Loved the overall vibe, enjoyed the food but the service was probably the best I've ever had eating out.

I tried the sake but didn't like it so the waiter insisted on him replacing it with another he thought it would like and he was right I loved it! Would have never tried it again if he didn't offer me the flavoured option.

A lovely waitress gave my daughter a free gift bag which was nice but a waiter overheated us saying she couldn't use the contents due to us only visiting london so the waiter gave her another and he made sure she had something she could take away and keep.

When I come back to London I will 100% be coming back to the restaurant.

Having gone to the original location, the new location is a massive upgrade.

The staff are very friendly and are always checking up on how things are going. The food is great and the bubble tea is some of the best I've had.

Can definitely recommend not just for anime fans, but also for ramen lovers.

I’ve been here three times already. Delicious food and great portion. The staff is really friendly and caring even at their busiest. Would definitely recommend! Their tiramisu bubble tea is the best bubble tea you’ll ever taste (plant-based milk option available).

Genuinely great place to eat - especially if you love Japanese food and anime! Why?
+ Genuinely great Ramen! (Keeping with the Naruto theme!)
+ The decor & artwork is phenomenal! (Very anime inspired!)
+ The music - it’s all anime inspired, you can expect to hear tracks from Naruto, Hunter x Hunter,  Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer etc (genuinely amazing!)
+ The staff - they were genuinely good and delightful! (Ps at the time of this review, they’re hiring!)
+ The bubble tea - it’s all Naruto themed - they have 10 drinks - the Uzumaki special + 1 for every tailed beast (I’ve tried all of them and they’re genuinely all good!)
+ There’s an inbuilt anime inspired store - so you could buy Akatsuki themed bandanas and figurines from different animes!
+ Weirdly … the Water - they give you a jug of tap water as soon as you sit - which I genuinely appreciated!
+ Condiment Selection - as you can seen in the review photos - there’s a huge variety of condiments on each table.

The not so good aspects of this place are:
- The price - it can get quite expensive really easily - for 2 Ramens and 2 bubbles teas I paid more than £64 (there’s a 12.5% service charge added to each bill). The prices have gone up since they reopened in a different location.
- The bubble teas - although really good - are not as good as they used to be - it used to contain cheesecake which made an 8/10 bubble tea to a 10/10 bubble tea.
- Parking - I’m not sure they have any.
- Bookings - it’s hard to just turn up and get a table - I definitely recommend booking if you want to go!

Great anime-themed restaurant in central London. Lots of options for ramen (including vegetarian options) from either a set dish or add your own ingredients! A decent selection of bubble teas as well.

The mural of anime characters is super cool and there’s also a gift shop with lots of memorabilia.

The service was quite slow and it was hard to get the waiters attention but the food was still good.

We have a lot of Halal options for both ramen and sushi. Halal items are clearly marked on the menu. Please ask our staff for details.

The price is good here and no service charge which is rare now in London. We tried the chicken with potato / Lamb hoof and we liked the chicken better. The chicken is tender with good flavour, although I think the taste of star anise is a bit strong. We don’t really like the lamb hoof that much as it has a certain strong smell/taste which is a bit overwhelming…

Interesting place. Had the traditional tea, noodles, soups, lamb skewers, mung bean, the medium chicken dish etc. The waiter seemed alarmed when I smiled at him. He forgot about three items we ordered but gave us free rice pudding without asking. The other diners seemed like regulars, I certainly want to come again. Cosy, flavoured, not too spicy food, with a decent portion size for this day and age. An excellent meal.

It's been a long wait to eat here & I was not disappointed. Having lived in Urumqi for over 4 years I can confirm the food is authentic tasting Xinjiang cuisine. I had the polo, rice had great flavour with loads of carrot, a delicious side salad, & accompanied with 2 lamb kebabs, generously seasoned with cumin/chilli, & washed down with complimentary Xinjiang tea. I will definitely be back on my next visit to London 👍

Very good restaurant and welcoming . I would highly recommend to visit . Faical very attentive  and highly respected man . When I needed extra sauce without hesitation he brought for me . I would definitely coming back again ..

Nice food and atmosphere. I asked if I could sit on a different table where there is more space and for me to being comfortable but waiter wouldn’t let us change tables as the restaurant wanted to keep it open for other larger groups so we were three of us cramped sitting on one table. Nevertheless, the chocolate cake for dessert was amazing!

Okay to try for one time! Waited for an hour to get a spot. The place was extremely busy and very loud. Staff is courteous and helpful. Order chicken plate and one beef skillet, each order comes with fries or a baked potatoes, salad, and four pieces of white or brown bread. Food came out in 20 minutes. The sauce definitely is tasty, but everything else is average when compared to other restaurants. The meat is cooked, but nothing special about it. Overall, the food is of average value.

Things got saucy! I was invited to dine in the restaurant and decided to make it a double date night! As we got there, I was surprised to see that it was fully occupied and 1h waiting time. The whole experience was a let down because the many waiters we’ve had forgot drinks or took the order and never came back. The food was ok, we’ve had steak which was made to order perfectly as requested and delicious, the chicken was on the dry side and the salmon was the tail which made it very thin and a bit drier than I’m used to. All the protein was dipped in the best butter sauce I’ve ever had and came accompanied by fresh baguette slices, we had brown and white, standard fries, delicious perfect to mash in the sauce baked potato with skin and a green salad with some dressing. Overall good main menu, good portion and the sauce was the highlight. For dessert, I’ve ordered the best lava cake which turned out to be the best I’ve had. I can’t even describe it as you have to try it for yourself! Huge cake with a delicious chocolate lava, paired with ice cream and caramel drizzle. That’s enough to make me want to come back! The hostess was so lovely she went to all tables to ask about the meal and thank the diners for their visit. Really nice touch and I’ll definitely come back for dinner!

Good service and large portion was very filling. The food was not great though - the crispy boil items all tasted pretty much the same. The mussels were dry and calamari was very tough. The fish and shrimp were fine though, and the sauce was good. Overall perfectly fine for a lunch meal but probably won’t come back in a rush

I was very happy with the Boiled seafood combo and the delicious and well seasoned sauce on the bottom. The veggie burger however was bland. I think the way the ordering system works might have made some sense during covid but not now. During my stay (about an hour) there were 3 separate tables that had issues with it or needed explaining and is especially inconvenient for elderly people.

The place is a bit cold and not what you would expect from a seafood "let's get messy" restaurant.  Service is not very impressive but gets the job done. Food was somehow OK but calamari were chewy and the portions are not worth the money. Taste is decent though. Not a bad experience but simply not enough to come back for seconds.

First time eating at Pelican State, and I must say the food was very delicious. I ordered the XL boil combo with garlic sauce - which was definitely enough for two, and 2 portions of sweet potato fries as sides. I would highly recommend. The garlic sauce was super tasty :) Really friendly staff, and although it was quite busy around 1.30pm-ish, it wasn't a long wait for the food to arrive.

For your seafood cravings, Pelican state is one of the go to's. This branch is smaller than the one in Marylebone. The food is satisfactory and just hits you at the right spot.
They have a choice of seafood combos (boiled or fried) and now offer lunch menu combo.
The staff didn't smile too much but still served the orders.

Unfortunately they had ran out of the spicy tobiko poke bowl I initially wanted. The salmon poke bowl I got was still tasty. The portion was slightly on the smaller side.

Really fast service: you build your own poke at the counter and there are some seats for you to sit down and enjoy. I thought the food was quite fresh and tasty!

You build your own poke. Pick your rice (white or brown) then your protein (tuna/salmon/crab/tofu/egg) and then your greens/veg (seaweed/mango/edamame/avacado/more) and then your choice of sauces! Looking to spend between £7.50-£13.50. A very dense dish for a heart lunch. Great to fuel you for your gym workout. Takeaway, but some seating for 7 people. Another location is Fitzrovia.

Best Poke place I’ve come across, staff are always lovely and welcoming. The ingredients are always fresh and perfect vegan kimchi 👌🏼

This place is an absolute gem in the central London with affordable prices & nicely presented high quality steak 🥩 plus great vibe and fun details everywhere in the restaurant. I love all the RC franchise but especially Fitzrovia branch. The staffs were all super friendly and helpful, food came out quickly as well, nothing more to ask ! Just pleasant experience :)))

Absolutely wonderful Italian restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and set us up a table to sit outside. The service was impeccable, but for one waitress who was the complete opposite of everyone else! Perhaps she was having a bad day.
I would highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return.
The Poussin with a Green Salad was divine and the Tiramisu was lovely. Discovered an aperitif Montenegro! Delicious!

Steak tartare was good with bread, could use a little but of egg yolk and more sauce tho.

Hanger steak was alright, needed some more extra pepper to get more flavour.

The sides at this place are quite huge portioned so do beware when making orders (I had way too many potatoes that day)

Great quality meat, I particularly enjoyed their raw plates (steak tartare and beef carpaccio) however the Fiorentina steak did not meet my expectations especially with the price for it. *Order hand-cut chips and the best courgettes ive had in a while!

One of my fave Japanese restaurants not because it’s refined but because it’s no fuss great food which hits the spot and is so reasonable. the menu has everything you could ever fancy and more. They have dishes which only the most authentic Japanese restaurants would bother having such as natto , soft chicken bone etc.

This was the second time dining at this Eat Tokyo and it will be my absolute last.

We were seated in what looked like a basement. White empty thin cheap walls, tables super close together, only seperated by clear standing frames to abide social distancing. Completely pointless if you ask me, shouldn't have that many people coupled up in one small room anyways!

One of the worst restaurant experiences, due to a super loud rude obnoxious family of 10 people. Talking very loudly, getting drunk. We asked for a quieter table but we were told the upstairs area was busy, which we didn't believe as we could have happily waited for a table to free up.

We had no were else to go so decided to deal with it and try and make the best.

As the night went on the family got louder and louder, then got to a point where another family sitting between them and us had enough and asked them to be quiet. They were met by a rude family member who decided he wanted to fight. The other family member were trying to calm the situation down and at this point the restaurant manager came down.

Who I thought was absolutely out of his depth, had no idea how to deal with the situation, instead of literally just asking them to leave.

We ate super fast, we couldn't wait to get out of there and all we got was an apology, nothing was on the house for the inconvenience and I told the manager he should not have people like this in the restaurant. Its disrespectful for everyone around having to deal with it and then having to pay for a meal which was ruined because of this expense.

I thought this would be an authentic lovely evening which just ended up being a night at a drunken pub.

Great Covid friendly environment with a huge selection of food. The drinks are really good as well. Price is quite fair for the location. This sake right here is the winner. Good food great prices.

Simply the best, better than all the rest

I've been to Eat Tokyo many times and I always find it delicious and very good value! Their menu is extensive and overwhelming but you can find most foods to satisfy your Japanese food cravings...but like us, you may end up ordering too much food if too many things catch your eye.
I will definitely be returning again.

Our chicken is Halal and we do not use alcohol in the preparation of our sushi rice.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They also asked and for our food allergies. We asked for well done and it was well done. The burgers were very tasty. The chips for me was good my wife loved them. I believed that it was a little bit expensive but after one two days in London I believe that the prices in the honest burger are very honest

Absolutely amazing and delicious. I asked for a gluten free bun and immediately I was asked if it was an allergy and if anyone at our table had any allergies they needed to take into account. When we got our food, I couldn’t stop eating even though I was stuffed already. Highly recommend this place. Especially to those in the IBS community. You won’t regret it!

This is my favourite burger place. Right beside the hospital I work. Staff are forever pleasant. Food is consistently good. The price is very reasonable. Love it.

My partner recommended me the burger here. I tried the special one - Warren street burger with the kimchi. It tastes delicious and fresh. Also like the chips here as it's crispy. The amount of food is large for a lady, cannot finish all the chips and the extra sides - have to take away in the end. But it is a nice place if a group of people dine in together! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Also like the burger beer here.

Delicious Plant Burger, the huge serving of Rosemary chips were SO good. Also got the mint lemonade which was nice. The two staff running the floor for evening service on April 12 were super cool and lovely, didn’t catch their names. Tables were clean too! Overall a good experience. Location is moments from Warren St tube.

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

Can't get your fix of KFC? Then you can try some Korean Fried Chicken from @sojuandco who serve halal chicken. .

We orderd the garlic and soy half chicken which comes in 9 peices.  I didn't find the chicken very flavoursome, I couldn't taste the garlic or soy. The chicken was crispy, but not that juicy or tender. .

We also got some a seafood pan cake and a Tteokboki, which were really different but really good. Definitely better than that chicken. .

I wouldn't really come back, as there was a smell of pork being cooked as this is a Korean BBQ. The fried chicken is cooked separately from the BBQ pork. You can check their instagram page for a picture of the halal chicken box/supplier. .

Have been coming here since they opened and I love it so much! Crispy, juicy and full of flavour wings and drumsticks. Love the battered green beans and the seaweed fries, something different. A little bit on the pricey side but have found getting the hot wings box with calamari and prawns is a better deal. Would be good if there were different box deal combinations as we always tend to have the wings and drumsticks. Would definitely recommend coming here. All good here is halal.

Wanted to try this place, heard the hype, wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

I ordered a portion of the 6 wings with honey and soy. Also wanted to try calamari and prawns but was told they didn't have any prawns so I ordered a portion of 3 drumsticks in liquorice flavour which I haven't tried before (I was told its sweetish).  Total came to £15, didn't order any sides.

Take a look at the photos, looks amazing but sadly the taste didn't meet my expectations.

Chicken was very oily and with just one serviette, I had to get more to to absorb the excess grease. The chicken didn't seem cooked through, tastes bland too. The portion of wings wasn't all wings either.

To be fair the honey and soy tasted nicer than the liquorice and the skin was as crispy as can be.

There was toilets and a disabled toilet too.

Plenty of seats. Seating outside too.

Not sure if I would return though.

You should definitely try this chicken!!! This is so far my best chicken wing in the UK. Their chicken wings are different with other restaurant in the UK.
Usually in the UK the chicken wings are tasteless, but here I can even lick my finger because it taste so good! You must try the garlic chicken wing. The chicken strip is not as good as the chicken wing.
There are promos during lunch! You should not miss the promo. I have provide menu on my photo.

I was super excited about going to wing wing because of the hype it was getting because of the Korean fried chicken. I ordered whizzards soy-garlic and hot chicken, hot krispy battered calamari and prawns and sea weed fries.
To be honest, it was a mixed feeling, the hot chicken was not hot at all, soy garlic had no taste of garlic. But the chicken itself being deep fried had a good crunch and was very juicy despite me ordering boneless ones.
The hot prawn and calamari were the same as the chicken, was not hot in any sort, just like any batter fried ones. But i must admit the calamari was amazing in texture. Not like the rubbery once which we get when ppl deep fry it.
The seaweed fries was a let down, dint do justice to seaweed at all. Well, it was long thin krispy fries, with a splash of powdered seaweed and spices on it.
The quality was good, but flavour wise a let down.

Went on a weekday afternoon, ordered soy-garlic chicken drumsticks, calamari and a chicken burger. All fried food had a pale white flour coating, drumsticks are weirdly pale on the inside, probably marinated for 3-4 days ago in a warm environment. Burger buns drenched in oil while the soy-garlic sauce that goes along with most food tasted odd, with no garlicky flavour at all. With due respect to the staff they were kind, but it’s fair to say that the shop achieved the unachevable of poor tasting fast food.

Korean fried chicken, everything on the menu is Halal. Alcohol is served.

This is a noisy, buzzy place with communal tables. It's a really great atmosphere. It'd be great for groups.  The food is really very good. I had a generous bowl of prawn crackers helped by a Thai margarita. The green curry chicken was very tasty and I absolutely loved the mango sorbet. The service was attentive and very friendly.

Beautiful and spacious interior with big tables and comfortable seating. Service was great, everyone is friendly and smiling. Food was delicious and served within 5 minutes of ordering. What a hidden gem! I'll be back! 😊

I  was quite disappointed with my experience. While the food was average, it was overpriced for its quality. The service could have been better and more memorable. Overall, this restaurant was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the prices. I would probably not recommend it to others, as there are better options for Thai food in London.

If you do end up here, focus on the starters.

This one of my favorites restaurants in London, all Busaba, I love pad Thai is spicy and juicy. All food as a great quality. And the dishes are always perfect

Delicious. Lovely decor. Outside seating was nice and the staff were friendly. Calamari, sticky rice and crispy duck noodles were delicious. Green thai curry could have been more flavoursome.

Most of our chicken dishes are halal! Just check with the manager on duty to find out which ones.

2nd Edit: Avoid this place like COVID. Third strike, went today, waited half an hour at lunch because they had no staff, no ticket printed out of self service machine, all I wanted was a wrap of the day and when it eventually was ready (they had a system error and all the numbers disappeared off the board and I needed to go up to chase it) chicken was dry and burnt and didn't contain any pickled coleslaw, just a couple of bits of lettuce. Never step foot in here! Reduced to 1 star again.

Edit: I went back today and the burger was still dry and they gave me regular burger when I ordered a zinger. The hot wings were small but cooked fresh. Improved slightly since last time so adding an extra star...

Horrible outlet. Second time I've been stung here. My burger must've been left on the shelf for hours because the bun was hard and chewy and the lettuce was grey, seriously, grey and limp. The chicken itself was dried out, shrivelled and small. I didn't even bother to complain because it was so busy and I'd already had to wait so long and had to go back to work. Be warned.

I would say the best customer service I received in any KFC, this one definitely stands out. Moroccan lady served me like it was her house, amazed👏 .

Very poor. Well below what is expected from KFC. Twice since beginning of the year, I've had confirmed food poisoning/symptoms as a direct result of eating from this store. Serious work is needed here until such time I will not eat there.
Thought staff would have made more of an effort considering the prices have gone up. All I asked was for freshly cooked food instead of that which had been in hotplate for however long. Upon asking the manager for fresh food because my order was as good as frozen I was given a refund & told by the Asian gentleman acting in charge he didn't care about my opinion. Conveniently located in Holborn, not so tidy. Be prepared to wait for more than half an hour if you're ordering the Party Bucket. There's no guarantee that your order would be prepared swiftly even after ordering and checking in from the KFC app. They also seem to be short of staff as only one person was taking the orders and serving them at the same time.
Won't be visiting that branch again.

Hot wings don't seem to be of the day. They are more oily and their color is darker than usual. It leads to believe that it is the lack of quality of the oil or it will be a product that when left over during the day is refried.

In our KFC Halal restaurants we do not handle any pork ingredients, and all the food and drink items served in these restaurants are approved by the Halal Food Authority. This ensures the very best Halal food standards but does mean that certain menu items and limited time offers may not be available.

Another key consideration for us was that we were able to ensure that the halal certified chicken would also meet the rigorous animal welfare standards we employ in the UK, and we consulted leading animal welfare groups about this.

There is no compromise to our welfare standards. We continue to insist that our poultry is stunned before slaughter, using a technique called 'stun-to-stun'. We only buy high quality, Grade A, farm-assured chicken from trustworthy suppliers, who are contractually required to meet or exceed all relevant UK and EU legislation and this will not change.

Great place for a quick bite. Somewhere different and feels like it’s a bit healthier. All good was freshly cooked and the chicken tenders were soo juicy and tender inside! Customer service was great too, Shanika was really helpful and welcoming, and the whole place was immaculately clean! Definitely going to come back!

Great customer service served by a friendly staff called Tim, I asked for flavours to try so I tried their tenders, chicken wings and milkshake. I would say I would come back for the tenders and chips only. The sauces they offer is really good servings!! Wings were okay but I think other places does it better, the milkshake was very sweet, I would reccommend to ask them to put less syrup in your milkshake. Overall a good atmosphere.

Food was incredible, one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. My friends chicken salad was fresh with a generous portion. Incredible sauces. Great staff, will go back again. :)

I think this is the best slims to go to in London, it’s quiet, there’s more tables, there’s more space to eat and the food I feel is much better here. Make sure to download the app and get 20% off your meal as a new user! I got the double bbq sandwich which was really great and saucy, it is very large so only order it if you don’t mind making a mess. The fries were great aswell. I also got 7 tenders on top, I chose sriracha garlic slims sauce (kind of like burger sauce) and spicy bbq as my sauces . All three sauces were great. My meal cost about £18 which isn’t too bad for what I got. This place is halal and just a good place overall in London. I even got my tenders takeaway, they do give boxes.

Dropped by this newly opened place searching for a good lunch. The burrito was amazing, fresh and juicy, stuffed with great ingridients. Probably the best burrito I tasted so far. Kept me energetic the whole day! There is a great choice what would you like to add, and can choose the sizes. Good addition: they also have a coffee machine! Should be great for business lunch.

Solid burrito. Portions and burrito sizes are pretty good. Got the regular, which was big, but they still offer an even bigger size.

No extra charges for things like guacamole etc, so no surprises.

Churros were some of the best I've had.  Fresh, warm and comes with a nice chocolate sauce.

Brilliant experience! The southwest burrito is of the charts in terms of flavour and the tenderness of the beef brisket. Steve and Usman were kind and welcoming hosts. Would highly recommend!

The desserts here are actually incredible, really light and tasty. However the hygiene standards are quite appalling. The tables and chairs were dirty (there was a long hair on my chair) , there weren't any napkins available. Given the location and prices, you would expect a much cleaner culinary experience. Were this to be rectified, I would have no hesitation giving 5 stars.

Three words: Delicious cloud heaven

There are many moments that I am completely blown over by the taste of certain foods. But there are fewer times when the food has left me near speechless when it comes to its presentation and taste.

I had long researched a decent location for the fluffiest of Japanese pancakes and decided to take a gamble on this well-reviewed location. Having navigated through London, journeying by foot and rail to find this place of legends and delicate fluff, I finally came across the minimally decorated Fuwa Fuwa.

Located in the Grade II 1970s shopping centre, a little bit out of the way of the busier parts of London…. at first glance it doesn’t look like much. But I can assure you it is beyond worth visiting.

Surrounded by reminders of fluff (there are liberal placements of cotton on shelves and plant pots), one is presented with the softest, most fragile of pancakes. It arrives jiggling and covered in chocolate and a smattering of sugar, but it is beautiful. Not only is its appearance art itself, but the moment one bites into the pancake cotton, I do believe this is the closest one will ever get to consuming a literal cloud.

Every mouthful melts on your palette and I can only describe it was one of the most magical dining experiences that I have ever had.

To quote one noteworthy film: “It’s so fluffy I’m gonna DIE!”

Honestly, a complete must-visit for London.

Absolutely amazing, i've never had anything like it. It was expensive but I think it's worth trying once. The iced coffee was pretty small for the price but tasted great. I think the waitress gave our food to the table next to us as we had the same order and ordered before they sat down, but other than that I loved it. Only one toilet but was clean inside.

Pancakes looked good but tasted average. Drinks took very long to come, by the time we got our drinks we had finished the pancakes already. They were also served in paper and plastic cups which we thought were unusual for eating in. The interior decor of the cafe was very basic, looked like not much work had been put into it. Overall dining experience could be improved.

I was made to wait for like half an hour. The music also sucks and it doesn't fit with the theme of the cafe. Haven't had my pancakes yet I'm still waiting as we speak

Edit: I got my food like 5 minutes after. It was pretty good so overall like maybe 2 stars.

Fantastic place with an amazing range of savory and sweet pancakes! The best savoury and sweet pancakes are ones with chicken and Nutella, respectively. You have to try the lemonade too! Size wise, the pancakes are ridiculously humongous, you won't need to eat anything else that day again! 😆

Really original concept, a telephone box turned into a tiramisu shop! It's by Russell Square, so perfect to grab it and enjoy it there with no rush! We tried the classic and the lemon one. Really really nice! Lemon was good but the classic was something else! Feels light and fluffy. Lovely treat!

A gem in Bloomsbury! The guy who served us was really friendly and there’s a student discount. The original tiramisu £4.75 was delicious, will come back again.

One of the best Tiramisus that I have tasted! It was perfectly moist, perfectly sweet and had a really good taste! I would highly recommend this place and I am planning to go there to try the rest of the Tiramisu flavors.

Had a latte here yesterday. It was fabulous. Well made and very much welcome. We also had a piece of the delicious lemon tiramisu. Light and fluffy. I love this idea and so convenient to the park. Well done and good luck. You deserve to do well.

All tiramisus are homemade from a gentleman straight from Italy! Absolutely lovely!!!! Also coffee for +£1 with a tiramisu. Any coffee you’d like! Highly recommend.

Shake Shack Tottenham Court Road

Love this little place that's new in. The staff are friendly and have manners this is very very hard to find in Birmingham. The place has been done up to an above satisfactory level. They have all the food needed for a burger joint. The management are well mannered and have a smile as I mentioned before a smile when entered can determine if you will come back again

I had a cheeseburger “shake burger”, fries and an ice tea. I loved the fries, perfectly crunchy and just the right amount of salt. I though the burger was great as well, but it is grass fed beef so not the same flavor profile or texture as US corn fed beef. Perfect bun!

I took my mine to go since I wasn’t sure how long it would take but ended up eating it there. The food came fast and there was no problem getting some extra ice in my drink.

Not great. Been to other shake shacks and they’ve been much better. The meat tasted like it was on the turn and the chips were cold and stale with hardly any salt. Lemonade was good though! Will go down the road to the Covent Garden in the future.

Clean and plenty of seats. Staff were patient and friendly to serve. The toilet is a little messy probably due to lack of manpower to clean up. Foods were prepared quickly without compromising the taste. We ordered a burger, cheese fries, choc milkshake and frozen custard. The best was the frozen custard.. it's small yet pricey, but definitely worth the money spent!

Lovely food. Very slow service. I only ordered a strawberry lemonade and that took them 20mins to make. Shop wasn't even busy. Missed my bus. At least speed up your service if you are going to open a restaurant in front of a bus stop.

Sister ordered some food from here on an app for a special deal. We got a bowl, sandwich and a couple of pastries. The shop has quite a nice selection of food in the fridge and in the cabinet. It was a nice place to just pick something up for a quick stop and meal. The food wasn't too bad.

Finally a new place to eat healthy and quick in London. The whole atmosphere is nice and the staff is super friendly. The food ingredients are fresh and the coffee is by far the best around the high Court of justice. 

And try the carrot cake.

Cool, minimalist feeling coffee shop. Tru has a good selection of healthy food - I got the fruit and yoghurt poke bowl, a mini chocolate twist and a flat white. Coffee was delicious, the pastry was gorgeous too. The poke bowl was nice and filling.
The service was very good as well. Friendly staff who made the effort to say goodbye when I left.

Bought teriyaki salmon - did not find anything tasting like teriyaki. Price was good because bought through Karma, food tasted and felt bad however.

I have a sensitive stomach and always know it when I eat something of poor quality, this was the case with TRU, had a bad stomach ache after eating that dish.

The service that Hiba offer is exceptionally friendly and professional. I used them for catering for a party I was throwing, and Sayeda was so incredibly sweet and helpful. She really tried to understand exactly what I needed, and was so accommodating to the dietary requirements we had, with a majority of the food being vegan and gluten free. She responded to all my emails so quickly, and ensured I was happy at every stage. It was such a pleasure to liaise with her, and even upon delivery, the men who delivered the food from Hiba were so lovely. The food itself was incredible, and everyone at the party wanted to know who had made the food! I really appreciate the amazing level of care that was given throughout, and I can't wait to order more delicious food from Hiba soon!

LOVE this place. Staff is always super warm, welcoming and professional (Mo has served us every time we came for dinner and he’s just great!). Portions are always perfect, especially for the prices, and meals are flavourful and fresh. I love the halloumi wrap and their baklava is top notch!! I love taking my friends here and will continue to do so :)

The food was amazing! However the service is really bad!! Never got checked up on, constantly having to ask the waitress for bits. The waitress was not wearing uniform and always responded rude and would ignore the customers. There was no effective communication coming from them. Awful service never going back!!

I selected as a starter a plate of 2 Rakatat Jibneh which is basically filo pastry rolls with cheese inside and 2 of the Rakatat Djaj which is again filo pastry rolls stuffed with chicken and onion. They were accompanied by 2 different spread sauces, a chilly one and a garlic one and a basket of 4 pittas. The rolls where so tasty and filling that I was left wanting more. I ordered as a main the "Today's platter for 1 person" from the recommended menu. It basically comes as a big platter with 4 different sides in it(or mezes as they call it). It contains a good portion of hummus, moutabal(which is basically aubergine spread, tabbouleh salad with herbs and a big falafel in the middle, and of course a very generous portion of grilled chicken. I was offered baklava bites on the house(which is a traditional dessert). In conclusion I was barely breathing when I walked out. One person eats and drinks more than enough with less than 20 pounds, I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and Muhammed was very helpful with my questions and helped me select the dishes I got.

Must try!! The lamb and chicken and falafel are all amazing and very flavoursome, soft and fresh. The they have a wide range of salads and their rice is great. I’d recommend the lemonade aswell it’s a delight. Great spot, friendly staff and top service.

This is by far my most favourite lunch place in London. The prices are really really good and they also offer a student discount. You get to pick from a huge variety of fresh, healthy and delicious vegetables as well as amazing House-Made sauces and the choice of falafel/chicken/lamb. They prepare it directly in front of you and the portions are very good. The restaurant is clean too. Don't forget to try the mango lassi!

Absolutely loved this place! Lots of vegan and gluten-free options. 

We had the tofu starter, followed by 4 vegetable side dishes and rice. All were perfect. Took our leftovers home and ate them for lunch the next day - still delicious!

Ordered the kebab and duck starters - the kebab one is definitely a winner, the duck starter had the savoury flavour overpowered by the sweetness.
The mains were duck and lamb, I hoped for either to be a bit more spicy.
The atmosphere was relaxed and dimly lit, maybe a bit too dimly lit (the bulb above our table didn't come on).
Overall: satisfactory, some wine is required to get the most out of the meal. 3.5*

Came to visit the restaurant with my friends on Thursday . It was our first proper meal after lockdown AND TURNED OUT TO BE THE BEST EVER !!!
I was having the baby lamb chops ,it did taste fantastic and I couldn’t stop myself not to eat a bit of my partner’s venison kebab !!! Mains were also very tasty. We were having biryanis and they could even accommodate my friend’s dietary requirements  , who is vegan  ! Trust me, it’s not easy to find a good restaurant with her .
All in all, thank you very much ! Beautiful food, beautiful restaurant , beautiful vibe !

Great food, fast service and friendly staff. Wish there were more around London. Much more reasonably priced than some of it’s competitors like chipotle and tastes better. Win Win

Was here for dinner and I had a “large” naked burrito. I paid £8 for this. Their “large” burrito is £6.60 and that only includes rice and beans which I think is ridiculous. You have to pay extra for toppings including the beef which again I think is ridiculous. Portions are small and I Ieft the place feeling unsatisfied and still hungry. The flavours are nothing to write home about. Never coming back. 1 out of 5 stars.

Burritos and tacos are amazing!!! Staff is also nice. My suggestion: burrito large, rice, coriandro, Black peas, pork (carnitas), tomatoes, chili sauce. It May be a good idea also a bit of guacamole (but you have to add money).

Not bad, cheap but lacking in flavour.
Staff is lovely and some speak Spanish.

The staff was really nice and our nacho-cheese plate was great as well! We got 5 Coronas for only £15, which is great! Definitely recommend! 👍🏼
