This was an absolute rip-off. I ordered a beef steak sub and what I received was basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich with a tiny smear of meat—maybe 10-15 grams at most. This is completely unacceptable for a "steak" sub. The meat was barely even visible, let alone enough for a proper portion. If I wanted a veggie sandwich drowning in mayo, I could have ordered that for half the price. I feel cheated and incredibly disappointed. Subway needs to seriously reconsider the quality control on their orders. This felt like a deliberate scam. Not ordering again. £82 wasted today.

I ordered a double chocolate chip cookie at the store (asked the person twice if it was double chocolate chip) and when I got home it tasted like orange flavour. I did not ask for that and was very disappointed.

The lady in counter was unprofessional and not helpful and using a wrong way to talk to costumer , I asked for a meal deal sandwich without cookie, she charged me with normal price for each item , and she said you didn’t take the cookie as they mentioned on the menu. I will never be in this place again

My first ever subway experience.. work colleagues thought it wud be a good idea for a quick lunch solution!! look at my photo.. I paid £9 for that vile dried up piece of crap!. never again I sud have trusted my instincts!! even paid extra to get it delivered quicker.. I wish I’d paid extra to never had had it at all!
