The atmosphere was lively and modern, and the food was absolutely delicious — fresh, well-prepared burgers with great flavour and quality ingredients.

What really made our visit special was the excellent service from our waitress Eglė. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our meal. Eglė made sure everything was perfect, helped us with recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude and warm service truly enhanced our dining experience.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service — especially thanks to Eglė. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, Egle. She was so sweet and kind, and her service came with a genuine smile throughout. She made us feel really welcome and ensured everything we needed was taken care of. Her warm added to the overall dining experience and made it truly enjoyable.

I don’t know which is worse … the food or the waitress? Ordered a milkshake (the only good part) and a Roquefort Burger and once it arrived, we all couldn’t believe how disgusting they were. Took one bite and it made us feel sick. When asked how the food was I said “to be honest, we really don’t like these burgers. They taste awful” …

Having seen so many Gordon Ramsey shows, this was my first restaurant experience and I don’t expect to get told “Sorry but you should have Google’d it”, shrug and then walk off … is this the level of customer service you offer?!

You can’t scrape off the taste (trust me, we tried). Don’t bother going here, go elsewhere.

Very lovely , friendly waitress Egle served us and created the atmosphere of a very welcoming vibe. The burgers were absolutely delicious and fabulous. Recommend this amazing spot to everyone

We visited Haute Dolci recently and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We were initially seated in a pretty poor spot near the toilets, and when the party next to us left, we asked if we could move there. After that, it felt like we were completely forgotten ,it took ages for anyone to come over and give us any service.

We ordered the Matilda cake, hot chocolate, truffle chips, chicken, and a s’more shot. Considering how nice and aesthetic the shop looks, the food really wasn’t anything to write home about. It was very overpriced too — £17 for a slice of cake is excessive, especially when it wasn’t even that nice.
Honestly, I feel like social media and influencers seriously overhype places like this. It looks amazing on social media, but in reality it’s really not all it’s made out to be. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the hype or the prices, and I definitely wouldn’t be going back.

Came here with my family just as a quick pit stop. We, additionally, needed somewhere to pray and this was the only place in the O2 that provides a prayer room which, as a Muslim, we are more than grateful for.

During our experience, we got a Tiramisu Latte, Cortado, Flat White, Vanilla Chai & 2x hot chocolates. There were no complaints made regarding any of the drinks. I had the Cortado which was so rich and flavoursome, so would recommend if you like this.

The service was exceptional, from the moment we sat down we were immediately able to give an order & within 10 minutes all of our drinks were out.

I would 100% recommend coming here with your family or even on a date night as the food (even though we didn’t have any) looked delicious so I will definitely be making a return to Haute Dolce.

Had service from many a people today and were accommodating, kind and welcoming. A particular lady for the lovely lady serving us, her name was rindia I believe, as well as the lovely lady at the till who help me with the key. It was a pleasure being here, loved the ambience, the decor was lovely and the food was great almost perfect, definitely on the most expensive side of things, and the toilet handle didn't work well not was the toilet the best in cleanliness etc, but other than that it was a 10/10 experience I would come here again and I would also speak highly of the people working here to their senior; great job done. This was my 4th visit to Haute Dolci, but this time was extra special. I came with my daughter because I wanted to surprise her with their famous Croffle à la Pistache et Kunafa (the “Dubai chocolate” version tucked inside a croissant). What I didn’t expect was for the staff to outdo my own plan, by turning our mom-daughter time into something truly magical and presenting the desserts with vapour and a little “steam dance” on the plate — such a beautiful, unforgettable touch!

The team was friendly, polite, and full of positive energy. The environment is stunning, the desserts and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the whole experience feels special every single time.

It’s always a pleasure to come back — and I definitely will.

Absolutely amazing experience at Haidilao! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’d expect from a high-quality hot pot restaurant. The soup bases were rich and comforting, and there were plenty of options to customize the meal.

What really made the night special was the service — huge thanks to Bella! She was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. She checked in at just the right moments, explained everything clearly, and genuinely made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism truly elevated the entire meal.

Haidilao is already known for great service, but Bella took it to another level. Will definitely be coming back — not just for the food, but for the wonderful hospitality as well!

Haidilao is hands down my favorite hot pot. There’s nothing better than a warm, comforting hot pot in winter. I’ve already been twice for their all-you-can-eat, and I’d definitely recommend going on a weekday — £29.99 per person is great value. Just keep in mind this price doesn’t include the service charge, and some soup bases (like my favorite spicy beef tallow mala broth) cost extra.

For two people doing the all-you-can-eat, you can only choose two soup bases, meaning the other two sections of the four-grid pot are plain water. The food selection is still very extensive, but drinks aren’t included — only tap water.

Last time we went as a group of four, we were given complimentary sour plum juice, and we could choose four different soup bases, which was a nice touch.

One small complaint: the all-you-can-eat time limit is only 1.5 hours, and it starts counting from the moment you order the soup base. It felt a bit rushed — almost like sitting an exam 😅 — so we didn’t really dare chat too much. That said, it’s still enough time to get full.

I got 2 of their broths, the spicy beef tallow and the sukiyaki, then i got the sauce bar to make 2 of my own broths which i recommend doing ♡.
You can reallt tell all the ingredients they use for us is high quality and super fresh, such a classic place to get lovely hotpot and to chat with your friends.
Everything was amazing and great!!! I look forward to coming again with my friends ♡♡♡

Naimul and I have literally gone on a burger binge for the past couple weeks so we decided to cool off with some Indian 😂

@scarletrasoi is a newly launched Asian Street Food restaurant in the o2, specialising in an Indian/Thai fusion. We ordered the Petit Dosa and Masala Chips as our sides and loved them, especially the chips as they didn’t wilt and were crispy even when they cooled down 👌🏽 the Indian Mee Goreng was delicious too and the best fusion dish. We didn’t LOVE the butter chicken as it was very tomato...ey? 😂 The Mango Lassi could have been a little thinner and sweeter too. However, we would definitely go back to try more of the dishes including the Lamb Chops and Lamb Roganjosh!

New Restaurant! [GET 15% off your bill - BELOW] Finally there's a good food option at the o2, I visit the cinema  once a week and there's such a lack of halal good options but now there's a new Indian and Thai restaurant that's opened up called @scarletrasoi .
Yes, Indian and Thai, I was had doubts with the combination but I really enjoyed the food here. The open Kitchen is split, on my visit I saw different chefs that handle the Indian menu (70% of the menu is Indian) and separate chefs handle the Thai food

The menu is simple to digest and is split into 3 parts, starters which are all around £6 to £8, grilled items £10 to £14 and main courses £10 to £13

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant today! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. From starters to desserts, everything was spot on and beautifully presented.

A special mention to the staff — especially the gentleman who looked after us mr bimal,He was so polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. He made sure we were comfortable throughout, checked on us at the right times, and gave great recommendations. His warm hospitality truly made our meal even more enjoyable.

We had a group of 9 which they happily accommodated us all very quickly. Our waitress Ramya was lovely from start to finish. Ensured we got our food quickly, the food itself was delicious. Would recommend!

I was craving for a good samosa chat and I happened to bump into Sahil of Scarlet Rasoi who greeted me with a big warm smile. The samosa chat is by far the best one in the Greenwich. Here is why this  samosa chat is the best one- Along with the yoghurt and the mint chutney, they garnish the chat with the anardana chutney (pomegranate chutney) instead of the usual tamarind paste. And apart from hitting the right taste buds, the portion is also wholesome. Therefore I highly recommend the samosa chat at Scarlet Rasoi.

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning

My partner and I decided to try somewhere different for dinner, but unfortunately, this place was a letdown from start to finish. At first, everything seemed fine, but things quickly went downhill.

Usually, at Indian restaurants, you order mains separately, but some meals here stated they come with curry, rice, and salad. For just under £20 per person, we expected a decent portion. I ordered the lamb curry, and my partner had the chicken. What we got was shocking — a small scoop of rice, a tiny bit of salad, and an extremely small portion of curry. My partner’s chicken curry had maybe five small pieces of chicken in it — very underwhelming for the price.

To make matters worse, while I was still eating, a staff member came over and started rushing us to pay. I was honestly shocked by how rude and pushy she was — never had service like that before. I don’t know if she thought we were going to run off without paying, or if that’s just how they operate to turn tables quickly, but it left a bad taste.

Overall, the food wasn’t authentic, the portions were tiny, and the service was terrible. Definitely won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

They serve some good food options, it's heavy on the meat side but they do have some options for vegetarians. Also they mentioned that they do paneer tikka masala but it's not mentioned in the menu for some reason. Drinks were fine, overall a decent place to try. They did not add service charge, which was a welcome change as it's not mandatory and should only be included with the customer's wish.

All of our meat is Halal. We serve alcohol.

Mixed Experience: Fast Service, but the Buffalo Wings Were a Major Disappointment
​I visited Honest Burgers with my family specifically because I had heard about their buffalo wings and was looking forward to trying them. Unfortunately, the experience with the wings was extremely disappointing, especially as I was only planning on having them and nothing else.
​The service itself was impressively fast, and the wings arrived at the table quickly. However, upon touching them, I discovered they were stone cold. I politely asked the waiter if this was intentional, and he immediately apologized and took them back to the kitchen to consult with "Chef Mike."
​Two minutes later, the wings returned with an extra slathering of sauce on top, but the core issue the temperature was still not properly resolved. The wings were barely warm, and the flavor was still off. I informed the waiter that I couldn't eat them, particularly due to the flavor of the sauce.
​The waiter was excellent and genuinely tried to fix the situation, offering to bring a completely new, fresh batch. Again, after a brief consultation with "Chef Mike," the new wings arrived. I tried one or two, and then asked my family to try them as well. We all agreed they were excessively zesty and vinegary way too much vinegar, completely overpowering the traditional buffalo flavor. I had to give up on them entirely.
​The staff seemed genuinely shocked, stating that these are typically their best-selling wings. As someone who has lived in North America and knows what true buffalo wings should taste like, these sadly earned a 0/10 from me. Chef Mike's fixes did not help the matter at all.
​While the waiter tried his best to resolve the issues, the product quality of the wings was unacceptable and unfortunately I didn't pay and it was sandwiches for me at home. If am looking for great wings with good portions and flavours note to myself I will stick to my favorite Shakespeare pub in Victoria Station.

Maybe it’s the marketing hype on the menu, maybe it’s the high expectations that burger restaurants are always awesome, this one simply underwhelmed.

The rooms are modern and well-lit, service was OK but the burgers were so ordinary. For all the promises of higher quality ingredients, the end result was quite ordinary.

I would not return here for a burger. Very average. We had much better elsewhere.

But the coleslaw was good. However, I wanted a real good tasting burger. Did not fix it here.

Went here as one of my daughter’s favourites, to be fair it’s a great smash burger. My wife had the chicken burger and said it was the best burger she had tasted. I opted for the double smash burger and was very tasty but a little too greasy.

Environment too noisy, mediocre taste and selection of burguers, high prices for the quantity and quality of the food, filthy toilets (female) and tiny spaces. When the waiter served the couple next to us, her rear was almost touching the table and my hand.

Quality and price did not match this time for us.

Horrible experience, first my lemonade was bland and the glass had dirt in it. When I complained about it nothing was done about it. When we got our food the order was wrong so we had to send it back and wait even longer for the food… at this point we was starving when our correct food came out… greasy… we was hungry and couldn’t be asked to wait an extra 15 mins. During this time no one checked up on us. Food was also bland and lukewarm, was not worth the price

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

The food was very tasty, we'd not visited since before lockdown and was worried that the quality may have dropped. However everything was delicious and well prepared.

Great food, lovely restaurant setting, was really quiet when we went. Great service so will definitely go again.

They gave me basmati rice instead of jasmine rice that I ordered. No apology, no suggestion to make sure I get what i ordered. Completely unhelpful and rude with customer service - the representative gave so much attitude and started huffing and puffing like I was unreasonable in asking for what I ordered and paid for. Calamari was underwhelming and dry. We bought quite a few starters but they decided a drop of sweet chili  sauce would be enough (very stingy). The bag they gave us for the starters was so poorly packaged with curry leaking through.  I also ordered the red Thai curry with chicken, but the chicken was scarce, curry also flavourless. Safe to say I will not be ordering here again -

Toomai was recommended to me by friend. So a group of us decided to try it. We went on a Sunday evening, so wasn't so busy.

Looked amazing from outside, very big and spacious. Decor was very nice to.

Food was amazing apart from my tom yam soup. I cant describe it, but I've had far better. We ordered a few starters which were really nice.

For mains I ordered a schezwan fried rice with chicken, as I didn't fancy any noodles. It was absolutely delicious.

Price wise its very reasonable.

Only two negatives for me.

1. The tables are very small, so with a large group it can be quite uncomfortable.
2. My coconut lassi which was very thick, but was quickly rectified by the manager.

Would I go back there again? Absolutely. Really enjoyed my food, very friendly staff.

Great place. Good vibe, nice decor and most importantly tasty food, fusion food so excellent selection! Lamb shanks were delicious! Slightly on the expensive side. The lamb chops were our faves but extortionately priced!! Would go back for sure!

Lovely place to have some food before a concert. Alex looked after us so well. He was pleasant and couldn't do enough. Fantastic cocktails and the food was beautiful.

The restaurant looks nice with good aesthetics, but everything else was a complete letdown. The food was terrible, even the salad, which should have been simple to get right. The drinks were just as bad, and the high prices made the experience even worse. Customer service was horrible, with staff acting uninterested and unbothered, as if they didn’t care about their jobs or the customers. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values good food and proper service.

Had my child’s party here, the experience was amazing, with children saying ‘this was the best day ever’. Staff couldn’t do more for us and provided anything we asked for. Would highly recommend having a child’s party here. Closed to the rest of the public until the party was nearly over, so was a calm, stress free environment for us and our guests. Food was fab too, oh and no tidying up after, as the staff were clearing away as the party went along. Thank you to all staff involved yesterday!

Mostly went to use up a couple of bogof deals. Given my last experience at a pizza express (south woodford) wasn't great i wasn't expecting much.
However, the food seemed better. I still think at rrp its quite a bit for pizza, but get a deal and it might just be worth it.
Our server was good and helped me navigate the app (the main issue being me not knowing my table had to be assigned before i could check in). We were also given a takeaway box for our leftovers, which was very handy as we didn't want to waste any food.
Overall, definitely better experience than the south woodford one.

Had a fantastic experience at PizzaExpress O2 Arena! The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot before an event. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and efficient despite how busy it was. Our pizzas were delicious — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour — with great options for everyone. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and everything arrived just right. A great place to enjoy a quality meal in a vibrant location. Highly recommended!

What a brilliant team you have! The team were dealing with some pretty unjust, unpleasant customers on the afternoon we visited. We just wanted to pass on how impressed we were with how this was managed and how the team remained professional, friendly and brilliant at their jobs! Lovely food too!

PizzaExpress has used halal-slaughtered chicken for several years, but we have never been able to offer a finished dish that was Halal-certified, due to the presence of pork and other non-halal meats in our restaurants and as our kitchens do not operate halal procedures.

Whilst our previous suppliers provided halal slaughtered chicken, it was never our policy for that to be our only option. Since the launch of our Autumn Menu on the 21st September our chicken now comes from accredited suppliers that use both non-halal and halal slaughter methods, because we have recently increased our sourcing options on chicken to ensure continuity of supply during the current challenges within all supply chains.

Where halal slaughter is used, the animals are stunned before slaughter. All our meat suppliers are approved by the Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards, a globally renowned safety standard and, all comply with EU or local animal welfare regulations.

If asked our teams in restaurants are trained to provide customers with accurate menu and ingredient information. In addition, this information is available on the customer support section of our website.

Please be aware that none of our other meats are halal and we do not have any halal kitchens or restaurants.

The kind of service that deserves a standing ovation!

Anu was phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, she made sure my friend and I got exactly what we didn’t even know we needed the most succulent, flavor-packed Korean BBQ burger this side of paradise, paired with fries.

It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience. Anu’s attention to detail, genuine warmth, and dedication turned a simple order into a five-star moment. If there were a Hall of Fame for customer service, Amy would be front and center.

I came across a store by chance. The fried strips there were extremely delicious, very juicy and flavorful, far surpassing KFC. I recommend the hot honey sauce, which is very tasty. The service in the store was also particularly attentive. Ayesha was very considerate. I was very happy to meet her!

Thunderbird Fried Chicken offers bold flavors and crispy textures in a fun, casual setting. I tried the vegan version—it was okay, not mind-blowing but decent for a plant-based option. The seasoning was good, though the texture could be improved. Sides like fries and dips were tasty, and service was quick. Great spot for fried chicken fans, with a few veggie-friendly choices too.

I regularly take my 6-year-old son to Oxygen at the O2, and after his workout, we always head to Thunderbird O2 for a treat. He absolutely loves their chicken strips—they’re crispy, flavorful, and served with perfectly cooked potato fries. The Cajun fries are another favorite, and he enjoys pairing them with a creamy vanilla milkshake for the ultimate combo.
The staff here are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special shout-out to Anu (Ann) (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name; I believe she’s Indian), who is incredibly kind and always makes sure my son gets tomato sauce instead of the spicier dips, which he doesn’t like. Personally, I love all their dips, but my son sticks to tomato sauce. It’s these thoughtful touches that make our visits so enjoyable.

Came in today. Didn’t have a booking . 14 of us! The manager said yes he can accommodate us but asked for a moment to prepare the tables . He and his staff started rearranging the tables so we could all sit together ! Wow! We felt so welcome and valued . He kept checking on us and if we needed anything . The waiter was called Edwin. He was very attentive and sweet even tho he was clearly very busy . Our best pizza express experience ever! Thank you pizza express. A wonderful end and start to our year. We will return

We had a b-day party at Pizza Express Greenwich and kids really enjoyed the experience. They have made pizzas as part of school programme but this time it was more personalised they said - being able to choose toppings and to eat their own pizzas right away with drinks and side menu like dough balls. Thank you Itziya for providing kids with the amazing, memorable experience!

Excellent pizza, one of the best I’ve ever tried. They offer a 'Dua Romana' option, allowing you to choose two different kinds of pizza — one for each half. The service is fast and everyone is friendly.

The pizza party was awesome! The kids loved making their own pizzas and trying all the toppings. Everything was super easy, fun, and delicious. Lots of laughs, good music, and happy little chefs, can’t ask for more! Totally recommend for any kids’ get-together.

PizzaExpress has used halal-slaughtered chicken for several years, but we have never been able to offer a finished dish that was Halal-certified, due to the presence of pork and other non-halal meats in our restaurants and as our kitchens do not operate halal procedures.

Whilst our previous suppliers provided halal slaughtered chicken, it was never our policy for that to be our only option. Since the launch of our Autumn Menu on the 21st September 2021 our chicken now comes from accredited suppliers that use both non-halal and halal slaughter methods, because we have recently increased our sourcing options on chicken to ensure continuity of supply during the current challenges within all supply chains.

Where halal slaughter is used, the animals are stunned before slaughter. All our meat suppliers are approved by the Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards, a globally renowned safety standard and, all comply with EU or local animal welfare regulations.

If asked our teams in restaurants are trained to provide customers with accurate menu and ingredient information. In addition, this information is available on the customer support section of our website.

Please be aware that none of our other meats are halal and we do not have any halal kitchens or restaurants.

Slim Chickens

First time visiting Slim Chickens and it was absolutely delicious.
The speed at which our food arrived was impeccable. I ordered the honey chicken burger with a bottomless drink and it did not disappoint.

Pro tip: mix Fanta Cherry with Dr Pepper Cherry — trust me.

I’m disappointed it’s taken me so long to eat here. Easily the best Fried Chicken I’ve eaten this decade. The service has been top notch, from being greeted when I entered to how quick my order came, the flavours in the food were delightful, a chicken n chip shop where the food is actually seasoned and flavoursome. Everything about this experience will have me running back sooner rather than later

Found this to be a complete rip-off. Not only the serving size was actually only good for a kids meal (i am a size S petite and the chicken sandwich was smaller than my hand), but the taste is mediocre (nothing to justify £14 for a chicken sandwich) and the service was slow and sloppy (took ages to come, didnt bring sauce, then didnt bring kids drink which comes with the meal and had to be reminded). No wonder it was not busy. Had a kitchen roll instead of napkins. No sauce in the sandwich. Very VERY disappointing

Tasty chicken tenders and wings with a variety of sauces. Liked the Gravy Mayo best. The toast is a nice and unique touch. Really good. Recommend.

I recently visited Slims Chicken at the O2 and had a really good experience. I tried the tender meal and the honey barbecue pickle sandwich, and both were spot on. The chicken tenders were hot, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside, with great seasoning. The honey barbecue pickle sandwich was a standout — the sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and smoky, and the pickles added a nice tang that worked really well with the crispy chicken. Service was quick considering how busy the O2 gets, and the food felt fresh. Definitely a solid choice if you’re at the O2 and craving good chicken.

Great visit to Nando’s! The service was really good and the restaurant wasn’t too crowded, which made the experience even better.

I tried the vegan option - went for the spicy rice bowl, and it was really tasty. Everything came out quickly, and the prices are still affordable, which is always a plus.

Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.  Highly recommend!

This place gets really busy in the evenings, especially when there’s a show at the O2, but the team keeps things moving—our dishes arrived surprisingly fast! The service is warm and upbeat, the décor is absolutely stunning, and the food delivers that classic Nando’s goodness we all love. A great spot for a pre-show meal!

Not bad but definitely could get the similar forms of peri peri chicken elsewhere for cheaper and better taste. The food is always pretty good and the customisability of the sauces and sides is great. Unfortunately, I just find their prices to not just a bit too high especially given the somewhat conservative portions of chicken. You know what you’re going to get visiting Nando’s so at least it’s always consistent.

Its such a shame that on a quiet day this was not done right.
Customer service was rude and brash at the till, chicken  was on the grill before I was even halfway through my order so I couldnt ask for livers which would have delayed chicken and made it dry.Menu knowledge was poor. No one checked in on us.Had to send food back as it was cooked to what we ordered.Also take away sauces out of date… something that has been an oversight for nearly two weeks .. Just basics. most disappointing nandos I have been too considering there was only around 10 tables , Dont want to imagine what its like when theres a concert on 😭

Food. All sorts of food from cusines all over the world. I had the following.
Starters.
1st. Mussels in claws and souse (French) and baked pasta (Italian).
2nd. Fish 🐟 in souse and something similar to gnocchi (Indian).
Mains.
1st. Beef steak with salads.
2nd. A slice of turkey  with Brussels sprouts and carrots 🥕 (English).
Deserts 🏜. All sorts of cakes are cut in small pieces.
Rose vine with desserts.
I'm used to eating in buffet restaurants in other countries. I had some better food elsewhere.

Service. All the members of staff were doing a great job.
The star of my dinner was the waitress Sweta from Nepal. She was welcoming and kindly explained the house rules. Sweta provided very professional and efficient service. We had a little friendly chat.
Atmosphere. A lot of people were passing by my table. There was a  queue for the beef steak. Also, along the dessert tables, the queue took too long because the customers at the end were dealing with an ice cream freezer / dispenser and a chocolate fountain. I didn't take the ice cream, but I had to wait to get some desserts.

Overall, it’s a decent place with a nice variety of Indian, Italian, and Chinese dishes. Some of the food is just average, but my favourite is definitely the beef steak, it’s flavorful and well-cooked. They also serve noodles, though those could be improved as they lack authentic taste. The dessert section is quite limited, with only a few options available. Still, it’s a good spot if you want to try different cuisines in one place and enjoy a satisfying meal overall.

Overall, It's a descent place to have food with relaxing. The food was very delicious with variety cuisine of Indian, Italian, Maxican, etc, and I loved the food. If I talk about price, it's very reliable, also it's a perfect buffet restaurant for families. I've to talk about service, the service was very good. Specially Pooja, She was amazing, and her service was memorable. Her manner and attention were impeccable. I am impressed.

Portion and quality was decent, pizza being freshly made.
Tiramisu was the only disappointment - was neither authentic nor was it tiramisu to begin with.
Wait staff service (night crew) was nothing short of excellent and enthusiastic.

Great option - and AMAZING SERVICE !! Titu was absolutely fantastic. Completely halal menu. My only criticism is that the prices are slightly inflated (although every restaurant in the O2). Otherwise, a great experience!

Went to this place recently looking at their amazing reviews, but unfortunately it turned out to be a disappointment. The pizza felt as if we were eating dough and cheese, there was no tomato sauce at all. When complained to the staff, they offered a new pizza, however, even that was not tasty at all. For £15, this margarita pizza was not worth it. I wouldn’t pay £6 for this.

I wouldn’t recommend this place- better to spend that money on pizza pilgrims or zizzi.

TITU - Amazing servicr and amazing food. TITU wad incredibly helpful and the whole restaurant was really good. We had children and they really went put of the way to mske us feel welcome and took the time to listen and deal with a table of 8 people. Will be coming back again anytime we are at the O2 we will be coming here

We went as group of 4 to find delicious food after playing activate at the o2 and looked at banana tree!

The best decision, the menu we didn’t know where to choose from so we ordered some starters to share between us and two mains.

The mocktails were 2-4-1 which was great! They were so flavourful and not just filled with syrup like other restaurants.

The food was amazing! As first timer coming to a banana tree branch this was GOOD! 😍  the dessert recommendation from the lady she had glasses on and I forgot her name think it started with a K or C she recommend us the tart! That was very good!

Overall the service was really good 5/5 and the food was delicious still thinking about it … 10/10

We visited on a weekday afternoon for lunch and ordered from the lunch menu, 1 main and 1 soft drink for £10.95. It was very quiet and peaceful, we sat in a lovely booth.
We had the katsu burger and chips, chicken with mango sauce and rice and chicken pad Thai. Then for starters we had Korean bbq chicken and chicken skewers.
The food came promptly, service was good.
The best dishes were the pad Thai, chicken skewers and bbq chicken.
The burger was a bit too saucy.
The crackers didn't seem very fresh.
The chicken with mango sauce was a bit odd, the sauce was runny and lacked flavour and the side veggies were very small. There seemed to be a lot of rice in proportion to this. Personally I would had preferred more veggies.
Toilets are upstairs and they were clean.

A lovely day for lunch with the family. I got the Thai railway rice and it was delicious! The calamari was a bit of a let down. The portions are very reasonable. Food was very good overall. One member of my group felt it was a bit salty. We got quite a few bits - 3 starters, 1 side, 5 main meals, 1 kids main, 4 drinks. It came up to £159 which is reasonable. The lychee juice was lovely too. Staff were friendly. They only have clip on high chairs to the tables but I opted out of that as my child was able to reach the table. We had a nice booth and I would come back again!

Food was great and came quite quick however the service requires some attention. The waiters lack empathy and are not quite careful at remembering to bring the ordered items, we had to keep reminding them and not too busy times. The place looks like it would have quiet and busy times which can change quickly due to the O2 Arena being nearby but that doesn’t mean the staff should treat the customers with negligence. A little attention to details would make me wanna go back to a place like this but not on this occasion.

Little bit disappointed, we arrived to an almost empty restaurant to be told that because of an event, there was a restricted menu, so several people within our party didn’t end up ordering a main because nothing suitable for their dietary requirements.  When the food came it was lukewarm which was surprising as the place was practically empty.  When we advised the staff,  the waitress was lovely and very apologetic, and instantly replaced the meal. However I will say, that the food taste wasn’t that great either, and not what I was expecting, in fact I’ve had better Chicken Katsu Curry at the pub.  The food was very bland, however it was presented nice on the Plate, and the establishment was very clean, not much atmosphere because it was a Wednesday night, and practically empty, and the cocktails were good.  Have to say we sadly left a little disappointed, and I don’t think I will return.

Food, atmosphere and service were great! The curries were super tasty and portion was enough for us. Cocktails were great too! Jozsef was quick with the drinks, food and making sure we are having a good time.

I had a lovely lunch with my daughters, the restaurant is very spacious and clean. Waiter was lovely. Food was delicious and a good portion! The restaurant seemed a little short staffed as only saw 2 staff members working, took a little while to get desert and the bill, but main meal was served quick.

The Worst Meal I’ve Had in Over a Decade

I visited Las Iguanas at the O2 today, completely unaware it was an event day. As soon as we sat down, I noticed how shockingly high the prices were — starters around £10–£12.95, and mains all over £18. For the type of food Las Iguanas serves, that’s incredibly overpriced.

When I asked why, I found out it was an “Events Menu”, which I think is very unfair and misleading, especially for customers who aren’t even attending the event.

The drink prices were equally ridiculous. I ordered non-alcoholic drinks, and even those were extremely overpriced. A mocktail was £11.95 — nearly £12 — for a non-alcoholic drink! How disgusting is that? The raspberry crush I usually get for around £3–£4 (normally two-for-one) was suddenly £15 for two, which is absurd for soft drinks.

I only ordered a starter — the chicken quesadilla — just in case the food wasn’t great. Unfortunately, it was awful. The chicken had a strange metallic taste, the salsa was bland, and overall it was disgusting for £10.95. My brother’s chicken wings and fried chicken were cold and tasteless, and my sister’s tacos (with beef steak, prawns, and chicken) were equally bad — the steak tasted like liver.

We were all incredibly disappointed, angry, and still hungry. I haven’t had food this bad in maybe a decade. This was, without a doubt, the worst food I’ve had in a very long time.

Las Iguanas has completely gone downhill, especially for the prices they now charge. If you’re going to ask for high-end prices, at least provide high-quality food. Honestly, you’re better off spending just a little more and going to a proper restaurant where you’ll actually enjoy a satisfying meal.

I would not recommend Las Iguanas.

Managed to turn up and seat a group of 9 last Saturday evening. Service was fab - thanks Petero for looking after us! Very quick out with drinks and food. Had to send back corn on the cob as not warm enough but they sorted it super quick. Otherwise great. Lovely cocktails, delicious food. Kids meal was great value and the churros were really tasty. Will definitely head there next time we’re at the O2.

Horrible experience. Went here as a celebration with five friends. The service was terrible, waiters with rude attitudes who didn’t even bring us cutlery despite asking four times. The portion sizes were horrendous. I paid £4.75 for 11 skinny chips (picture attached). The slaw was literally terrible, just shredded cabbage. And nothing else. General horrible vibe from all the staff in there. It was not busy and despite that no one seemed to be able to provide basic service. A ruin to a good celebration.

Excellent meal with so many gluten free options. Often I have to pick between one or two dishes due to my allergy but Busaba had a lot of options. The decor and atmosphere are lovely and the service was quick, friendly and competent.
Anastasia served us and was polite and double checked all of my order to ensure it was GF.
Would highly recommend.

Shambles. I came for a nice meal but was met with the most unprofessional restaurant manager I’ve ever encountered. The food was a disgrace — burnt matchstick chicken and a so-called ‘grilled chicken’ that clearly wasn’t grilled at all—it was soggy. When I complained, the manager dismissed me, did not apologise, and instead tried to criticise how I spoke — gaslighting, antagonising, and even telling me how I should speak.

She then tried to upsell with a replacement meal after we’d already waited far too long, and even sneakily attempted to charge for side orders that weren’t touched. To make it worse, she accused me of shouting when I was calmly explaining how rude she was reacting, all while deflecting my complaint and still not apologising.

This manager acted like she was above me, tone-policing and trying to use her authority by finally telling me to leave, which was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely out of order. I was leaving anyway, but her behaviour was disgusting. For someone representing a chain I’ve supported for years, this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.

Her role seriously needs to be reviewed by upper management, because she is clearly not fit to represent this restaurant in any way. If this is the type of ‘leadership’ on display, it damages the entire brand. Customers deserve far better than this.

Good Thai restaurant in the O2, a pleasant atmosphere. The he restaurant staff are very friendly. Quite a delay to get the food, but it was delicious. I had a pad thai which was well presented and full of flavour.

I think this restaurant deserves at least a 4 star to 4.5 that is why I rated it 5. The food quality is great, it tasted authentic and delicious. The service was fast although it feels like you cannot feel the presence of the staff when we were there. The atmosphere is okay, too dark for my opinion. I think it deserves more recognition. There are things that can be improved, keep the quality of the food.

Had the best food in a long time! All food was piping hot & fresh, just the way i liked it. Waiter was so nice & friendly. Highly recommend.
