2nd Edit: Avoid this place like COVID. Third strike, went today, waited half an hour at lunch because they had no staff, no ticket printed out of self service machine, all I wanted was a wrap of the day and when it eventually was ready (they had a system error and all the numbers disappeared off the board and I needed to go up to chase it) chicken was dry and burnt and didn't contain any pickled coleslaw, just a couple of bits of lettuce. Never step foot in here! Reduced to 1 star again. Edit: I went back today and the burger was still dry and they gave me regular burger when I ordered a zinger. The hot wings were small but cooked fresh. Improved slightly since last time so adding an extra star... Horrible outlet. Second time I've been stung here. My burger must've been left on the shelf for hours because the bun was hard and chewy and the lettuce was grey, seriously, grey and limp. The chicken itself was dried out, shrivelled and small. I didn't even bother to complain because it was so busy and I'd already had to wait so long and had to go back to work. Be warned.

I would say the best customer service I received in any KFC, this one definitely stands out. Moroccan lady served me like it was her house, amazed👏 . Food was good and can't complain. Excellent customer service.

Very poor. Well below what is expected from KFC. Twice since beginning of the year, I've had confirmed food poisoning/symptoms as a direct result of eating from this store. Serious work is needed here until such time I will not eat there. Thought staff would have made more of an effort considering the prices have gone up. All I asked was for freshly cooked food instead of that which had been in hotplate for however long. Upon asking the manager for fresh food because my order was as good as frozen I was given a refund & told by the Asian gentleman acting in charge he didn't care about my opinion. Great customer service

Conveniently located in Holborn, not so tidy. Be prepared to wait for more than half an hour if you're ordering the Party Bucket. There's no guarantee that your order would be prepared swiftly even after ordering and checking in from the KFC app. They also seem to be short of staff as only one person was taking the orders and serving them at the same time. Won't be visiting that branch again.
