We booked a table for our wedding anniversary meal and found the restaurant was very nice with nice interior designs. Our food was tasty but pricey. The experience overall was a very good one made even better by the customer service. We were served by Sophia who was warm friendly and very engaging. Couldn’t have asked for a better waitress. But other members of the staff team were also very good.

Really nice food, good variety and not too expensive. Sophia the hostess was so lovely and helpful. The whole place looks great as well.

Such an unusual and lovely restaurant. It's like no other I've visited before.
We hosted a celebration event and speaker evening here tonight and I cannot praise the venue enough. The food was excellent, the surroundings are stylish and unusual and the service was brilliant. Morgan our server, was brilliant all night.
A top venue for events and I'd love to come back for a meal with friends and family.

We ran a little late (an hour) and he kept our table and was super nice to us throughout! The waiting staff weren't the best with dietary restrictions but we eventually got there!

Went for date with my partner. There was delay with booking, so we was sent upstair to bar which was ok. Service at the bar was very slow even though it wasn’t that busy- by the time our drinks was served our table downstairs was ready.
We waited to place food order around 30 mins. Stressed staff was running around.
Food was nice, but slightly overpriced.
Venue itselves is beautiful and there’s nice atmosphere.
Whole experience was alright although I would expect more for the money that we paid there.

We were looking for something a bit different to eat and happily stumbled upon this place on Wilmslow Road. The decor and buzz enticed us further and so we entered to a warm reception and no delay in being seated.
Allergens were discussed and as one in our party has an egg allergy, the waitress patiently went through what was and wasn’t suitable. The menu is varied and lists some great mains and specials. Plenty of starters and sides to choose from too. We tried the lady fingers, garlic broccoli and Mac n cheese. For mains the kids had the smash burger meals. Mocktails looked great but being boring we selected soft drinks and instantly regretted it when some handsome looking mocktails were delivered to the table beside us! Definitely will try those next time though.
Serving staff were plenty and it seems they aren’t allocated to a particular table thus leaving them floating on all tables. We were asked by a few if everything was ok or if we needed anything, whoever’s idea this was it was great!
The decor is new and fresh I cannot fault the place on that. Everything is clean and what you would expect of an up market place. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Food is presented very well and not just thrown on the plate, some thought and love has gone in to its attention to detail.
The food itself came relatively quickly (5-7 minutes) which leads me to believe some must be pre cooked but I think that’s true of most places these days. People want fast food so advance prepping has taken over.
The dishes are generous in portioning, including the kids meals. Some accompanying sauces of ketchup and mayo were brought out with the foods which we didn’t request but nice of them to provide. What is lacking and was very noticeable is no seasoning at the tables or offered any. We didn’t ask for fear of offending indirectly but we like our chips seasoned with salt and pepper and there was none. I feel a peri peri or spiced salt for chips would be appropriate for the cuisinebut anything really would have been nice.
The lack of salt wasn’t a deal breaker and we enjoyed the food without. The fried lady fingers were delicious according to my son who devoured those. The smash burgers in a toasted brioche bun looked huge and the patty inside as fresh as it gets. It was noted by my child that the burgers come plain with no salad inside or sauce, yes a child asking for something healthy shock horror!, he had a good point though why is there no salad on the burgers? They were delicious nonetheless.
I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness to the accessible toilet area which I’d used pre meal. A ramp leads you to it and noting the shop entrance is also level makes this place wheelchair friendly for any chair users wondering whether to try it out. Go for it!
Friendly staff brought a complimentary jug of water with ice that was appreciated alongside our soft drinks.
Every meal was thoroughly enjoyed with the exception of the garlic broccoli. I could tell immediately from looking at it that no fresh garlic has been near it. Sadly they’d used garlic purée which coated the pan fried broccoli in this bitter purée that has no place on it. I’d expected freshly chopped garlic or garlic infused oil to have been used because purée is more associated with base sauces and such. The taste of it raw and bitter on my food did unfortunately make it inedible. That being said though the way staff handled it was excellent. I was offered a replacement which I had to decline as it would only be the same, therefore a waste of more food and chefs time. They kindly comped that side off our bill though so we were happy with that and luckily already full from the other great food.
Overall a great place to dine at and as I’ve since learned that it only opened last week I must say it is organised and offers great service. They will improve with time I’m assuming of the minor teething issues and hopefully a few tweaks will make it even more fantastic.

Something different to try on Wilmslow road filled with good vibes and elegant decor. Highly recommend for those who want to enjoy good food and vibes. 10/10 service, compliments to all the staff. As in you can see from the picture my friend very much enjoyed it.

The place is exquisite, starting from the ambiance and decor to food and customer service. Tatiana was extremely friendly, she helped us to choose the food and went above and beyond. When it comes to customer service Africana understood the brief to perfection.

P.S. Let me know who did the copywriting of the menu, I want to buy them coffee.

I was one of the lucky ones to be invited to taste food before they open, food was amazing a new concept not your boring smashed burgers or curries and the Vibe was amazing defo a 5star can’t wait for it to open

Caramello of Didsbury

Caramello has never failed to disappoint. Their french toast is definitely amongst the best I’ve ever had! They also sell fresh Pistachio Croissants but you have to get in early for it. Full English breakfast and their Chicken Waffle are also worth trying. Would definitely recommend this place. Be prepared to wait for a table as it’s always full.

We came to Didsbury just to have lunch here and will definitely be back. The service was great and the whole place had a lovely vibe to it.

I wanted to go since it first opened but finally got around to try brunch out with my friends. The food was immaculate, the service is a bit slow- also we had to queue outside for tables to be available as there were 3 of us.. all food is Halal I tried the full English with chicken sausages + Halloumi cheese. It’s very filling as I couldn’t have any thing else that day. We also ordered garlic Parmesan chips 😍 and French toast between the 3 of us. They accept card &cash…

The most delicious breakfast/brunch I’ve ever had - nice combinations of flavours that you don’t normally see being incorporated into breakfast dishes, with good quality ingredients and amazing presentation (and it’s halal!!). I had the mushrooms on toast with a poached egg and chicken sausage. The French toast is also a must have. The service is great although expect to wait for a seat if going at peak times.

If you haven’t been to Caramello, you definitely don’t know what you’re missing out on. Their French toast is just. WOW. In simple terms. I’ve been to many brunch places and had French toast from most famous places but nothing honestly comes close to Caramello.

Their chicken waffle is also very nice as is their standard English breakfast.

Have been a few times and will definitely carry on visiting! Would love to see them expand their shop however so that waiting times aren’t as long but I guess it’s worth it.

Zumuku Sushi

This is not a typical Japanese restaurant. The interior design is fusion, so are the meals. They gave another amazing experience. The staff were all nice, polite and responsive. We had a joyful lunch hour.

Meal with both sets of parents. Was a very enjoyable meal, food was well presented.

Note: we went during the cold spell and sat by a window and it was keep your jacket on cold.

Came here on my own. Only because I was staying in a nearby hotel. For business. Anyway, I cancelled the last time I was in Wilmslow so I decided to visit without booking. Restaurant is nice. Greeted by lovely staff shown to my table on the terrace. The decor caught my eye. Anyway, I ordered vegetable Gyōza and Chilli Chicken Udon. The gyōza was nice. The chicken Udon was also fairly tasty. I did ask the staff how spicy it was and they left the chillis in a side bowl for me. Very considerate. It wasnt the best Japanese that I've tried but it certainly wasn't far off. Friendly staff also.

We go for set lunch for 2 £13.95 excluding drinks per person, food is good and friendly stuff. Will definitely come back.

Greeted with a smile and advised to pick any free table we wanted to sit. Saturday now has the lunch menu 12-5 that you get a starter and main for £12.95.

Really good options, food was hot and fresh with it all coming out in good time. Fantastic place to eat and very good service, highly recommended!

Came first time for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Sushi was fresh and perfect. Portion sizes just right and spot on. Food bought out to us by the chef himself. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. 5 star place.
