my order was cancelled through justeat. i rang the restaurant and was told the driver went home. i paid 100% charge which means i wont receive any form of refund and nor will i get my food. i rang the restaurant and the owner said there's nothing he can do and cut me off without even letting me speak. no food, no refund and god awful customer service. - UPDATE - i got a call from the restaurant 30 seconds after my review was posted to say they will deliver my food. 30 minutes later i get a knock on the door. the lad handed my food over and asked to take the review down as they don’t want a bad image in which i did immediately until i opened the bag of food to which i saw a meal in which i hadn’t ordered at all. i will attach all the images below. i specifically said no mayo as im allergic to receive a burger covered in mayo… thanks orlando’s. the effort to attempt to deliver is much appreciated… update - it’s been 5 days with still no refund or even an attempt to fix the issue. absolutely appalling customer service.

Tried this the first time. The food arrived piping hot and fresh. The burgers are huge and the buns used are of quality. The fries what they use are the ones we got before some places started using the matchstick fries which I don't like. These were nice but could be better quality. So we did order a tawa burger but got a normal chicken burger instead. Looks like someone forgot to put it on the Tawa. All in all was good but there is room for improvement. I'm doing another review. They've done it again sent a normal burger instead of a tawa burger. Must be some idiots working here who don't bother with doing the right thing
