Overall, the food was quite good, and the customer service throughout most of our visit was pleasant. They offer a wide variety of ice cream flavors, which was exciting, although a few flavors we were hoping to try weren’t available. That was a bit disappointing, but understandable — it seems they rotate flavors frequently due to limited space, which actually makes it fun to try something new on each visit. Unfortunately, the experience took a dip towards the end. We were accidentally charged for two items we never ordered. It was confusing, especially since the person who took our order had confirmed everything with us before we left and everything seemed fine at the time. What made it a bit more frustrating was the way it was handled — it felt disorganized, and one of the staff members seemed to avoid addressing the issue initially. That said, the mistake was eventually acknowledged, and we were refunded, which we appreciated. Despite that hiccup, I still look forward to returning — not only to try more of their rotating ice cream flavors, but also to check out their cakes and cheesecakes. If the service stays consistent and accurate next time, it could definitely be a 5-star experience.

I had a great experience at Marhaba! The place is clean, welcoming, and has a nice vibe overall. I tried their desserts, pizza, and chicken — everything was fresh and tasty. The prices were reasonable too, which made the visit even better. Definitely a good spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Will be coming back!

Came for ice cream but ended up trying the food also. Highly reccomend. The pizza was delicious. The staff were amazing and it was a very nice environment for families
