Compared to other fatayers I've had, this one was not as good but it seems ok.

Initially I thought it was quite small but It actually was quite filling.

I would expect a fatater, esp if traditional style, to have all the filling enclosed by the dough like a calzone, or atleast covered by cheese.  There was fair bit of exposed meat.  Taste wise is was ok. Not bad but I think next time I would go for just chicken Shawarma and not the mix one.

this place is a blessing that seems the locals don't praise enough, this place is authentic & genuine, a food experience of delicious , wholesome & heart warming, smile making, enjoyable experience places that needs visiting.

if you know Rusholme chippy - you will appreciate this, there are one or two local that tried to copy , but they serve expensive, burnt out, raggedy portions - UNLIKE this place, if we are passing within a 20 mile range, we drive TO HERE, to eat, real chips - NOT FRIES, the brothers are respectful, polite, service with a smile every time, I can't praise this place enough.

Absolutely outstanding food. If you want to try authentic Kobeda and traditional rice this is by far the best place I have ever tried.

The staff are friendly and you feel their kindness and hospitality even as a paying customer.

Food is reasonably priced and the place is clean. We go almost every evening as we are having a kitchen refurbishment at home and never have we been disappointed. The food is consistently at a high standard and always tastes amazing!

We have even bought our family members from out of town here and they agree. The place is 10/10!

We've been to this restaurant many times in the past few months, and it has always left a great impression.

The food is consistently excellent, especially the kobeida kebabs, which are the best we've ever had.

Even a friend of mine who doesn't usually like kobeida kebabs because of their fatty taste enjoys these ones because they taste fresh and aren't too greasy. And the hummus is amazing!

The portions are generous and very good value for money.

As for the staff, they are polite, efficient, generous and friendly.

They are also HMC certified and don't feel the need to put on music in the background, which is sadly not the case for many other places.

Visited this restaurant a few times now and the food has been consistently good. Would highly recommend the Kobeda kebabs. It's like going to eat at someone's house with the upstairs very much like a house.
This time it was to takeout and found that the naan had really stuck to the paper. Some on street parking available.

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 50 minutes to be told that my slip had grey wings and flew under the worktop. When I asked for a refund me he gave me back a percentage of what I paid and after checking the receipt again he paid me the full amount.

Mr Boss who is actually Mr Bully, takes on more than he can chew and has his shopped rammed with people and customers standing upstairs waiting in the hallways with no access to walk. Simply turn them away and tell them to come back in a while.

No apology! No compensation!

I was asked to carry out the extraction cleaning last week .
We agreed a time , date and price very quickly via a couple of messages .
On the requested day I was very very surprised to see that the extraction system was a top of the range system.
It was very obvious that the staff either had really bad OCD or they actually really cared about the kitchen.
It was very clean , well organised and everything had a designated place.
I got my job done very quickly as the chef was very helpful in aiding me move the large equipment out of my way.
I shall be sampling the food next weekend.

By far the best takeaway I have ever had. It's my go to takeaway every time. My family come up from Bolton to Blackburn to visit and they always ask for a Mr Joes. Absolutely. 100% Recommend 🥰

I have tried the burgers but not their pizzas. Very happy with the service provided.

My burger was to have an egg on it, I didn't noticed this until I got home but I couldn't be asked to ring them due to the customer service and how busy it was with lack of staff.. Good was good, but felt it was rushed... Such a shame coz I have had lots of good reviews about this place

The pizza here is absolutely delicious. The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside but soft and chewy inside. The sauce tastes fresh and flavorful, and the cheese melts beautifully without being too heavy. Toppings are generous and well-balanced, not overwhelming. Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had—highly recommend!

Absolutely awful. Greasy and salty. Coating coming off the chicken, which was cheap and  frozen. The guy behind the counter was very arrogant and rude. No customer as skills at all. Chips were ok but the chicken was inedible. Thrown away. Wouldn't recommend at all. Dirty box. Look at the pictures to understand the whole issue. Avoid.

Went down to blackburn with my wife as she’s tried it before and have to be straight forward guys food was 10/10 get ya self down here try the pizzas defo coming back !!

Ate from here about a week ago late night after being in A&E with my mum for a few hours so we were obviously hungry. Before I compliment the food I have to say the Service was amazing. The brother was really kind when I said I had never ate from this place before and he spoke to me while I waited for the food. He shared a better bargain meal than what I was choosing. Would definitely go back because the customer service was just so lovely. The food was actually really good. It's got a kick to it, and I can't do spice very well but cus it actually tasted good I ate slowly and I ate it all. Honestly thinking of going again. It's not Mr Ts but in a different way it's just as good maybe better. Mr Ts is a day out to enjoy something different but this place is where you want the simple but flavourful food.

Food is decent but missing items such as cheese on burgers, pizza seemed wrong, sauces were spilled everywere in the bag very much my first using delivery from here worst exp of any place ive come accross, owner got in touch n said he was happy to giv me a discount next time or to make the reorder even tho he didnt sound happy...even then when the food was all replaced as i had guests they missed out chips and the delivery driver went back only for them to be closed he also said he will giv me £5 back  so if you want to feel humiliated like i did infront of guests then feel free😐 i ended up having to go out to pick up food. I will never order from there ever again after the humilaition and will never go to collect either. Thanks fry chicks😮‍💨 the special sauce is nice tho if they get the food right☺️

Orlandos Fried Chicken and Pizza

Walked in to Orlandos craving a spicy burger like many these days. Was recommended to try the fillet peri burger instead by Awais & it definitely did live up to expectations. I'm a big fan of the spicy dipped burger at Miami Crispy, Phillys in Manchester and other chicken shops. But this peri fillet burger is definitely on par with mentioned. It definitely tingles the taste buds in the right way. Highly recommended 👌 and great staff 👍

Tried this for the first time.
Ordered the chicken fillet burger meal and spicy wings. Honestly the best food combo and quality I have had from a place in Blackburn. Great taste with generous portions. They listened to instructions and gave the best service.

This has to have one of the best burgers I've ever had. Their number 16 Per Peri special was amazing and was nothing compared to the other normal burgers I've had.

Prices are VERY cheap and portion sizes are very good. Also gave some extra wings for us to try and were super nice and friendly.

Would definetly try again.

I visited 21 tonight with a friend after reading rave reviews about the food, the vibe and the elusive 'H.' We were definitely not disappointed. H is the manager and a great one at that. He puts the H into Hospitality and Host. He made us feel extremely welcome. The food was delicious - we ordered the chick-bee loaded fries and the butterfly chicken with rice. The portions were very generous. It turns out, H also stands for 'How quickly can I rope you into a game of ludo?' because he did just that and we played a delightful round of ludo - to be continued - with two total strangers and thoroughly enjoyed it.
A special mention for Zaynab and Aynaz - service with a smile and very attentive. Well done guys. See you again soon.

I just want to give a big shout-out to the manager who is called H and of this restaurant and shisha bar—he’s always polite, helpful, and makes everyone feel welcome. I recently visited 21 Shisha Lounge Name and had an amazing time! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, it was a perfect evening with friends. Went to Twenty One today and everything was amazing. The staff were very polite, the food was really good, and the atmosphere was great. One member of staff called **H** was especially welcoming and made the experience even better. Definitely recommend and would come back again.

The burger looked decent and tasted ok. Wasnt too spicy. Ive had much better dipped burgers locally.

Place is white clean and tidy. There is plenty of seating including an upstairs. Food doesn’t take long to be prepared and is very delicious, reasonably priced too. Staff is kind and quick to take orders, will definitely come back!

Went last night with my son and his 3 daughters before going to Reel cinema.
Excellent food, very tasty and very competitive prices. My granddaughters said the pizza was "brilliant".  The guy who served us gave my granddaughters a free chocolate milkshake which they all loved.  Can definitely recommend.  Very friendly staff, clean eating area.

I placed an on order inside. Took a while to come, the service was good. But when I got home the order was wrong and the tenders from some frozen brand which were not nice. There were only a few and the rest were wings. The chips were stale and double fried. The only half decent thing was the pizza but this place is so bad and inconsistent. I’ll never be going again. I called them to complain but it was some back office team in India.

First time visited and certainly not the last time. Good quality food, very good service, friendly staff and good price. People should forget about mcdonald's with their awful staff and try this place, even the kids box looks better. Thank you for the kindness

Frangos in Blackburn is amazing! Their chicken wings and burgers are always fresh, juicy, and absolutely mouthwatering. The wings are packed with flavor and the burgers are just spot on every time.

I always go for the Frango Feast No. 2, and it never disappoints. The portions are generous, the taste is incredible, and it’s always cooked to perfection.

I had a great experience at Frangos Takeaway! The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The place itself is very clean and tidy, which makes a big difference and shows they really care about quality.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Ali Raza, who was on the till – he greeted me warmly and served me with a big smile, which made the whole visit even better.

Wow, the new Butter Chicken Burger is a total game changer! The sauce is super tasty and rich, the chicken is crispy and juicy, and the whole burger just hits perfectly. The flavor is amazing and the price is very reasonable too. Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while!

I ordered calzone it looked cooked from the outside, but inside it was completely raw as seen in the pics. I rang to complain, the person who claimed to be the manager was very rude and arrogant. He couldn't care less about customer service, and did nothing about the complaint instead just argued endlessly. The funny thing is when you ring them they are three options third one being ring for complaints, why have it if u not going to listen to it anyway. Awful food and customer service. Never again.

Just got my food from them , the food was absolutely delicious, the delivery coudnt be quicker , the staff on the phone was very nice .  I have to say these guys do one of the best burgers. Deff will be ordering again soon :)

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Ordered a cheese burger today, which I understand most shops use "plastic cheese", but The Nile have taken "plastic cheese" to another level and given me a burger with the plastic wrapper still on the cheese. How someone could make such an error is beyond me. Was a regular customer, however will no longer be ordering from here ever again. Called to complain, however the "manager" has no interest in knowing, and simply there to make money even if it means giving out dangerous food.

I recently ordered takeaway from this establishment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When placing my order, there was a clear misunderstanding, and I received the wrong items. Upon noticing the error, I immediately called the restaurant to clarify the situation, only to be met with an unwillingness to address the issue professionally.

Instead of acknowledging the mistake and working toward a resolution, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite my repeated requests, I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager, and the employee failed to take any responsibility for the mix-up. This lack of accountability and customer service was incredibly frustrating.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what truly matters. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I will return in the future.

I strongly urge management to reevaluate their approach to customer service and ensure their staff is trained in how to handle such situations with courtesy and professionalism
