The staff was rude, they didint inform that upstairs was closed. This is around 21:20 When i asked about this, the staff was very rude. Mainly it felt like they wanted to close early and go home. The floor was very dirty. Also the food was cold. It was very bad experience for me and my friends. It was not worth the 27 pounds. Also please let the customers know about the dine in upstairs is closed before they order.

The food quality of Upton Park is very oily . Staff behaviour is rude and speak in different language I front of customer . They discriminate customer to customer about their service such as the they open the toilet door for one customer whereas they are asking to pay first so that it will be open automatically which is really funny . I had seen one old lady who was waiting for their service to open the door . In which I had seen another person she had given the service which is a kind of descrimination . When asked to share my opinion the lady Afroja was aggressive to listen . I firmly believe bein a customer service assistant they should caring to customer .

This KFC branch has no quality at all. Their staffs are so rude with customers . They act as if they are the boss of everything. Last time ordered a burger ,found just a bun with a slice of chicken ,no lettuce ,no Ketchup nothing. Professionalism is 0 out of 10.

I had a great experience at KFC Uptown Park. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good, especially the crispy chicken. What made the visit even better was the excellent customer service. Dewan Sir was very polite, professional, and helpful, and he made sure everything was handled smoothly. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I’d definitely recommend this KFC for both good food and friendly service.
