Yes, KFC does serve Halal food. The owner of the restaurant said "HFA has certified KFC's products in these stores, and the store environments, as halal. KFC has also ensured that the halal certified chicken would also meet the rigorous animal welfare standards employed in the UK, and has consulted leading animal welfare groups about this. KFC insists that all poultry is stunned before slaughter. HFA allows the use of a technique called 'stun-to-stun' - a pain free process that makes the animal insensible to pain and suffering. I was not impressed with the chicken KFC delivered. I ordered a 10 piece bucket and the put 7 dry pieces of wings in the order. Not only were they dry, it was rubbery and tasteless. The customer support on the App is ridiculous also. Avoid deliveries, because you don't know what you will receive. I can only imagine that they gave me the old chicken because I wasn't there to request, otherwise. The chicken must be mixed evenly or atleast decent pieces. Really put me off ordering again.

Too bad customer service. When I found raw meat in corner of Wings and hairy skinny part in my food, I asked them about it. They start talking in different language and someone expalin he is store manger and there is nothing to do, KFC head office send food like this. Raw meat but no one responsible. Disappointing

Are you kidding me? The low-priced chicken from the street is better than what I had here. Don't give me a response saying, "I'm sorry that the food didn't meet your expectations." This is my second time having the same disappointing experience. Compared to other KFC locations, this chicken is a waste of my hard-earned money. Tomorrow early morning going to report council for check your food quality..

Another crappy KFC branch. Must be an east London thing where all the branches are run as tin pot back street outlets. Hadn’t been to a KFC in a very long while and against my better judgement chanced my arm at this Leyton Mills branch passing by as I was short on time…. got floppy barely warm ‘fries’, saw one customer return his. Tasteless Zinger burger with coating that was falling off before I even picked it up and also looked undercooked. Saw another customer ask for wet wipes to cleanse his hands and he was directed to the dirty toilets. Dirty toilets with urine on the floor and taps that don’t work unless you hold them down with one hand whilst washing the other hand?! I recommend keeping away from this place. Instead go to one of the local independent outlets like BFC nearby where you will always get consistent and better quality food and value for money.
