This place is sooo overrated. The food was very average which was disappointing as we heard so much about it. Except of the beautiful desert (it was really gorgeous), the rest was honestly just ok. There is no ambience. It's dark and dull (someone please use some nice lighting!). The table set up very awkward. Its just no vibe! And we had only 1.5hrs to complete the meal.... It is a shame as this place is overpriced for what it is. I don't think we would like to go back there again. It is a real shame as this place has such a long history and we were looking forward to a nice experience.

Visited Cipriani recently and had mixed impressions. The food is tasty, and the menu offers a great variety, so there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening.

However, the prices are really overpriced, the service was very slow.
On the bright side, the dessert was simply wow! — definitely worth trying.

Cipriani London delivers a truly outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant and buzzing in that uniquely Cipriani way - making you feel instantly welcome.

The service is impeccable and the food is exceptional. Cipriani is not just a restaurant. It’s an experience. Absolutely worth a visit. I would definitely come back.

This used to be a truly beautiful restaurant, but it has now turned into a conveyor belt, with both the kitchen and the service feeling stuck somewhere in the 1990s. The gap between expectation and reality is huge. The restaurant presents itself as an elegant, refined place with a strict dress code, yet the manager lets in everyone — from guests in evening dresses to people in shorts and flip-flops.
What you get instead is chaos, forgetful and inattentive staff, bland food, and prices that are impossible to justify. At times, you genuinely feel as if you’ve walked into the wrong place.
Don’t waste your time here. It’s simply not worth it.

I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The service was truly fantastic—every interaction felt warm, attentive, and professional.

The room itself was beautiful, with a lovely view that made the stay feel even more special. And as a delightful extra touch, the baked treats left in the room were the icing on the cake!

Beautiful restaurant if you are looking for something special.  The service and attention was refined and not overwhelming. The sommelier was knowledgeable and eager to help find that right wine.
The food was cleverly presented and eye pleasing.
That had several dining option which was very much appreciated. Set menu pair with drinks or order a la cart
The thing you need to be aware is if you want a leisurely meal the set menu is at the kitchens pace. Felt a bit rushed and even the lunch menu states it’s designed to be an hour. Meaning looking to turn tables.
The waiter never made us feel rushed but the pace nonetheless felt it. Waiter tried to accommodate.
It is a bit pricey and value of food was almost there but was stretched. Again beautifully presented. We asked for our beef fillet medium rare but was medium well. But the value was made up by ambience and the staffs attention.
So more of a destination dining experience than a culinary destination.
That honestly stated , we had a most enjoyable dining experience.

COYA is an Asian/Peruvian fusion restaurant with an eclectic vibe.

The menu is extremely tempting as one is drawn to try a little of everything.

Servings are small, and so I suggest ordering a variety of dishes.

The service was excellent and the music was managed by a live DJ who played Indie house.

Crowded restaurant, but we could speak without having to raise our voices.

The bar area is inviting and quite lively.

We ordered the Guacamole Dip - Wagyu Bao buns - Bluefin Tuna Tataki - Corn Empanadas - Sea Bass Ceviche - Pork Chops - Chilean Sea Bass - deserts - paired with Champagne and wine.

Everything we tried was shared between the 3 of us and it was just the right amount of food that allowed us to appreciate the culinary delight.

Very tasty - and very attentive staff.

A welcome surprise is no cell coverage as the restaurant is 20’ underground.

I did not see an elevator, and steps are steep / so at this point I would state it is accessible for those that may be challenged walking.

Peruvian food.  Guacamole is a must order with on hand waiter cooking the dish at your table.  All dishes are excellent and their ice creams are home made with rambutan! The cup which ice creams are served was frozen cup to keep the ice cream cold. Amazing!

On the top floor, there DJ playing fun music.  Love it!

Tried during June for 2, we weren’t super hungry so we got this and was more than enough:

Tacos de Shiitake con Chalaquita (6/10), tasted soulless tbh, but others could enjoy it as a vegetarian option.

Classic Sea Bass Ceviche (10/10) absolutely divine.

Pollo a la Parrilla (10/10) so soft and full flavor, amazing.

COYA is probably my favorite place in the world for lunch, it just never misses. The Xmas decorations made it even more wonderful to visit yesterday, and the service as per usual is 10. Zuzanna is just incredible and I really recommend getting in touch with her as she makes the experience above and beyond what you’d expect from a high-end establishment as is. Food is amazing, but service makes it what it is, so a huge shoutout to her, she’s always been incredible and makes every experience at COYA special.

We had a wonderful lunch at Madhu’s this afternoon and couldn’t be more delighted with the experience. The food was absolutely delicious — I ordered the Royal Thali, which was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavours, while my husband chose the set lunch menu, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
The venue was perfect for our special occasion: elegant, welcoming, and with a warm atmosphere that made the meal even more memorable. The service was outstanding from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and truly professional.
For a three-course lunch, the prices were excellent value for the quality offered. We both agreed it was a fantastic dining experience and we had such a great time.

Absolutely stunning experience at Madhus at The Dilly.
The moment you walk in, the dining room takes your breath away chandeliers, mirrors, gold detailing, and a beautifully decorated Christmas atmosphere. It truly feels like dining inside a palace.
The food was exceptional. I tried the express lunch menu and everything was incredibly flavourful from the naan to the rice, sauces and curries. Every dish was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented.
A special mention to Vinoth, who looked after us the whole time .very polite, attentive and kind. He made the experience even better.
It’s the perfect place in London if you want a luxurious Indian dining experience in an elegant and unique setting.

We visited Madhus for an afternoon tea and we had such a lovely experience. The place is perfectly located, few steps away from Piccadilly Circus. The location is charming, elegant and with a really relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious and tasty. The tea selection was fantastic, we tried the English Breakfast and Moroccan mint, both perfectly brewed and full of flavour.
A special mention and a big thank you to Vinoth, who looked after us so well! The service was amazing, and everything felt special from start to finish. Definitely one of the nicest afternoon teas I’ve had in London.

Had a lovely experience at this restaurant, celebrated my birthday and I would definitely recommend this place, if you are going then do ask for priyanshi as your waiters she did an amazing job , she treated us really well.

Talking about food , chilli panner was spot on, panner tikka was perfectly cooked in tandoor.

For mains we had dal makhani i will love to have it again and again and the karahi panner was good and the garlic naam i would die for that softness and the smell of garlic 😋.

Drinks we had lassi and a mojito. They were great as well. If you have a special occasion i would definitely suggest go for it. Just one advice it is a place of quality and experience not quantity so if you are a heavy foodie then order more food.

Where do I start?! The whole experience was EXTRAORDINARY!! We opted for the 6 course tasting menu which was absolutely delicious, dare I say the best food I’ve ever had! So flavourful, amazing portion sizes and absolutely exceptional service, thankyou to the lovely waiters for being so accommodating! We were left feeling super satisfied and in love with the food! Will definitely be returning again soon! Also, another note, beautiful interior!! Perfect for date night or a birthday meal, PERFECT for vegans as well too - best vegan food I’ve ever had

During festive season we went there for a pist shopping refuel. There was a queue outside to get a table. But it took 10-15 mins to get a table inside. The hostess and servers were friendly and polite, the place was packed and it took. About 10 mi s to get our orders.
I usually go to Drunch  Refents park branch in Saint johns wood which is far more soCioysabd the outdoor spacious is great in comparison. However the buzz of the branch in Mayfair makes up for the cramped space - the tables are very very close to each other h other.

My comps ion ordered the French toast, which was epic and soo delicious. I had fresh mi t tea and egg white onekwttewith mushrooms and tomatoes which was incredibly flavourful. There was an option of gluten free  bread ( extra ) which I took.
We finished of with espresso and mini doughnuts filled with chocakte that is great for sharing and reducing your deset i take.
All in all this is a great place I would pop in for quick  delicious food post shopping in Bobd street area.

Went on a Friday around 10am and the place was full inside, lots of seating outside with heating but it was too cold.  Had an acceptable 10 minute wait which was fine.

Service was super quick, drinks arrived promptly and food followed shortly after.

Overall a lovely experience, staff were pleasant and polite.  Food was good and the juices great.

I’d say slightly pricey, especially as theirs a 12.5% service charge on top.  That said the location is prime and I often question how places like this make money with such high overheads and staffing costs.  So overall I was happy to pay what I did.

I would be sure to return again if I was in the area.

I was here for coffee and dessert, and that's what I got. I got the bobbycino for photo purposes and it was successful in that manner; however, I wouldn’t buy it again. I'm not sure if the flowers on the bobbycino were edible or just for decor, so I pushed them aside. The dessert was definitely better than the coffee and the stuffed bears everywhere are so cute.

I went there in September and honestly loved the vibes and the food, we ordered egg Benedict on bagel, a chicken wrap sandwich (wasn’t my personal favorite  as i don’t like cabbage in sandwiches and this sandwich was my friend’s order and i just tasted) the feta roll (The dough in which it was wrapped in tasted off but i think it isnt their fault and probably when it was purchsed, filo dough are tricky to handle) other than that the filling was delicious and the ambience was great.

The food here was overall decent! I ordered the Mexican Benedict which was absolutely divine😍— as a vegetarian, I really appreciated the fact that they have multiple veg options on the menu. My friend and I also tried the chai pistachio latte, which was equally divine. She ordered the beef tacos with sweet potato fries and enjoyed her meal too.

The downside for us was the experience. The space is quite small and felt congested, and while we were having a deep conversation, staff interrupted us frequently — even asking multiple times if I had finished eating when I had clearly said I wasn’t done yet. That was pretty frustrating. We gave this feedback in person before leaving.

We also wanted to try their shisha but unfortunately it’s only served after 5pm, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall: food and drinks are lovely, but the service could definitely be improved, and the space might feel a little too cramped if you’re looking to relax and chat.

We came last night and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is lovely (especially now with a Xmas touch). The food was amazing, with a special mention for the 24-hour short ribs. We tried a few restaurants in the area and I would say that this one is so far our favorite!

The food was delicious and the vibe was very cozy! I got the chicken kebab and they were able to make it gluten free with a GF wrap! They also had the option to make it with a salad base instead of the wrap. Definitely would recommend!

Been here and the Covent Garden location several times. The peppers as starters are a succulent meal on their own, get the broccolini and the chicken open wrap with the crispy chicken skin it’s very very delicious indeed. I’m not living in london anymore but this is one place ill sorely miss!

Visited Heddon Yokocho on Heddon Street last night with my wife and loved the experience. The street itself had a great, lively atmosphere, and stepping inside felt like being transported to Japan. The decor is authentic, and the food tasted just like dishes we enjoyed during our trip there — fresh, flavourful, and spot on. Prices were reasonable for central London.

It's a good place to try. Ramen and gyoza were all tasty and fresh. Nothing exceptional though, maybe I was a bit unlucky and just picked the wrong ramen.
Staff could have been more attentive and welcoming. On one hand there were qr codes on the table on the other hand I got menu from the waiter but he never came back, so I didn't know if he will take an order or I should just use qr code. Strange, I'd expect it to be clarified right at the start by the waiter.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this Japanese ramen restaurant! The ambiance was absolutely charming, with beautiful spring blossom decorations that made the atmosphere feel romantic and inviting. We ordered ramen, and it was incredibly delicious—rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. I also tried the octopus balls, which were a highlight of the meal—tender and soft. That was my favorite.The combination of great food and lovely decor made for a fantastic experience. I would definitely return to try more of their dishes!

Staff were a little abrupt when speaking and not particularly friendly but were professional overall. Ramen looked great but tasted horrible as the broth tasted bitter with an almost spoilt meat flavour. The matcha was delicious and the slice of cake was very nice too, despite the slice being far too small for the price charged.

None of our meat dishes is Halal but we do have vegetarian and vegan dishes.

On our last day in London we were craving Thai food, and Patara came recommended by ChatGPT. Once again, a perfect recommendation.

Our taste buds were truly spoiled. A modern fine-dining setting, very nice and attentive service, and most importantly: outstanding Thai flavours. We felt great, enjoyed every bite, and genuinely had joy eating this food.

Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and experience.

Food- quality has gone down with time. We ordered
1- spring rolls chef special was just average
2-  pork and prawn dim sum was quite disappointing
3- soft shell crab oad thai- just average almost tasteless
4- chicken masaman curry disappointing
5- pineapple cocktail had a good presentation but barely anything inside the pineapple shaped glass.
6- banana and ice cream dessert again was very average, something I can even make at home with no fuss.
Overall the food was disappointing in flavours and the ambience looked shabby/ plates were low quality/ toilets needed cleaning.
We used to love going here around a year back to the hampstead branch, which closed recently.
However this was my last visit to this place. Won’t return again as it’s not worth the time and money spent

I ordered the Chuck Eye, Beef Balls and Braised Chicken. My fave was the Chuck Eye, it was tender and the broth was so delicious and full of flavour. I ordered some Pork Crackling which was just crunchy and crispy, the perfect side to go with the Noodles.

I also managed to try the Lobster Khao Soi, the broth was so creamy and the Lobster was just perfect.

We dined at Patara Thai on Maddox Street and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, though slightly on the expensive side. Our server, Cleo, was exceptionally attentive and kind—her service was outstanding. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning.

Very good Thai restaurant- providing the usual food you would expect from a local chain. Very well run operation. Good professional service, outstanding value lunch - highly recommended.

Located in a great spot in London near Oxford street. Not so many coffee shops serve the famous Greek Freddo Espresso In London but this coffee shop has the best Freddo Espresso and many other coffee choices. Very nice staff the guys welcomed us like we knew them for years. Highly recommended for good coffee or snacks. Many thanks guys 💙👍

I was visiting London with my family and was feeling a bit unwell. The super caring lady in this wonderful coffee shop so kindly offered me a sanctuary in the corner whilst my children and grand-children were able to go off and see the lights. Two cups of early grey tea and a welcome almond croissant worked magic and revived me. I just really want to say a huge 'thank you' to absolute angel of a lady who so generously offered me a reviving space in this warm, atmospheric premises. She was so kind ... there are still some lovely people in this world. Would thoroughly recommend this gem of a coffee shop.

Visited with my wife following a show at the Palladium. We had no reservation and managed to get a bench seat outside (although in a covered space).

There was a busy & lively atomsphere in the shared complex serving multiple bars & restaurants. Christmas carol singers brought a good deal of Yuletide cheer to all & sundry.

Service was swift & courteous throughout leaving appropriate pauses and minimal interruption.

The food itself was decent fare, well faced and it didn't feel excessive or miserly. Sauces, glazes, & rubs are the order of the day in regards to flavour profile.

The bill came in strong at a crisp £90 precisely with an included 12% servixlce charge. However, modern cost of living, ingredients, staff wage expectation & it being London on a Saturday night it is to be expected.

Me & my partner spontaneously came here in the evening for dinner. My review is solely for what I ate.

I ordered the No Beef burger, two portions of skinny fries, two dips of Sriracha Mayo & apple juice. For £14, I think it’s a disgrace that the burger does not come with fries. I even had to order two portions of fries & another dip because the single portion of fries & dip was small & unsatisfying. The burger tasted good but was luke warm which further spoiled a bad dining experience. Even my partner only ordered two starter dishes & that alone was £25 in total. I would laugh if it wasn't so enraging.

The staff did the bare minimum & didn’t even check in or ask us how our meal was.

This was a very disappointing and frustrating dining experience.  This establishment is one of the most grossly overpriced restaurants l've come across in a while and I would not recommend it to anyone irregardless of dietary requirements. My partner also shares these sentiments & expressed that it’s a mediocre restaurant that charges high end prices.

There are many other restaurants that are better value for money that provide better tasting food.

Amazing atmosphere.
Never been here before but looked at the menu and everything looked delicious.
Was sat outside under a nice warm heater and a blanket which was incredibly cosy and made me feel all Autumnal.

The service was quick and efficient. Jashir my service was amazing. Fast, friendly & bright eyed. He was attentive and made me feel not pressured to make a decision on what to eat until I was ready. Even turned the heaters back on for me when they shut themselves off. Grateful.

The food was sooooo worth the wait. First time trying fried chicken and waffles together and my god they were amazing! Could have eaten more and more of them.

All round, a 5 star experience. I will be returning and recommending.

Came to Dirty Bones with my sister and mum, with them both having already come to this establishment. The food was good, and prepared fast, would have preferred if it was a bit more, we all had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was enough as show in picture only suggestion would be the waffle. That is my only gripe, we were served by Luca who was lovely, polite and consistent. Always checking to see if we were satisfied and if we needed to refill our water. Would happily return if in the area again.

Had an amazing solo dinner at Dirty Bones Carnaby! It was fully booked, but Rory found me a seat at the bar and made me feel so welcome. Mati and Jared kept me company with great chats, incredible cocktails, and amazing service throughout. Namsa was super sweet -she even charged my phone when it died! Such a lovely, attentive team. You guys honestly deserve a pay rise!!

The grand, luxurious settings of Park Chinois were unforgettable! 

We were lucky enough to visit one of the most lavish and beautiful restaurants we’ve ever dined at...Park Chinois- even the name rings elegance! 🤣 We started off by trying the Szechuan Vegetable dumpling and Wagyu Beef Gyoza, which were delightful starters, the former being a little spicier and the latter being more rich and savoury. We then had the immaculate looking Wagyu Beef Short Ribs, which was again filled with rich flavours while the Wagyu beef was so tender you could eat it without even chewing. We also got the Roast Duck Fried Rice and Gamberi Rossi (Prawns), these two dishes were not as delicious as the others but they were not bad nonetheless.

I really like the environment and enjoyed having dim sum here for lunch. The siu long bao was extremely good. The chilli fried chicken was so so, but still enjoyable. All the other dim sum we ordered were of very high quality, made with fresh ingredients. You can really tell the care and the skill that goes into their homemade dim sum and cheong fun.

I was surprised that the restaurant was quite empty during weekend lunch, considering how good the food is. I think this place deserve more attention and could benefit from stronger marketing.

Yesterday at lunchtime, my husband and I went to Park Chinios for lunch.
We were a little disappointed, as the dim sum did not taste the same as when I visited six years ago, and the presentation was also not as refined as before. However, I am looking forward to returning on Sunday and hope the other dim sum dishes will be a pleasant surprise.

We ended our meal with a matcha dessert, which was absolutely delicious. I do not usually enjoy Matcha , as I find the flavour too strong and bitter, but my husband wanted to try it, so we ordered it. To my surprise, it was excellent — even I began to change my mind about matcha. Paired with the crème brûlée, it was a perfect combination.

The service at the restaurant was outstanding. The manager and staff were all very helpful, and we truly enjoyed our dining experience.

Went there with my friends for dinner and can’t recommend it enough! Excellent service by all staff members, very good recommendations and specially by Yannik. He was very helpful throughout.

We went for the lunch offer. It was nice and quiet and service was really nice. My only critique is the starters were better than the main. The main left a lot to be desired and was pretty average while the starters were excellent. Even if you don’t love corn the soup is worth a try. It would be great in the winter to warm you up but slightly heavy for the summer. I would go again for starters and drinks.

The best place in London for fresh, exquisite Japanese cuisine. Of all the meals I enjoyed in London and Paris, this was my absolute favorite. The ambiance and entrées were outstanding. I will definitely return on every visit to London and highly recommend it to anyone traveling there. 🤤🤤

This is a fantastic spot for an elevated dining experience. The stylish, dimly lit ambiance is perfect for a date night or celebratory meal. The Unlimited Sushi Platter offers incredible value, and the quality and freshness of the fish were consistently top-notch. Beyond the sushi, don't skip the small plates—the crispy, flavorful Katsu Buns and the delicious Takoyaki are absolute must-try appetizers! Great service sealed the deal.

I’ve been wanting to visit Aqua Kyoto for a while, and it truly lived up to my expectations. The interior is stunning, and the menu offers a great variety, including a fantastic tasting menu for first-timers. The service was impeccable—staff were polite, genuinely positive, and clearly proud of the restaurant, which was so lovely to see. The food was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the atmosphere felt like a refined, quiet understated luxury rather than something loud or in your face. I would absolutely recommend it.

Aqua Kyoto in London is a great spot for anyone who loves good food and wants real value for money. The set menu is genuinely impressive — unlimited sushi, unlimited cocktails, a main course, and a shared dessert all included. The sushi was fresh and tasty, and the cocktails didn’t feel watered down or rushed, which was a nice surprise.

The food overall was very delicious, and each dish felt well put together without trying too hard. For what you pay, you get a lot, and it feels worth every bit. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff are friendly and quick to help without hovering.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great overall experience. Very different to anywhere we'd been before. Bit of a club/restaurant hybrid, which we enjoyed very much. Service and food were both excellent. Very good choice of dishes and everything we chose was wonderful, particularly the Sakura Blossom dessert. Amazing!

Benares Mayfair

We had an absolutely fabulous time for lunch. Unlike other nicer Indian restaurant in the area, they didn’t compromise on the authentic flavors.

While our food was being prepared, the chef surprised us with Golguppas. OMG! the minty concoction were flavor bomb! Just the right mix of spicy, tangy and sweet flavors that take you back to Northern India streets.

Every dish was masterfully crafted. We had Samosa Chat, meat curry, Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani. The best part was my Masala Chai. Chef immediately understood when I asked for less milk and strong tea.

We went to Benares to celebrate my birthday and we were so glad we picked it. A bright warm welcome as soon you enter the restaurant, quick help with the coats and we were immediately shown to your seat. Everything on the menu looked so good but we were drawn the most towards the thali as it gives you so much variety to try out and let me tell you as an Indian, the food was authentic, delicious, perfect temperature, had balance and depth of flavours and everything went with each other. As if the awesome food was not enough we had the pleasure to be hosted by the charming Mr. Singh who put us at ease right from the time we placed our order and made sure we had everything we needed. Special mention to Selsi, our server, for an excellent service. We will be back for sure.

Dining at Benares is a masterclass in refined Indian cuisine, where technique and flavour come together effortlessly, which was perfect to celebrate my mums birthday. The starters set an exceptional tone: the oysters, scallops, and tandoori rattan were outstanding, each dish showcasing beautifully judged seasoning and inventive flavour combinations that felt both bold and perfectly balanced.

The mains were equally impressive. The meat curry and murg makhani were remarkably tender, with a depth of flavour that clearly reflected the skill of the kitchen. You could genuinely taste the influence of the tandoor, lending a subtle smokiness and authenticity that elevated every bite. The quality of the ingredients shone through, resulting in dishes that were rich, comforting, and exquisitely executed. For a Michelin star restaurant, the portions are a good size.

Wonderful Dining Experience at NAC

I visited NAC last night at 8 PM with my family and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

For starters, we ordered olives, beetroot hummus & feta, and halloumi fries with honey sriracha — the halloumi fries were absolutely delicious. In mains, we enjoyed the truffle Beyond burger, chicken sliders with sriracha mayo, popcorn chicken with spicy mayo, and truffled mac & cheese. For dessert, we had the speculoos French toast with raspberry and clotted cream.

We also tried two refreshing drinks — one apple, elderflower, mint & soda, and the other blackberry & vanilla lemon. Every single dish was delicious and freshly made. The popcorn chicken with spicy mayo, chicken sliders with sriracha mayo, halloumi fries, and blackberry & vanilla lemon drink were the absolute best — highly recommended!

The service was truly outstanding. The staff was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our time there. We also appreciated the high chair provided for our little niece — making it a very family-friendly place.

A heartfelt thank you to the manager and the staff who served us — they took great care of us and provided exceptional service throughout our visit.

I would highly recommend NAC to everyone looking for great food, superb service, and a pleasant dining atmosphere!

Absolutely in love with this place! We ordered many of their most popular dishes and were not disappointed! Their vodka pasta was amazing, as well as their truffle mac and cheese! Don’t get me started on the dessert - just lovely!! If you are in London definitely do not miss out on this famous spot. Overall, I had a great experience and I will for sure visit again!

my partner and i celebrated our 2 year anniversary here tonight and absolutely adored every second. we had sarwar as our waiter and he was so incredibly attentive to us! he spent so much time making sure our food was up to par, had a nice chat with us, and even surprised us with a sweet message on our dessert plate (and wished us a happy anniversary during dessert, and as we left!)

The food was great. Everything was delicious. We ordered small plates to share between the two of us: honey sweet potatoes, torched cauliflower, tomatoes and burnt brioche, chicken sliders, and a serving of fries.

I would get everything again, except for the torched cauliflower. It was too big for two people, and whilst it tasted good, it was rather plain.

The prices aren’t great but what can you expect from the location.

As for drinks, I think I ordered the orange and lychee mocktail. It was nice. Very refreshing and on the sweeter side.

We got a plate of the viral cookies for dessert and it was scrumptious. We couldn’t finish it but if we could have taken it home, I’m sure we would have demolished it.

NAC Mayfair never disappoints.

Been here quite a few times now and it’s one of those places I keep coming back to. The food is consistently good, especially the Pad Thai, which is always well balanced and not too greasy. The satay is tender and the mango sticky rice is a solid dessert choice.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, great for casual meals with friends. Service is usually quick even when it’s busy. It’s not over-the-top fancy, but very reliable, which is why I keep returning.

The décor is amazing—wood tones, warm lighting, and Thai aromatics make it so cozy that you instantly feel like you’ve been transported from London to Bangkok. The restaurant is spacious, with large tables for eight—perfect for sharing, or enjoying solo when it’s quiet.

💷 Weekday Express Lunch: £12 for a main, +£2 for a drink, +£3 for a starter. Hard to beat in central London!

🍴 Food highlights:
•	Pandan Chicken: tender, wrapped in pandan leaves, served with a sesame-flavored sauce.

This restaurant was recommended by a lovely receptionist named Aya. She really loves Pad Thai, especially the one from this place, so I finally decided to give it a try.
From a Thai taste perspective, I do think it tastes good, but it doesn’t really come across as an authentic Pad Thai. It feels more like a general Asian dish with some Pad Thai elements rather than a fully traditional one, if you know what I mean. I also felt like they added a bit too much MSG.
That said, I totally get why it tastes this way, especially since the owner is actually from Hong Kong and not Thailand.
Overall, I still enjoyed it :D

I just finished shopping at Selfridge, and Busaba is literally just behind selfridge.

I always order pai Thai in every Thai restaurant, but I still quite like Busaba’s pai Thai.The noodles are cooked just right — soft but not soggy. Every spoonful is bursting with authentic Thai flavor.

They also offer  fresh smoothies, I quite like Guava 😚 feel like I am super healthy.

Today is my sister’s birthday and we came to this restaurant. Sujal prepared lots of surprise for us including birthday cakes and a plate with ‘happy birthday’ word! I really appreciated with his kindness and love. All of us are soooooo moved!! We will definitively come here next time!!!

Pictured is the Sali Bolti and the lamb chops. First time I tried the chief's special curry and it was really good. 
Lamb chops where a just a tad on the dry side but still very good nevertheless. 
The atmosphere and decor is not as good as the other branch's in my opinion. Didnt have that old school Indian vibe. 
The queue was around 30mins to get in. Special shout out to our waitress Shannon, who gave me the best and most personable service I've had. Make sure you ask for her.

I visited Dishoom with my family after hearing a lot about it. I recommend making a reservation, as it helps you avoid waiting in the queue outside the restaurant. The ambience is lovely, with a great vibe and thoughtfully designed décor.

Service was efficient, and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. We tried a couple of dishes, and the food was really good, with authentic traditional South Asian flavours. I highly recommend the Okra Fries, House Chaat, Methi Lamb Gosht, and Grilled Masala Prawns — all of them are a bit on the spicy side and full of flavour. If you prefer something milder, the Chicken Ruby is a great option. The Paratha and House Chai are also definitely worth trying and rounded off the meal nicely.

We finished with the Pistachio Kulfi, which brought back nostalgic memories and was a perfect way to end the meal.

Overall, Dishoom offers a great atmosphere with strong branding. The place can feel quite lively and a bit noisy due to the crowds and music, but that adds to the buzz. I would definitely visit again.

Food waa simply amazing. Berry chicken biryani, ruby chicken, charred lamb chops and lassi. Everything was just perfect. Only thing we did not like was the okra fries, it was a bit plain for my taste.
Amazing interiors and great vibe all around. Staff was very friendly and also helped us with explaining the menu.

Hurts to say this as the dinner is really good here but the breakfast was poor. Maybe what I ordered. Once we got some chilli sauce and added salt is was okay. Ordered the Christmas breakfast. Was poor. The vegan breakfast was good. Cheese toast was not hot so the cheese was a lump not soft and stringy. Also lacking any spice or flavour. We had the omelette which was okay. The saving grace was the refill chai. That was amazing. Great service. Staff and decor was good.

As expected, we had a joyful culinary experience at Dishoon's lately. The decent relaxing atmosphere, the quick and friendly service and, of course not to mention at last, the excellent and intensely flavored food convinced the whole family. Especially, the Mutton Pepper Fry and the Fish Amritsari were explicitly mouthwatering. Will come again.

Finally made it to Dishoom Carnaby after hearing it recommended over and over — and even on a rainy Wednesday evening there was still a wait, which definitely says something about its reputation.

The food overall was solid. We were recommended the Goan Monkfish Curry and Methi Lamb Gosht, and also ordered the House Chaat, Garlic Naan, and a couple of drinks. The monkfish curry was interesting — worth trying once, but monkfish is a slightly odd protein for such a great curry base. The Methi Lamb Gosht, on the other hand, was great: tender, deeply flavored, and beautifully cooked (though definitely not as spicy as advertised).

The Garlic Naan was underwhelming, but the House Chaat absolutely stole the show — bright, crunchy, flavorful, and easily the star of the meal.

Overall, a good experience with some real highlights, and I can see why people are loyal to this spot — just go in knowing the menu has a few hits and a few misses.

5/5 for the atmosphere. The rest is amicable and that’s being polite ! Food is poor, service even worse complete with hefty price tags ££££.

We ordered the small caviar which was £390. Roast Chicken £115. Octopus £60-80. and some other small bits including Burrata etc.

The chicken arrived more so like a Poussin, a tiny bird, and the waiter dropped half of it on the floor when cutting it at table side! We hadn’t realised it had been dropped at first, we had to ask three times why one of the breasts was put to the side on the back of the tray, the waiter was keen to try to dismiss it and walk away - leaving us with half a tiny bird and some bones for £115. Shocking.

We did eventually send it back, and the manager offered a bottle of wine as an alternative to the chicken dish, but there was no form of apology, and considering we’d ordered sides to go with it, including potatoes and vegetables etc. They went uneaten so not ideal.

Overall, very very expensive night out for basic food and poor service - but the vibes are 10/10 and music was spot on. Always a great night at Bagatelle, this being my second/third time.

But the waiting staff need to up their game to warrant the prices! Food needs major improvement also. Staff on the door are very rude and the front of house also.

We wanted to share a genuinely positive experience we had at Bagatelle Mayfair thanks to the incredible female security, Nelly.

One of our friends became unwell during the evening, and from that moment on, Nelly handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, care, and compassion. She spoke to our friend calmly and kindly, reassured her, and made sure she was properly looked after at all times.

As our friend was no longer allowed back inside due to having had too much alcohol, Nelly stayed with her upstairs outside, ensuring she was safe and comfortable. She provided her with a bottle of water to help her sober up while we arranged a taxi home, constantly checking in and offering reassurance. Her caring nature truly went above and beyond what we expected.

When the taxi arrived, Nelly made sure our friend was seated comfortably, spoke directly to the driver, reassured them that our friend was okay, and ensured she left safely. Every member of staff we encountered was kind and comforting, but Nelly truly stood out — she went out of her way to make a difficult moment feel calm, safe, and handled with dignity.

Overall, the experience was really lovely despite the circumstances. Nelly was not only professional but also sweet, reassuring, and even managed to bring warmth and lightness to the situation. Having a strong, caring female security presence at such a popular Mayfair venue made us feel extremely safe and comfortable as women.

I went to Bagatelle London for my friend’s birthday, and it was honestly such an amazing experience. I’ve been to Bagatelle Miami before and loved it, but this location somehow topped it — I think I actually loved it even more.
The atmosphere is upscale and electric — from the moment we walked in, the energy was high, the music was bumping, and the space was filled with beautiful people, dressed to impress. It’s definitely high-end, but in the most fun and fabulous way.
The drinks were phenomenal, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They made sure everyone at our table got a drink and a shot, and they even helped pass around the food so that everyone got to try something. That kind of attention to detail made the night feel extra special.
If you’re looking for luxury party vibes, great cocktails, and a glamorous crowd, Bagatelle London absolutely delivers. Perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or just a wild, bougie night out.

Worst value for money night out I’ve ever had.

A group of us attended the Midnight Mass on a Sunday, and the experience was genuinely shocking from start to finish. The food alone was an embarrassment: we were served roughly four thin slices of very average steak per person, not even a full steak each. Starters were just as bad: four small plates shared between eight people.

The seating made things worse. We were crammed onto a small round table, so tight that the waiting staff couldn’t even reach us. We had to pass plates and cutlery ourselves, which is unacceptable given the price point.

The music during the “meal” was good, but after the meal was equally disappointing. It jumped randomly between genres and felt more like a cheap wedding DJ than anything resembling a curated “party” atmosphere.

I’m not shy about spending money on a good experience, but what we received for what we paid was outrageous. Bang average food, poor portions, chaotic music, and cramped seating.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely woke up the next morning still annoyed and felt obliged to write this. The organisation seriously needs to reassess how group bookings are handled and rethink the overall structure, because in its current form, the experience is appalling.

Our beef and lamb is Halal. Please specify your dietary requirements when making a booking.

Gymkhana is simply extraordinary. It had been recommended to us by an Indian friend who told us it was the best Indian restaurant he had ever eaten at in the world, and now we completely understand why.

Getting a reservation is very difficult, but we finally managed to secure one and enjoyed a truly memorable family dinner. From the very beginning, the service was flawless. Our waiter did an incredible job, and there was also someone we believe to be the service leader, Denzel, who delivered an outstanding level of attention with amazing recommendations that elevated the entire experience.

Every single dish was delicious. The entire menu is absolutely recommended. All the sauces taste incredibly fresh, clearly made daily, full of depth and balance. The way they cook the chicken and the lamb is exceptional. We are not usually lamb eaters, but this was without a doubt the best lamb I have ever had in my life. Perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor.

The salads, cocktails, and desserts were all outstanding. Not a single dish disappointed us. Every bite confirmed the level of excellence this restaurant delivers.

Gymkhana is not just a dinner, it is a complete gastronomic experience. An absolutely recommended, extraordinary place with exceptional food, service, and consistency. A restaurant that truly stays with you and one you will always want to return to.

We visited Gymkhana for lunch and opted for the lunch set menu for two. The portions were generous and perfect for sharing, which is clearly the core part of the lunch set menu concept.

The butter chicken was rich and flavourful, and the bread basket complemented everything beautifully. The aloo chaat starter was another highlight incredibly tasty and the perfect way to start the meal.

We also tried the Goat Methi Keema and Salmon Tikka, which were slightly saltier than our preference not bad by any means, but we personally prefer a milder seasoning. The Falooda dessert was decent but not particularly memorable compared to the rest of the dishes. For that reason, we would rate the food 4/5 overall, while still acknowledging that several dishes were outstanding.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain each dish as it was served, which added a thoughtful touch to the whole experience. We were there for a birthday celebration and to our surprise, they brought out a birthday cake and a greeting card such a lovely gesture!

Overall, we left very happy. Great food, great service and a memorable experience. It is slightly on the expensive side, but definitely worth trying at least once. Highly recommended!

Got last minute lunch res few days before for 2:30PM. If you want to do full tasting menu, have to get there earlier. Did lunch set for 70 pounds which is good rec to try bit of everything. Chicken tikka starter is good w/ smoky flavor. Chicken butter Marsala maybe one of the best versions of butter chicken I’ve had for balance of creaminess spices and touch of sweet. Liked the spice blend on the Tandoor lamb chops but maybe wasn’t biggest fan of the bite texture. Masala margarita is solid.

Overall, quite enjoyed the experience. Don’t think I would personally rate 2 Michelin stars, albeit not able to try full tasting menu. Would say to expect Gymkhana to be like an Indian Carbone, good 1 star w/ elevated classics done well in a nicer modern atmosphere. Service was great, front desk had fastest phone charger I’ve ever used at a restaurant.

We dined at Gymkhana, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. The food was incredibly delicious, full of rich flavours and perfectly balanced spices—every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and authentic. From the presentation to the taste, everything was of the highest quality.

A special mention to our server Kishor, who made the evening even more memorable. He was extremely attentive, warm, and professional, explaining the dishes with great knowledge and ensuring we were comfortable throughout the meal. His service added a personal touch that truly elevated the dining experience.

My thanks to team Gymkhana for a fabulous 60th Birthday dining experience. The exquisite Lamb Chops and stunning Butter Chicken were the stand out hits of the day for us all. Visited Hideaway London, a coffee shop set in one of the city’s luxury areas. The atmosphere is stylish and inviting, but the food and drinks didn’t quite meet expectations. We ordered the waffle, which wasn’t as good as we had hoped, and the coffee was just okay. A nice place to stop by for the setting, but the quality could be improved to match the location.

Yesterday I met some old friends for dinner. They love love love @myungga_london and were kind enough to check the halal status (halal chicken only) before booking (non Muslim friends who check for halal restaurants are the BEST ❤️).

Ironically the dish that caught my heart (well stomach) was the Tteokbokki - Rice cake, noodles, fish cakes with veggies and spicy sauce. The cheese addition was just beautiful! I really enjoyed everything I ate here. Don’t get me wrong, it won’t be in my top 5 ever, but it was a really different dish and I loved being able to cook it on an open flame grill.

Most other BBQs I have been to have all been electric so it was so fun being able to use a gas one.

The food here is truly authentic, with real Korean flavours that are hard to find elsewhere. Everything was delicious, and even thinking about it now makes me want to go back. The service was amazing as well — super friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning!

We had the Banchan S & L (side dishes) - they were fabulous!
Goonmandu were also really delicious - as they were filled with beef
Deung Sim Gui (bbq) was delicious, chewy (like a steak)
Kalbi was soooo tender 😍

An amazing Korean BBQ spot right in the heart of central London! The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It gets quite busy on Fridays, so I’d recommend booking in advance. The set meals are perfect for larger groups and every dish is absolutely delicious.

I love this restaurant, especially bbq, staffs.
I like charcoal bbq but it is very difficult to find and expensive. This restaurant use gas cooker compared with other electric one, I think the electric one take a long time and taste a bit less than gas one, my personal view. I like bbq platters, the first one , consists of some beef, wagyu and ribeye, pork belly as well. I enjoyed beef bibimbap, oxtail soup. The beef bibimbap use raw beef but they mix it evenly in hot stone bowl, so it cooks like steak beef half cooked and half uncooked like medium steak, oxtail soup is deep taste soup with meat, I come to this restaurant in the lunch time and I order it as lunch set, a bit less price.
I love the staffs, very kind and attentive.

Celebrated my mother's birthday here with an afternoon tea and an evening meal. The afternoon tea is exceptional the best I have ever had. The evening meal was a selection of Japanese and Italian foods designed to be consumed on a sharing basis with a recommendation of purchasing 4 items to share between 2 people. The seafood platter consisted of oysters, tiger prawns, tuna sashimi, hamachi and cornish crab. At £85 this was of very fine quality but will not fill you up. This has been my experience of other Japanese restaurants. I ordered a pizza from the Italian menu which was of good quality and sizeable portion. Reshma explained the Japanese dishes in great clarity and in very good detail. I also ordered many drinks from the bar the Japanese single malt whiskies were of a surprisingly high quality although of course despite the fact nothing will ever beat a Scotch these come very close and are well worth sampling. All spirits come in 50ml standard measures so the prices really aren't that high. Finally the breakfast here is of the very highest standard. A traditional full english is provided along with a contintential option consisting of cereals, seeds and a charcuterie as well as a bakery option all on a buffet service. In addition there are a la carte options consisting of Italian poached eggs, Japanese salmon sashimi, cinnamon french toast and buttermilk pancakes. This really is of an exceptional standard and particular mention must go to the flat white coffee and juices both of which are the best I have ever had. The breakfast experience is second only to The Ritz in New York and by far the best breakfast I have ever had in the United Kingdom and Europe.

Really disappointed we had told them a month in advance that we were halal and non-alcoholic and what came out was the vegan menu with salmon sandwiches. When we first sat down we were asked if we wanted to still or sparkling water but were not told that this would be chargeable. They added a 15% surcharge to the menu even though the only thing that they would refill was the sandwiches, given the length of time we gave them in terms of our halal request, we would’ve expected some halal sandwiches. halal does not mean fish.

Celebrated my birthday with family and the service from Eros was exceptional! Knowledgeable about the menu options and wine selection, patient with us as we made our choices and always near by if we needed anything! We could not be thankful. The food was equally amazing! Looking forward to visiting again.

Food: I feel really bad saying this because we actually really enjoyed ourselves at Novikov, but the food just didn’t live up to our expectations. The Singapore Noodles and Prawn Fried Rice were bland and flavourless, and the Sweet and Sour Prawns weren’t as good as they are at the Chinese down the road. The Prawn Tempura was okay, quite oily though, but the Baby Squid was probably the best thing we ate that night.
Service: The atmosphere at Novikov is incredible! We really did enjoy every second there and would definitely go back, more for the lovely service rather than the food though, haha. 😬

baby! In my Top 2 restaurants and has remained there
for years. Silly of me after a good few visits I've never
actually posted a review of it! Here we are now.
There's plenty of pricey restaurants in London to
choose from but this is the best for me. There's two
sections to the restaurant, Asian or Italian. We always
opt for Asian.
Well as you're seated they serve you some vegetables
with some sauce which I believe is called shizu sauce
this sauce is pretty remarkable, and it's so tricky to
describe the taste but it's so good we finish it all up
and request another set of it. It certainly is special and
that just highlights the start of this tasteful experience.
Mains:
Korean Lamb Cutlets: A serving of 4 and these are a
must order. The way it's cooked, the tenderness is
unrivalled. Then there's the thick glaze of a teriyaki
type flavour which takes the flavour up a notch. You
can also get these cooked how you want I.e medium
rare. I'll be honest though on this occasion they arrived
warm and weren't as amazing but still damm delicious.
Black Cod with Miso sauce. Spectacular. Never had
black cod as good as this, cooked to perfection and
with that sauce just another level.
Sushi: We ordered 3 different types and all were really
really good, as you'd expect at this quality/level. Our
favorite was the salmon and cheese one - overall the
yummiest even though we also tried a truffle infused
one.

Also their wagyu tacos are nice but not amazing imo
compared to the above mains anyway.
Dessert is also great but nothing too special.
Overall Novikov offers food on such a high level of
quality and taste, the price really is worth it and makes
a great dinner spot for special occasions - the level of
flavours is up there.

Novikov Restaurant & Bar

Novikov Asian is one of my favorite restaurants in London, always offering a refined atmosphere with elegant décor that makes the dining experience feel special. The food is generally delicious, and their sushi remains outstanding with top quality and incredible taste that never disappoints. The service is excellent, with staff who are attentive, professional, and eager to make guests feel welcomed, which is one of the main reasons I always come back. This time I noticed that the quality of some dishes like the tacos and fried rice was slightly different from before, but overall the experience was still enjoyable. Novikov remains one of the best Asian dining options in London and is highly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine cuisine.

Very nice vibes in the place. The restaurant serves both italian and asian cuisines. I went for the asian restaurant. Sushi was really good. Recommended dishes are noodles, chicken sweet and sour and the top highlight was king prawns with the special cocktail sauce. Speacial NOVikola is recommended from mocktails menu and it has a special twist. Service was ok with minor delays in serving. Dessert was delicious, the special limited edition of chocolate cigar is highly recommended. The place is pricey but worth it

Service has gone down, kitchen is lazy and will not even tolerate a honey allergy.  Was quite disappointing. Quality and service has gone down drastically in the past few years. They charge you minimum charge of 100 pounds per person and the say they cannot  serve you any food. Very bad way to trap your clients.

Lovely food and service! Sushi is great, but be specific with that you order, it can be a bit greasy. The music was super loud like in a club,we asked twice to lower the volume but they only lowered it 2 percent. That was the most annoying part. Other than the super loud ear breaking music, food and service is great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely experience.
