We visited Australasia for our anniversary and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is stunning—chic, warm, and intimate—perfect for a special occasion. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, and the mocktails were just as creative and delicious. What really made the evening unforgettable was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our night special. They even surprised us with a gorgeous “Happy Anniversary” dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. Australasia exceeded all our expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for exceptional food, amazing service, and a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be back!

Australasia is easily up there as one of the best dining experiences in Manchester, the whole vibe just feels special from the moment you walk in. The menu is packed with incredible dishes and with Ana looking after us, the whole evening was on another level. She was super helpful, gave amazing recommendations and just made the night flow perfectly. The rest of the team were equally brilliant, attentive, friendly and always there when needed without ever being over the top. Food-wise, everything we tried was amazing, beautifully presented and full of flavour. You can tell real care goes into every dish. The decor and atmosphere are stunning too, modern, elegant, but still relaxed enough that you just settle in and enjoy. Already looking forward to heading back again. Definitely a must-visit in Manchester!

To be honest the food wasn’t great. The bread was nice. I ordered the shrimp and rice as a side and it wasn’t great. Their menu isn’t clear as well. They should have specified the slow cooked ribs comes with mashed potatoes. The menu just says mashed potatoes, my friend ordered a side only for the food to come with ribs, mashed potatoes and rice. The service was very good and the ambience was nice .
