Its a Halal yemani restaurant. The ambiance is of a typical yemani vibe with plenty of seating options inside aswell as outside. The server was phenomenal and very friendly. We ordered fish with roti, chicken mandi and orange juice. The fish alone itself with good but the sauce that was given did not go with the fish. The roti on its own was also very good but it did not pair with fish (my own fault for choosing roti with fish over rice with fish). The chicken mandi was average but the tomato sauce given with it was good. I have had better mandi and my expectations were very high considering it was yemani mandi. The orange juice and salad were fresh. The complimentary lamb soup that was given was quite refreshing and appetizing.

Food The fahsa here is incredible, lots of flavour and the meat is tender. There is a generous amount of fenugreek added on top. The chicken mandi here is delicious. I don’t recommend the shafout here as a starter as it is mostly just yogurt with shredded bread but does taste nice with rice. Service / atmosphere You are provided with a complementary hot soup when you arrive which is delicious. They provide barriers to allow muslim sisters to eat comfortably and the seating is comfortable and food is served pretty quickly.

This has been my go to for well over 10 years, I absolutely love the food and atmosphere here. Everything is packed full of flavour, very authentic and super soft juicy meat with lots of vegetarian options. Really enjoyed family events here too, they always treat us so well. Can't wait for my next visit.

the before and after photos says it all. It was honestly the best food I’ve had in a while 🙂↕️ You can taste that it’s made from the heart and not following a recipe. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic amazing Yemen food! + the owner is super nice and welcoming and offered us tea!! 10/10
