fried kimchi was tasty. We had a dish of rice served with beef, vegetables and raw egg yolk which was very delicious. White peach juice was fine. The waitresses were nice, but the waiter was not. We asked for a table of 4 and he refused for us to be seated until the 4 of us be there at the same time, so he asked us to wait outside. Also he didn’t gave us a receipt, he was counting manually on a piece of paper which was weird in this era.
Prices are medium-high.

When we heard Slim Chickens cater to halal dietry needs, we were there within a day! We ordered the Ranch Burger with Chips, 5 Tenders and a Chicken Salad. The Ranch Burger was nice but a little bit dry so I put some of the Mango Habanero sauce in it... tasted delicious after that! The Salad, again, tasted good with a bit of the Mango Habanero and Garlic Mayo sauces. The Chicken Tenders were delicious; juicy chicken coated in crispy breadcrumbs and deep fried 🤤 again, the sauces complimented the tenders perfectly!

Although the food didn’t blow us away, we would definitely visit again as it’s cheap, cheerful and well-situated near Oxford St. Also, note that the wings aren’t halal!

Avoid. Walk 1 minute to Wingstop for real tasty wings and fillets. Fillets were dry and so disappointed. Waited 15 minutes for the food which for a fast food shop should be renamed slow food. The honey mustard was dreadful and would avoid.

Chicken wings (mango habanero) was so dry and lacked any flavour and would avoid at all cost

I’d heard a bit about Slims Chicken and the google reviews looked promising.

I went for the tenders and buffalo wings, with sriracha and garlic, and blue cheese sauces respectively.
Now the tenders were phenomenal - I’m talking about from the coating to the seals I got the meat itself - succulent, crispy, fresh and packed with flavour and spice. I could devour 10 of those.
The buffalo wings were okay, because they were essentially fried and then some buffalo sauce was tossed onto them like you chuck pasta at the wall to determine whether it’s cooked (not that I do that, obviously). The flavour of the buffalo sauce was strong, but too watery. The chicken pieces were fried well and tasted nice, nonetheless.

The staff serving was super friendly and kind. There’s only outdoor seated eating with standing spots indoors, so it’s best to eat on the go. If you are around and fancy fried chicken, I would urge you to try the tenders - they’re actually tender tenders. As for the wings? I don’t think you’re missing out. 7/10.

I visited Slim Chicken in London. Non-veg available here is halaal. They have dine-in and takeaway options as well. They have Tender chicken, Sandwiches, Wings, Salads & Wraps, Sides, and Shakes. Meals are served with Texas toast, seasoned fries, house sauces & a bottomless soda.

If you are bored of KFC and Nando's, you can try Slim Chicken.  During weekends, it is crowded however, you can get the seat easily here. They have self-ordering machines. You can visit here with family, friends, and kids as well.

We ordered a Slim meal and all the items in it were scrumptious. Garlic Cheese Sauce was amazingly tasty. You should definitely give it a try.

This was my second chance to Slim Chickens. The first one, I gave long time ago when I ordered through Deliveroo after seeing all their branches crowded and good reviews. Horrible food, you could taste it has been reheated. Left a review but no one replied. Last night we were looking for a place to eat but it was late and most places were closed. We decided to give a second chance to this place. We ordered and food took about 15 mins, people that came to order take away had it faster and before us. Tenders were better than we ordered through Deliveroo but nothing special: chicken felt dry and by themselves not much flavour. Wasn't the crispiest either. Sauces are nice so combined it was fine, average, cheap fast food quality. Wings same, a bit dry, they were just fine, nothing special. Really don't get the fuss about this place and I love fried chicken. Don't think I'll come back, only if it's again really late and need to eat something.

Top-notch fried chicken, really is good quality food 🐔 The range of dips amazes me and makes the meal just that little bit different! Also the fact you seem to get toast with each meal... it's odd, but it works 😂 Good food and friendly service. Good food preparation time and although a little higher in price than a KFC, say, it's definitely worth the money! 👌🏻

Went to this Halal burger place in London. It was packed on a week day, staff was polite. We had to wait 10mins to get a table. Coming to the food, we ordered a Wagyu burger which was really nice but not the greatest I've tried. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the fact that their prices are on the higher side but the portion size is small. Overall, a good halal place to have burgers 🍔 if you have extra money.

Waited an hour and half to get a table. Someone came out at one point to say the wait was 10 minutes but this obviously not accurate. The tables and seats were sticky. We ordered 2 burgers, sweet potato fries and cheesy chips and for the price paid the burger was very small but tasted good, the menu would benefit from having the size of the patties written down somewhere.

Great taste. Great staff. Very busy. Long queue but moving fast. Orders are ready very quickly. Rich but simple no non-sense clear and quick menu, you know exactly what you order. No unnecessarily obscure fansy names. Not easy to find a seat but they have a communal stand-n-eat bar.

Nice Angus beef burgers. Bit of a wait outside due to the demand but it was well managed by staff who let us eat in past closing time. Nice clean toilets too which is always nice when out in London. Would’ve had 5 stars if the burger had sauce in but it didn’t had to ask for it to be put in.
