This was an absolute rip-off. I ordered a beef steak sub and what I received was basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich with a tiny smear of meat—maybe 10-15 grams at most. This is completely unacceptable for a "steak" sub. The meat was barely even visible, let alone enough for a proper portion. If I wanted a veggie sandwich drowning in mayo, I could have ordered that for half the price. I feel cheated and incredibly disappointed. Subway needs to seriously reconsider the quality control on their orders. This felt like a deliberate scam. Not ordering again. £82 wasted today.

My first ever subway experience.. work colleagues thought it wud be a good idea for a quick lunch solution!! look at my photo.. I paid £9 for that vile dried up piece of crap!. never again I sud have trusted my instincts!! even paid extra to get it delivered quicker.. I wish I’d paid extra to never had had it at all!

Do not go here they never put in the toppings asked for and never offer refund either. They must be so upset and depressed with their lives and hopefully it stays like that AMEN

Ordered a Tuna Tato. Had to wait an excessive amount of time but I looked past that because I was starving. However, when I received my order all I found was tuna and mayo. I have attached a comparison of what was advertised, including the ingredients it was supposed to have but were nowhere to be found. What kind of blind incompetent thinks this looks anywhere near a Tuna Tato? I am absolutely disappointed and will never be ordering from this Subway again. To those in charge, I hope you find whoever was responsible for my order and invest in an optical appointment for them to improve the service of all customers in the future. Thank you.
