Maybe it’s the marketing hype on the menu, maybe it’s the high expectations that burger restaurants are always awesome, this one simply underwhelmed. The rooms are modern and well-lit, service was OK but the burgers were so ordinary. For all the promises of higher quality ingredients, the end result was quite ordinary. I would not return here for a burger. Very average. We had much better elsewhere. But the coleslaw was good. However, I wanted a real good tasting burger. Did not fix it here. Vasco thank you so much !!! We had the best Honest Burger of our lives. It arrived promptly and hot! The service was more than we could ever ask for - You are so chirpy, happy and fun. Delicious Texas BBQ Special, gorgeously saucy siracha wings, and big hearty portions to boot. Congratulations. We will be back!

Went here as one of my daughter’s favourites, to be fair it’s a great smash burger. My wife had the chicken burger and said it was the best burger she had tasted. I opted for the double smash burger and was very tasty but a little too greasy.

Ordered a simple burger and it was missing basic ingredients like onion relish... just received bread, patty, and lettuce.. disappointed. Also, a pot of sauce never arrived and the fries were super oily and soggy. Unlikely to order again, it's different when in the store as you can return back unacceptable orders.
