I was trying to enjoy my meal downstairs at KFC on Saturday around 2pm but one of the female staff members was having a full-blown FaceTime conversation on loudspeaker. I know she works there because I come in regularly. I even took a short video of the situation (which I won’t upload for privacy), just to show how loud and disruptive it was. It would be much more considerate if staff used the designated staff room or headphones for personal calls so customers can enjoy their meals without unnecessary noise.

Ordered 10 hot wings which were great tasting, crispy and hot but my gosh were they small! Come like the size of chicken nuggets. Staff not very friendly or welcoming guessing due to them nearly closing and rushing peeps out of the shop. Overall one of the better KFCs foodwise I have experienced

Visited the Farringdon KFC branch on Aug Mon 18th lunch to get some gravy for my greggs sausage roll as featured on ubereats. The gravy here is runnier compared to my usual KFC and not as strong. Anyway after collecting my gravy on the way out I discovered there was a downstairs so when down to have a look as I have not been to this branch before. On the way back up while I was on the stairs I was greeted by a lady member of KFC who said I could not eat my pizza here which hopefully can be checked on cctv. The box was not even open nor was my hand physically holding a slice of pizza or was I was physically eating. I felt like I was accused for something I didn't do. You simply can't accuse someone for an action that has not happened or taken place yet. Definitely not what I was expecting for a KFC branch in the city of London especially in a civilised office area. A big Thanks to that definitely avoiding this shop out of all the other eateries in Farringdon.

I had a great experience The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly exactly what you want when you’re grabbing something on the go. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the place was clean and well organized despite being quite busy. I especially liked that the branch is halal certified, which makes it a great option for everyone. The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked, and the fries were fresh and tasty. Overall, an excellent visit convenient location, great service, and delicious food.
