We ordered online and it took one hour for food to come and yes look at what we ordered and what came. Six chicken gyros no sauce not the naked chicken gyro box. This is not normal whoever did this order. Thanks for your generosity dear worker but just wanted to eat dinner(our dinner) not whatever you felt like.
One small mistake would be understanding but this!!!

We ordered delivery twice during our stay in London, and both times the food arrived earlier than expected and piping hot. The packaging was neat and eco-friendly, and the dishes were just as delicious as dining in. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. The delivery driver was polite and double-checked our order before handing it over. Reliable service like this is hard to find — highly recommend!

I’m really disappointed with my order this time. The meat was undercooked and honestly inedible. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from here, and it’s never been like this before, which makes it even more frustrating. For food to come out this way is unacceptable and honestly disgusting. Really hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements, because right now I can’t recommend this place.

As parents, we were delighted to find that this restaurant goes above and beyond for families. They have a separate kids’ menu with plenty of healthy and tasty options — from grilled chicken and pasta to mini gyros and fresh fruit. Our little one loved the homemade fries and fresh juice. The staff was incredibly patient and even brought some crayons to keep her entertained. It’s rare to find a place that balances authentic Greek cuisine with family-friendly options so well.

Our Halal options are: Chicken Souvlaki, Chicken Kebab, Naked Chicken Souvlaki, Lamb Souvlaki, Lamb Kebab, Mixed Kebab (Chicken & Lamb), Naked Lamb Souvlaki. We do serve pork an cannot confirm there is no cross-contamination.

Dude, go eat the best Paneer Roll in a Tortilla wrap!

I went to Papa Ji again, and I had the Fiery 🔥 Tikka Paneer on the Tortilla wrap with Chiili sauce & Raita sauce that Kuldip Bhimani, the staff, recommended.

The food was awesome and super tasty. I think it's one of my fave fast foods now.

Papa Ji's food is really good overall, and the portion is pretty filling.

Ordered a takeaway loaded box and it was delicious! I tried the sticky Korean chicken with garlic sauce and really recommend!

This place is a bit on the pricey side - but I would say it's easily the best fried chicken I've had. Chicken came fresh and juicy, all the flavours and sauces are amazing (I also got it without sauce and the wings are lovely). If you like chicken burgers make sure to get a sauce in it (I would recommend the Korean one).

Was completely different to anything I’ve tried, I ordered two naked boxes, big portion sizes, what's also really impressive is the range of American drinks they stock. Can’t wait to come back again

Ordered cheetos fried chicken wings and fiery fried chicken wings but was left very disappointed. Both portions of wings were salty and tasted dry. I'm sure the wings were made a couple days ago as they were also tough. I've only now just seen the poor reviews on the food, wish I'd seen them before as this place is overpriced so a waste of money. The photos look fine but the taste was poor. Not ordering from here again.

UPDATE : If that's how your wings taste freshly made then that's even worse.
