KFC London - Queensway

It is a take out shop. So less place to sit but it is beside an amazing park.
Love the food it is so crispy and delicious. I usually order every week my kids love the popcorn and I am pretty much in love with hot wings, always order party bucket every week and my family loves the hot fries with supercharge sauce taking the food and sitting in the park and eating under the sky is joyful. I am fan of hot a spicy food hence love the supercharger twister wrap with cheese deal it is the cheapest, hot and best wrap I had tasted till now.
The staff whenever I order always serve me with a smile especially Venesa she is a sweetheart. The KFC staff are like fried chicken superheroes serve fast with a smile. So today when they asked me to write about there service I decided to pour my heart out as it takes very miniature details to pour heart to your job which the people of KFC does. I wish all the team of KFC an amazing job and treating people with a smile. Keep up the spirit.

Went there to buy wing shocker for a chicken shop and it was only 22h one hour before closing and Vanessa, the lady that served us first took almost 15min to serve us and when we ordered she very rudely said that she did not have any wings when the deliveroo app from the same store allowed me to order the wings, it’s funny because the I work in retail and I understand the struggle but I also know when they refuse the service because they closed a section which was this case… i mean I understand you want to go home but I want to eat and I am paying for it… such a disappointment, never again

Absolutely appalling staff and service at this restaurant. I know it’s a busy location so I thought why not order ahead and check in when arrive so hopefully not wait long…..right? Noooo lolz get ready to sit( which you won’t be able to as it’s so small limited spaces, you barely find the space to stand). So wait literally 45 minutes for my food, not happy as the the group & kids had been waiting in the park for me. (Easier to eat at Hyde park with the benches and tables lots of space to move more freely.Not easily accessible for disabled customers . I’m truly disappointed in the customer service received here when telling staff about this, they just giggled not acceptable. Please avoid or be warned…

Guys ..if your chips are dry and been there for quite a while.. simply don't sell them..ppl ain't paying money for trushy fries!
And the floor could be kept more clean...is always dirty
