Smooth rolled out ice cream I 100% recommended and reasonable price worth the wait (in queue) :DD I ordered a bubble waffle (soft “bread?” ) a rolled out ice cream (he put a lot of effort on it+smooth ice cream) a milkshake (really favourable) if you ask me to pick one disadvantage it will probably be the lack of workers to help the shop run more efficiently but overall it is awesome!!!

Everything served here is amazing!!! And the staff are so friendly. Adding the hot Nutella sauce on top of the ice cream is a must! 😍

Popped in for a quick afternoon bite on a trip into town so no live music at the time.
Had the ox cheek nuggets... Damn they were good. Little explosions of tender pulled meat in crispy coating. Fries were good - hot and crispy but perhaps portion a little small for a fiver! Really friendly service!

Perhaps a few more choices for draught beer wouldn't hurt. Camden Hells but not Camden Pale?!

Need to come back during live music - can imagine has a great atmosphere.

What a great place! Every table was taken, so shows its popularity. Even though it was busy it was well staffed and run really well by attentive and friendly staff . The decor and the feel of the place was a definite vibe. We ate there but there was also seating at the front for drinks only. The food was nice enough. ( We had chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger)No complaints. Would definitely recommend and would return as we just loved the feel of the place. We weren’t there when the live music was on but there was a stage where they regularly have people playing.

What a vibe! First step in the door, and the staff smiled and immediately made us feel welcome. Food was delicious and cocktails only £6 on fridays. We didn’t have time for dessert and we mentioned we celebrated birthdays this week, and was given dessert to take home. Imogen was super friendly and made time to chat with us! Great addition to your team! Give her a raise or promotion 🤪 The band who played was also great! Visited on 30/05. Also the interior , is crazy cool.

Barrel beer can flat twice but something must have been wrong with the pump. Didn’t charge so all good.

Wings to start were ok, nothing extraordinary not special. Quite think on the meat. Tina tostadas were great as usual.

Chopped salad was fab. Fried chicken , gravy and fries again were maybe not different to a middle ground chicken shop. A lot of batter, minimal chicken. Gravy was cold and chips tasted like they had been half fried, then re fried. Hard and not crispy.

Service was excellent as usual.

So I was in Town to pick up my Wife from a business trip in Oxford and she decided she wanted to go out for tea so after abit of uncertainty we decided to head to The Blues Kitchen as my Wife had wanted to go for ages.

So we didn't book and just turned up we parked up round the corner(As parking is limited around Quay Street) we were warmly greeted by a hostess who seated us in a booth and after a few minutes the waitress came and took our drinks order so I opted for a pint of Lager and my Wife opted for a glass of pint Noir.

Drinks arrived well presented, crisp and went down a treat shortly after a waitress brought us a jug of Ice water for the table so then several minutes later the waitress came and took our food my Wife wasn't starving but fancied something to eat so she opted for a large portion of Buffalo Chicken Wings with a blue dip sauce and I ordered the fried Chicken 🍗 🐔 fries and gravy.

We had to wait several minutes for the food but my God was it worth it, I have never tasted Chicken so good in my life, Honestly the chicken was amazing, decent portion size, The chicken was tender, juicy and the flavours were out of this world 🌎, The fries and gravy were also very tasty.

My Wife really enjoyed her Buffalo Chicken wings with blue cheese sauce again they were spicy yet tender and so juicy and succulent, We both cleaned our plates and decided to order another round of drinks I opted for a Mojito cocktail 🍸and my Wife opted for a double baileys over ice 🧊.

Service was great, polite and friendly staff, Excellent drinks, Limited food menu but the Chicken 🐔 is absolutely amazing, Restaurants was spotlessly clean, Quirky interior as the restaurant used to be a eye hospital back in the Olden days, Drinks ranging from non alcoholic to cocktails to beers to spirits to soft drinks etc.

Bill was £75 but we rounded it up to £90, The restaurant has live music 🎶 most nights and fantastic experience and we will definitely be back.

We decided to have afternoon tea here as it looked different to your traditional options. We were not disappointed and it was absolutely divine! Excellent food and value for money wise it was great. Absolutely no complaints. All the staff were friendly and our waiter was very attentive and kept us topped up which we appreciated 🙂. The setting is beautiful and you feel like you are somewhere very special. Will definitely revisit.

The restaurant and setting is pretty for pictures. Food was just alright. Price for food? I'm pretty sure you can get better options if you're looking for exquisite food and better service with this price. We found a blue string/plastic on one of the dessert. Horrified. Maybe would come back for a drink just for the decorations ONLY but never again for food. :/ Staff was rude.

Used a gift voucher I had received for my birthday at weekend for afternoon tea. Went with my sister and was really looking forward to it. We don’t venture into Manchester much so wanted to have an early booking so booked for 12pm. Arrived and got to choose first table as only people there, sat down and once not from a far we became quite unimpressed with the standard of the restaurant. This is definitely somewhere made for “instagram” but in reality, the seats are stained and dirty, covered by blankets which weren’t much better. The cushions were the same. The table was sticky. The drinks menu was sticky and stuck together. It was £4.20 for a Diet Pepsi?! And because my sister didn’t want a normal tea from the bundle she had to pay £2.50 extra just for a flat white coffee. Drinks came and the waiter managed to spill the Pepsi over himself so had to replace it. Jug of tap water on table and the jug was all stained. Grateful they swapped out fish items to suit our allergies when I asked. Then savoury food came, nothing to rave about and definitely not filling. Sweet food came, and the items on the round circle shelves were vile. The other bits in the bottom tray were okay. Then I asked for another Diet Pepsi and he forgot about us for a good 45 mins, even though at this point there was only 3 tables with people on them. So when he remembered he brought us both a Diet Pepsi on the house. Asked for the bill and my voucher was taken off for the afternoon tea (£45) but the 2 diet Pepsis and a flat white ended up costing £16 something because they threw in a non optional service charge of approx £6.80 or something? Anyway by this point we was ready to leave, again waited nearly 20mins for him to come back with a card machine so ended up walking to bar to pay so we could leave. Wouldn’t go back. Wouldn’t recommend the afternoon tea.

Visited this bar on NYE as we bought tickets to the NYE Meraki event and the English brunette women at the front desk of this venue who’s job was to give out wristbands to people who have paid for tickets was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. We had literally just walked through the door after being soaked by the terrible weather on NYE, I gave the women a smile expecting a nice warm welcome to the bar and her response was to look my partner up and down with a very dirty look and then said in a very rude tone of voice  he wouldn’t get into the other venue with that outfit on then points to his designer top & shoes. Firstly I was confused why she was giving an opinion we did not ask for and why she was making judgments on behalf of another bar when we were at this bar as we wanted to give this bar a try first. BTW the door staff at that bar she was reffering too let us in without any rudeness or issues with my partners outfit as we left this venue due to her comments and went straight there. Also before we left I looked behind me and my partner’s outfit was the same clothing items as all the other men in the que to get wristbands if anything his clothes were more nicer as they were smart designer trainers & designer top and she did not say a single bad word too any other men in trainers or tshirts (I know as we waited to see if it was just us she spoke to like this, it was so we left)  I was actually shocked because this was our first time visiting this bar as it was part of 3 venues for a NYE event and this was the customer service of a staff at the front of house. I didn’t get her name but I wouldn’t recommend this bar or come back as clearly theirs an issue with service after reading other reviews. I’d suggest the managers look into this to provide her with better training her attitude and facial expressions were uncalled for.

We went for a couple of after dinner cocktails. Really nice (as usual) choices and great combination of flavours. The DJ was spot on and the volume was just right too. The sunset sangria and the cherry chocolate sour are the two drinks we ordered (in the pictures). The sour needed more chocolate & cherry though. The sangria was perfect!

Habbibi - Manchester

My family and I came here to celebrate my sister’s birthday last night and we were so impressed by everything. It was our first time visiting and we travelled from Blackpool, Accrington & Birmingham and it was most definitely worth the travel to come here!

Our main server was Timur and he was incredible! We were a table of 9 and kept Timur busy with our multiple drink orders and questions, but he was so hospitable and patient with us. Absolutely quality service and an asset to the team! We had other servers come to our table as well to bring drinks, etc and everyone was so lovely and warm.

The atmosphere was brilliant from the moment we walked in and the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and feels really luxurious.

The food was outstanding! A few of us had lamb cutlets, Irish wagyu, dynamite prawns, and various other dishes and every single one of us loved every bite. The food has so much flavour and was beautifully presented.

Thank you so much for helping make my sister’s birthday so special and for providing us with amazing service and incredible food. It’ll be a night we never forget!

Visited Habbibi today and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and full of energy. The decor and lighting set the perfect mood, and the live DJ added a great vibe throughout the evening.

The food was excellent – generous portion sizes, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. Each dish brought something different to the table, though I did find the menu could benefit from a bit more variety. That said, what was on offer was well-executed and satisfying.

The staff were incredible – welcoming, friendly, and genuinely professional. A real highlight was the magician (Rod Hande) who performed some brilliant tricks at our table while we waited for our food, which made the experience even more memorable.

All in all, Habbibi is definitely worth a visit for its atmosphere, great service, and flavourful food. I’ll definitely be back!

Honest review - visited a few months back - staff were attentive.
Atmosphere was great.
Starters - mushroom mezze, dynamite prawns and chicken bang bang and houmous. Brilliant starters.
Mains - Sumac roasted chicken - great taste.
Portion size was decent. Definitely need a starter to feel satisfied with this particular dish’s portion.
Desserts were disappointing, purely because the dessert we intended to order was out of stock. And they had very basic cheesecake.
Would rate it at 3 stars due to disappointment in dessert but the starters make up for it.

Clean cutlery, clean tables, everything seemed sanitary.

I and my partner had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, made even better by the exceptional service from Alex. From the moment we arrived, Alex was incredibly welcoming, gentle in manner, and radiated a vibrant energy that made us feel right at home. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our needs were met throughout the meal with genuine warmth and professionalism. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot-on. It’s rare to find service that feels both effortless and sincere, but Alex truly delivered. He added a personal touch that elevated our entire dining experience. Highly recommended!

I visited on February 14 for Valentine’s Day and my birthday. The environment was calm but quite dark, so we struggled to take pictures of the surroundings or even ourselves.

The food was from the Valentine’s Day menu, and for starters, I had the lamb cutlet, which was absolutely amazing. For the main, we ordered a sharing platter, which was okay, though it didn’t feel like there was enough to share. The cocktail, unfortunately, wasn’t great—I’m not sure of the name, as I can’t remember, but it wasn’t what we expected.

We had also requested wine, but I don’t think the waiter took note of our request, so by the time we flagged down another waiter, we were almost ready to leave. When we arrived, we waited for over 20 minutes without anyone approaching us. We ended up calling someone over, and even then, they promised to get help, but there were delays in getting back to us.

On a positive note, the environment is lovely. The DJ played great music, the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing, and the washroom would make for nice pictures.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the dessert because I don’t like raspberries, and that was the only option on the menu that day.

Overall, I’d recommend this place for a casual catch-up or a fancy dinner, but I would suggest improving the service.

BLVD Manchester

Honestly one of the worst bottomless brunches I’ve ever been to. Our server was really lovely, but sadly that was the only good part.
The food was genuinely awful — not hot, tasted weird, and completely unappetizing. My chicken somehow tasted like tuna, which was honestly disgusting. My friend didn’t even touch her meal because it was that bad.
The drinks menu looked decent at first, but a lot of the cocktails we had seen advertised online weren’t actually available, which was really disappointing. My friend ended up only having one drink because there was nothing else she wanted.
We left hungry, frustrated, and feeling like we completely wasted our money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend — there are far better places to spend your time and money.

The deco of place is nice. Firstly, staff were very helpful. Cocktails were great. the food was ok. My daughter did enjoy the margarita pizza. Cajun fries were over salted. There was only 4 people in, so i can't rate the atmosphere. When leaving and wanting to pay, my daughter had a voucher that was purchased as a gift, they would not accept it even with QR code, so I ended up paying full bill. They made no attempt to rectify, only by saying they needed to redeem, so her uncle sent it through again, and they still said they can't use it. We have never used gift vouchers before, so our first experience. I rate place all over and have never had a problem, this has been the worst place for solving a problem.

Sadly not a great experience for me.
The food was extremely over priced and very poor quality. Music was extremely loud (especially when eating a meal). Staff serving were lovely and again the loud music made it difficult for them I felt. Cocktails very pricey and not great quality.
Was also told that Hen party accessories not allowed however we saw a number of groups wearing them so if this is a strict rule then it needs to be applied to all.

Not normally one to write review but I’m so disappointed. Came for bottomless brunch at BLVD a few years ago and it was the best bottomless brunch in my opinion in Manchester. What has happened?! Food was awful, uncle Ben’s rice and one tiny chicken skewer that was so so dry. Along with s& p chips that were basically chips with a single red pepper slice on them. Drinks 99% sugar no alcohol and music so loud we literally couldn’t speak to each other which just made it not fun at all. Then on the receipt it said £35 each for bottomless brunch but we checked the total and it was more than this, asked about it and they said because we went through another website to book the table it was now £38 each?! There was 5 of us and not one of us will go back. Gutted as it was my suggestion to book BLVD and I feel I let everyone down.

A bit more hype than substance.

I'd seen some positive reviews and videos regarding BLVD and the bottomless brunch, but unfortunately it didn't live up to them for our visit. Overall the venue is nice, the menu is a little misleading and is quite expensive for what you actually get.
The staff were friendly and they refilled our drinks quickly after a slow start and they always seemed happy.

Normally with bottomless bruches we're used to receiving a 10 minute warning to order last drinks etc but instead our bill was just dropped off 7 minutes before our time was up. This doesn't sound like much but was more frustrating as initially the staff had been quite slow to get us started, so we left feeling like we'd missed out.

We had an amazing lunch here and the staff, food and views made for a great experience. They also made sure to make a fuss as they heard it was my birthday and brought out a lovely little addition to my dessert. All round lovely venue and we would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of dining at 20 stories in Manchester with some old pals, and it was excellent. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with stylish decor and a lively yet relaxed ambiance. And what an amazing view!

The service was impeccable – attentive without being intrusive, and the staff were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. Florian looked after us well. The food was beautifully presented and really tasty.

The drinks menu was equally impressive, with a fantastic selection of wines and expertly crafted cocktails.

Overall, 20 stories is an excellent place to go - will definitely be back!

What a special night! My partner and I first met here 5 years ago on our first date, and it's even more special to be back celebrating one of our 30th birthdays as a married couple.

The staff were fantastic, attentive, and made the entire experience seamless. The food was delicious, and the surprise birthday plate was the perfect touch.

We loved the English sparkling wine, and our table location with the view was just perfect. It was wonderful to relive old memories and create new ones.

We're already looking forward to our next visit! If you're looking for a great spot with exceptional service, look no further. Can't wait to come back and celebrate again!

Stunning. Visited mid November for drinks and dinner and they could easily accommodate us. As we were under 6 people it was a walk in policy for the terrace drinks, but for the restaurant they were fine and had tables free to move us inside for food.
Menu was a good selection of options but the lamb was amazing, super tender and melt in your mouth.
Good portion sizes and incredible service, would definitely recommend and return

Very fine dining , requested window seat for partners birthday , didn't get it . Then we asked for the a drink , to then watch a table after us gets there's first , probs as they was a group so they would rather serve the big spenders . Overall was very happy with the view , and the sheer elegance of the place

KAJI Restaurant and Bar Manchester

Second visit to the chefs counter, nice to be recognised by the chefs and have some great conversation. Again blown away with the fantastic food, great service and we will definitely be back, especially for that Beef Katsu sauce you let us try. The sauces and flavours were exceptional. The XO hollandaise was superb. The drunken rice was something else!

It was a sensational tasting experience. It's not just about the food. It's about tastings, and what taste reminds you. The level of customer service is definitely paired with the exceptional quality and the high standards of the food and the surrounding environment. It is definitely worth a visit, and, in my case, I will be returning.

My friend chose this spot for lunch, and we went for the £30 lunch offer. Right from the start, the reception offered to take our coats, setting the tone for a smooth experience. The restaurant itself was chic and polished, with a vivid cherry blossom pattern decorating the space. After being seated, we were given a couple of menus and ordered tap water—I've been caught before with places charging £6+ for still water, so it was nice to avoid that surprise here.

The menu was vast, with a few classic favourites. For the lunch offer, we had deep-fried oysters, ox cheek, and steak, along with a side of fatty tuna nigiri and a sashimi selection. The cocktail menu was creative, though a few mocktails I chose were unavailable, so I went with a refreshing blood orange and tea drink.

The set menu also included fresh, sweet bread, edamame beans, and delicate smoked salmon and egg-filled balls, which were a unique touch. The sashimi was top-notch, with fresh tuna, salmon, and sea bass. The fatty tuna was decent, though for the price, I've had better in London for more than double the portion and half the cost. The oysters were delicious, and the steak was spot on. However, I was less impressed by the £7 side of undercooked potatoes, though the cabbage was delicious.

To finish, I had a rhubarb dessert that was tart but a flavoursome panacotta

Overall, the presentation was beautiful, and the flavours were wonderful. However, it felt a bit overpriced, especially with the hefty service charge. When it's that high, it almost feels like they try too hard to earn it. Personally, I prefer a more authentic Japanese feel, which was missing here.  Also, some cocktails were premixed so you could not order umeshu independently. Still, an enjoyable experience with a few minor critiques.

We booked the Chefs table for the tasting menu as we wanted a higher level of service and attention. We have already frequented MUSU a few times so knew what to expect.
We had drinks by the bar before being taken to the chefs table. The waiter came and introduced himself and shortly after brought the first dish. The sushi was delicious and very fresh!
We watched the chefs in action, but we felt they could have interacted with us a bit more, seeing as we paid extra for the privilege. No one introduced themselves and only one chef gave us some of the dishes. It would have been nice if they explained as they plated up each dish and gave us some background; how it was made and where ingredients came from.
The courses came in good flow and were well presented. Some were very rich and salty, which made us drank more. Some needed a bit of acid to balance the flavours better.
But on the whole, we had a good experience. It’s not worth being at the chefs table for no extra service. The bar stool could have been a bit more comfortable as we were sat for over 2 hours.
The alcohol free drinks were delicious!! Not sure about the smoke in the restaurant. Is it meant to look like smoke from a fire?!

We had an excellent and perfect evening with unbelievable good food and drinks. We loved the place and especially the people working there - so nice and helpful - absolute stunning. By the way we took the chef menu and overlooking the kitchen. Super exciting and you get an amazing idea how they create this extraordinary dishes. We will come again…definitely! Thanks so much to the chef and his whole team. Extremely well done! W.

A great spot for authentic Turkish cuisine, offering delicious kebabs like the doner and tasty sharing platters. The portions are generous, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a nice place to dine.

If you're craving grilled meats and mezze, this is a solid choice in the city!

Amazing Turkish place with delicious food! I lived in Manchester in 2020 during the pandemic and didn't get a chance to try it out. Now, after four years, I finally got the chance, and the wait was worth it!
I had the Humus as a starter and the Adana Kebab for the main dish, and both were very delicious.
The environment of the place is great, really traditional, and the place was packed with people.
Soner (one of the owner's sons) was my waiter, he was very friendly and made great suggestions, the place has been in Manchester for over 50 years, its an awesome family business with a lot of tradition.
Even though the place was packed, service was excellent and the food came very quickly. Its a must!

The mixed kebab here was wonderful.  The staff actually listen to what you want. Looking forward to returning! Highly recommended.

This has been the worst takeaway I have ever ordered. I never usually leave reviews but I had to with this shocking company. We ordered 4 cheesy chips and 3 piece fried chicken and 1 Hawaiian pizza. We did not receive the pizza and received no apology from the restaurant. The cheesy chips were £7 each and were awful quality. This was a disgusting order that amounted to £52 in total and I am disgusted by the service and the quality. Beware if you ever order from this place. They are scam artists. Please see the picture below for evidence of no pizza received

Decent Turkish place. Service was a little slow and confused on what seemed to be a not very busy evening.
Food was alright- the chicken sizzler was very tasty and the islander kebab entrees was good, although a bit on the greasy end. Really enjoyed the loaded fries of all things!

Hey Little Cupcake!

Ordering process and contact about the cake was fantastic. Quick and helpful responses. The vegan cake looked incredible and tasted amazing thank you so much my sister loved it for her baby shower.

The first time i have been able to order cupcakes for my sons birthday as he has alot of allergies and anaphylaxis. This place did us vegan gluten free cupcakes and themed them ninja turtles they were amazing. I have never experienced a consistent level of professionalism throughout an organisation but Hey Little cupcake managed it no matter who i spoke to customer service was outstanding. Thank you all for making my sons birthday so special

Such a lovely little place, I booked a surprise for my sister, mum, our children and myself. The staff was lovely, they also allowed me to bring a couple of bits for my son who has a Milk allergy, they displayed it on his own little afternoon tea stand so he didn't feel left out, which he absolutely loved! I have never seen him as made up as he was.
The communication from booking was fantastic.
Definitely recommend and definitely will be visiting when we are in Manchester again.

This cupcakery was fantastic when it opened years ago but is consistently terrible now.

The cupcakes are never fresh, always dry and the buttercream so hard that it’s like eating a block of icing. I appreciate these are probably days old stock due to not wanting to waste food but at a premium price of £3.50 per tiny cake, you absolutely expect much better.

Won’t be using again despite being a customer since day 1.

Ordered cupcakes for a corporate event and the team at Hey Little Cupcake were super responsive, friendly and helpful. The cupcakes arrived on time and were designed and displayed beautifully as well as tasted delicious. Definitely recommend.

Many people have recommended it, and there was quite a queue during lunchtime. There’s no table service—you order and then pick up your food. I had the American for £12; the portion wasn’t very big, but the fries were quite filling. Overall, the taste was good, though the price is a bit on the high side. It mainly caters to office workers in the area. Worth a try.

We had to try out The French one and it didn't disappoint 😍 the truffle mayo paired with the freshly shaved parmesan 🤌🏽 honestly just wanted more of this after. The Indian consist of chips loaded with the most flavourful butter chicken! A combo that works so well and not ever seen before! Had to also go for the American which consisted of thinly sliced and soft steak pieces tossed with onion and peppers topped off with the most tastiest cheese sauce! The meat was so lovely and tender and the portion was just right Definitely one to try out whether it's a quick lunch or you need to satisfy those chips cravings 🤤

The katsu didn't disappoint and the Phily fries were very cheesy. The meat is Halal and they provide a generous portion of fries (could do with more meat for what one is paying).

My friend and I fancied Spicy Gravy on chips, but this sauce was sold out. We settled for Butter Chicken instead…too much coriander for my liking. We also waited for far too long for what we ordered.

I happened to visit on their reopening day, so fries were free (only had to pay for toppings). I got The Japanese: katsu chicken, katsu sauce and crispy onions. Towards the end, I was feeling a slight kick to the sauce- but I can’t handle spice at all. This was a filling and luscious lunch!

The fries here are absolutely top notch!! Fresh hot and perfectly seasoned. Each bite is a delightful crunch. The in house sauces are exceptional. My favourite being the French!!! Parmesan with truffle mayonnaise is delicious

Cafe Istanbul

Has their mixed grill for one and their lahmacun. The grill was great especially their chicken wings. The lahmacun was also really good. Have been to plenty of turkish restaurants in my life and this one was definitely on their higher end. Good service and restaurant atmosphere as they understood to bring food after we broke our fast. Do recommend for good turkish in manchester. The salad could have used some more pomegranate syrup.

This place is amazing.
I have tried the fix menu that is available from Monday to Saturday and includes a starter and a main.
The bread with the starts was amazing, similar to a chapati / Naan but much tastier, soft and crunchy.
Their shakshuka was only vegetables (knowing that usually with eggs) might be a different variation of another cuisine.
The main was absolutely delicious, Ordered lamb diner with fries and can’t complain at all.
It was a hard decision to decide a place for lunch in the centre of Manchester as the area is surrounded by delicious places.
I have to say it was our best choice.
Last but not the least, 1 girl and a guy served us (maybe they’re the owners) but your service and your smile is just amazing.
Will definitely come back soon.

It was delicious Turkish grill with nice atmosphere.
However, it was little bit pricey, as it cost around 50 pound for each one.
The grills are good and delicious. However, hummus and lamb were average. Ayran was for drink and it is good.

Loved the food! The Chicken Doner with very tasty! Definitely visiting them again and maybe more often 😊🎉 The place also has a nice seating next door but I ended up in the place just with a bunch of high chair!

The food is good but the halloumi options at least are overpriced for what you get. My family all had meat dishes which they enjoyed. The service was good apart from not getting the skewered vegetables as part of my main and then having to argue with the server as to whether that was detailed in the menu... When the skewered vegetables arrived it was three 1/4 tomato pieces and 3 bits of green chilli. The food tasted really good and was served quickly.

We were totally spoiled by the food and the staff. All dietary needs catered for with no fuss by the chefs. Great open kitchen. I'd never had a Japanese taster menu before and I was not disappointed. Will definitely visit again.

My husband and I went to Musu on a Thursday night and I have to say it was excellent. The food was incredible, the staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Our waitress in particular, a Spanish lady, was very knowledgeable and explained the dishes perfectly. We went for the a la carte menu and had some sashimi before that. On reading the reviews I was expecting to be disappointed or hungry but was far from it. We will definitely be back! Might try the tasting menu next time!

I went for the lunchtime sushi set menu. It was a little quiet so I had the luxury of having a lot of staff serving few customers. Customer service was brilliant. Food astronomically tasty. Dunno why this place doesn't have a Michelin star? Expensive, small portions, but worth it as it's high quality. I'm definitely going again!

Incredible food and service. The staff are really experienced and informed to help with your choices. The sushi is the best I've ever had, including any I've had in London and Singapore. Will be going back for the tasting menu. Yes it is expensive but when you try to the food you will see why, the quality is second to none and better than anywhere else in town.(We eat out twice a week and have done for 5 years so tested a lot of restaurants.) I am sure they will get a Michelin soon.

The fries with the salt and rosemary were an excellent addition to the burger, fantastic.
We also shared a portion of onion rings.. and my god am I glad we did share, what a portion! They also have to be the biggest onion rings I have seen, that have actually tasted as good as these too... I'm sure they put fennel seeds into the batter too, just adding to the greatness of the rings!

I can’t believe that people have left bad reviews of this place. Every time I visited Manchester (bi-monthly) I used to check out a different highly rated burger restaurant as I’m a big fan of a good burger. Honest Burger has completely ruined this for me now as I can’t stop myself from going there every time I visit. The tribute is 100% the best burger I have ever had and I have tried them all over the world. A quality pate, cooked to perfection (medium rare) and the perfect amount of toppings (can’t stand it when people ruin a burger by putting too many toppings on it). The rosemary fries are awesome and the gravy is unreal! But my favourite thing about honest burger is the consistency of food and great service. The staff couldn’t do more for you. Since The Laundrette has overtaken Honest on trip advisor as the best burger in Manchester, I have decided to give it a shot on Tuesday before the United game. I’m expecting a great burger but I  just don’t see how it can beat the tribute. I’ll report back!

*Edit, loved the staff at the Laundrette, Cracking little spot and would be absolutely bouncing if it was in the middle of Manchester. The service was second to none, but the burger was nowhere near the tribute!

This was my first time eating Honest Burgers. I ordered online for a click and collect. The food was beautifully packaged and not to mention outstandingly delicious!

We we’re a table of three that just walked in at a peak busy time, and managed to get a table. The food was fantastic, absolutely worth every penny, the only downfall was we waited about 1h15mins because the kitchen lost our food ticket. Ce-Ce (the waitress) was incredible about it though, and heightened this rating!

Modern but cosy feel to it. Solid wood tables and comfy enough chairs. The burgers were good but nothing to marvel over. We had the Manchester special which was described as a Beef Wellington. I was a little disappointed with it as the description had really made it sound very appealing. The beef itself was delicious, juicy and tender however the rest was a little underwhelming. It had a crafted mature Lancashire cheese, mushrooms and spinach. The cheese  reassembled any similar melted cheese to me and the way the mushrooms had been prepared meant the texture and even flavour was lacking. I think slices of mushroom would have been a better choice. The rosemary fries became a bit much after a while as did the gravy. My son's had just Honest burgers and really enjoyed them. Good selection of beers too. There's a lot of competition for burgers in Manchester and this place holds it own.

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

For us the food wasn't worth the price or the hype.

Jasmine rice was hard and clumping. The sauces that went with the lamp cutlets, bbq chicken and duck springs rolls all taste shop bought and out of the bottle. The rock shrimp had an added fish taste to it. The lamb was slightly overcooked as well.

The Tuna wontons were very nice and fresh. The banana fritters were amazing and the best thing we ate.

The decorations and ambience is amazing it's a shame the food isn't. Cocktails were nice though.

The food here was AMAZING. As a vegetarian I was extremely happy with their veggie options which were absolutely incredible. I like how you can eat the food in a tapas style if you want, or you can have the traditional way of starters/mains/dessert. The veggie chicken dish is insanely good - you could hardly tell it isn't real chicken and the flavours are perfection 👌🏼. The drinks are nice and the bento box drink is very fun. The decor of the space is also very beautiful. Have already planned to go back here next time I am in Manchester.

What an amazing place. It was recommended to us by a friend. We ordered wagyu steak and lobster and wasn't disappointed. The food and presentation was first class. The service was great. One of the best places to eat in Manchester.  Stunning decor,very helpful and well informed staff and the food is sublime. The Rock Shrimp is delicious and my daughter had fillet of beef with caramel soy sauce,she said it was amazing. Really can't go wrong at Tattu.

Very lovely Indian place to eat. Plates ate preferably to share and they’re exceptionally well cooked, very tasty and lots of vegetarian choices. The staff were super friendly and explained some of the dishes for is which was great. A bit expensive but it’s very good quality. The building itself it’s just beautiful too.

Really really impressive! I found it a slight modern twist on a traditional curry style restaurant. The setting is amazing, the ambience is really chill, food was all great, good level of spice! Plenty of drinks and wine options, friendly staff and overall worth visiting! We’ll be back.

Although, service is slow the food makes up for it. It was unbelievably hot on the day we visited, the air-conditioning was not on.

The best Indian restaurant I’ve tried in the UK so far. I am a foodie and I can definitely swear by this place. The ambience is lovely, customer service is 10/10.. and the food ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. The chef’s special biryani was top notch.

Such a beautiful restaurant, great food, drinks and atmosphere. All the staff as lovely and very attentive to their customers, perfect location for a lovely date night or girls lunch. Definitely in the top 5 restaurants to visit in Manchester ☺️

Sushi and prawn tempura were the real winners - lamb chops were extremely fatty and chewy, very unpleasant way to end the meal!

Drinks were neither here nor there, very run of the mill - expected a lot more for a restaurant of this calibre and the price you pay!

Aesthetics are incredible here and the vibe was vibrant, airy and upbeat. Would I visit again? I’m not sure.

Was here last week with some friends. Amazing experience - food was great and so was the atmosphere. We were looked after by Juan who was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. He kept checking up on us regularly and was very nice. He made our experience so much better! I’ve been to many restaurants in my time, but the service we received from Juan was right up there!! I absolutely love this place!

I've been a couple of times. The first time I came just for cocktails, which are really nice. They're a bit on the expensive side because they don't have any kind of happy hour type deal, but to be honest it is more of a restaurant. They were still really nice though.

Since then, I've always gone when they have vouchers available on Manchester Confidentials. This means I've pretty much had 50% off which is amazing, especially because the food is flawless. They have some really great vegetarian and vegan options too. The coconut rice was the best rice I've ever had (but it is sweet so if you're not into sweet then it might not be best for you).

Staff are friendly, nice atmosphere, good prices and GREAT food. Would strongly recommend.

Best restaurant in Manchester. From the moment you approach the restaurant  you’re welcomed by the guy smartly dressed at the door. Walk in to the beautiful lobby where you are welcomed and seated at your table.

The interior is truly something to behold and super relaxing and welcoming.

The food is second to none and we were kept entertained by our wonderful waiter Lewis who is a real credit to the business.

Highly recommended. 5 Stars.

First visit to this popular restaurant. Decor lovely. Service very good. Waitress was very pleasant and efficient. Cocktails pricey for just a couple of mouthfuls. Just had one as it was a special occasion. Meal was nice but have had equally nice meals elsewhere. Wasnt that many courses on the menu that I felt o could choose from. May go again in the future.

Great place. Food great and not overly expensive, in fact I would go as far to say good value as the portions very on the large side in the top floor restaurant. Brilliant weather added to the ambiance. Staff really attentive and nothing seemed too much off a problem, even as far a knocking us up cocktails that were not on the menu

Excellent, friendly service here.  Staff very attentive. Lovely surroundings.  The food was very good and not too pricey, but menu choices limited. Wine list priced by the glass not bottle not sure why this was but the bottle of Merlot ordered was quite expensive. Be prepared to spend! Having said that however,  I would definitely go again.

Possibly the worst experience I've had in a long time. We waited 30mins to be seated even though we had a reservation and had to ask numerous times for our table. Unfortunately the table we were given was dirty and we had to request for it to be cleaned. On arrival the card machine was broken in the restaurant but card payments were still working in the bar. After finishing the meal the staff were really unhelpful and refused to allow us to pay with the working machines. Instead we were forced to send payment via bank transfer which we were happy to do, but they didn't want individual transactions. They were expecting one person to pay which would usually be fine but not appropriate for a hen do. After another 30 minutes of being ignored and the staff avoiding making eye contact they reluctantly allowed us to pay separately. They refused to give us receipts for our payments and insisted on us showing them the transaction which was very intimidating. In addition, senior management was extremely rude and spoke to our group as if we were an inconvenience. There are so many better places in Manchester it's really not worth visiting. The staff ruined our hen party and didn't care. Awful experience and the food is average!

Attended to scene yesterday with my
wife and friends. Customer service was pretty poor, have to constantly
ask for waiters to assist in help. We had to wait over 1 hour 45 minutes for our mains to arrive, which was very disappointing,and even when they did arrive they didn’t taste very nice at all. It’s a shame really because we were looking forward to it. Would
probably recommend going somewhere a little further out food, considering
how busy the restaurant is, there is very little consideration and attention to its customers.

The mains were underwhelming relative to the starters. Still nice food but not at the level I expected for Scene. Maybe we just chose the wrong dishes...

The restaurant itself looks beautiful, plenty of areas where you can take decent pictures. The man that greeted us was lovely (I'm assuming he was the manager), very warm and welcoming. However, when we were seated, I realized the table was so sticky, to the point that once your plates and glasses were down, we were unable to slide them around when we wanted to move them. This wasn't pleasant at all. The food was what I was looking forward to the most, which was super overpriced and was really bland. Expected a lot from their food, was really disappointed. So, 2 stars for the deco and the man at the front of the house who greeted us, thank you.

We visited yesterday for our friend's birthday and had a fabulous experience. All of the food we had was delicious - fresh, tasty ingredients and really generous portions. The real highlight, though, was the service - our waiter (we didn't get his name, unfortunately, but he told us he was from Brazil!) was friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough for us. He pulled out all the stops to ensure our friend celebrated her birthday in style and he really made our night. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

Wow what can I say... beautiful atmosphere and super tasty food. We called this morning to see whether the restaurant could accommodate a last minute request for a table of 10. After moving around a few tables we were told we could sit together and dine. Marta was so lovely and thoughtful, we had 4 young children and she specifically took our order quickly to ensure we received food in a timely manner. We will definitely be back here again. We ordered a range of dishes and each one was different and tasty. Thank you for a lovely evening!

We were a walk in group of six diners who wanted lunch and were attracted by the decor and outside menu. The staff were friendly and were able to seat us immediately.  The food was delicious, reasonably priced (for a city center) and catered well for the two vegetarians in our party. While the venue seemed clean and the decor was fun, the only tiny negative was having two of the three cubicles in the ladies toilets out of action which caused a queue even for the five females in our party who all went in together. A pleasant experience which added to a nice day out.

Unacceptable service! The  waiter was on another planet as in spaced out. We asked for a condiment to be brought and it never arrived, we asked for the bill and it didn't arrive. The reason for this? a group of his friends arrived and he was distracted with them. This group of friends sat with their feet up on the chairs too. They weren't eating. There was myself and my GF and a table of 4 when we arrived so quite quiet. The menu was not adaptable to our dietary requirements when asked although an alternative was given which was appreciated.
The food was poor and appeared it had been kept warm all day which tasted stale this was mainly the roast fennel.
I had the fish which was flavour some. The pickled veg was delicious.
Diabolical service and poor quality reheated food put me off and will not return again.

Sat outside enjoying the cool breeze on a hot day. Very friendly staff. Turkish beer was very nice. I had the most wonderful chicken wrap on salad with chick peas and hummus.
Interesting flavours. Check the interiors with fabulous decorations. Prices are good for the district
