Brigit's Bakery & Afternoon Tea Bus Tours

We had an excellent time at Brigit’s.  We had 11 people for Afternoon Tea.  They were incredible organized, and had 5 star communication and service.  The Christmas Tea was delicious and the addition of Christmas crackers at the table was a nice touch.  They did an excellent job accommodating the various rotary requirements of the group.  As a group, our students loved the scones, but didn’t love the sandwiches as much.  But I think everyone has different tastes and preferences and that isn’t a reflection on Brigit’s and the quality of food and care they provided to their work.  Would definitely recommend them.

We went for the Grinchmas afternoon tea with Brigit Bakery aboard the London bus which left promptly on time from Victoria Coach Station. From the moment of checking in, the staff were so friendly and helpful (not grumpy at al like the Grinch!!) that we set off on a merry note.
As I am a photo freak, the drivers and staff on board, really helped take some nice photos. And the food was amazing!!
We also had a choice of hot and cold drinks (alcohol must be pre- ordered) and loved the lemon-ginger tea in the cold weather. The guide on board gave us a description of all the important landmarks which was a real bonus!
And in the end we get to sing the Grinch carol!
Despite being adults we enjoyed every bit, something we couldn't do when we were children! So thank you.

Flew into London with my wife before the Christmas holiday. We wanted to do something fun and festive with a tea service and came across this grinch themed bus tour. The staff and food were excellent. My wife has a gluten allergy and they were able to accommodate. JP and his staff did an excellent job of keeping the tour, fun and engaging for all ages. We would definitely recommend this as a fun experience to see the city and also do a tea service.

We booked the afternoon tea experience for two and had a great time!

The bus is super cute. It's a 60 year old bus and while it made the ride a bit bumpy at times, it felt very fitting and special! The tour lasts between 1:20-1:30h

Now to the food: I had been to Brigit's bakery before and the afternoon tea once again delivered! The appearance, taste and texture of all goods was fantastic - both the savory and the sweet!
About halfway through you also get a warm scone with clotted cream and jam.
It's plenty of food and if you don't manage to eat it all during the tour you get a takeaway box.

They serve different teas and coffees and it's unlimited. Due to the bustour being a bit bumpy at times, the tea is served in a to go cup with tea bags. You also get to keep the cool to go cup.

During the drive they play some interesting information on the sights you pass by (Royal Albert Museum, National History Museum, Harrods, Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square etc.) as well as really good music!

They do not have a toilet on board but there are toilets at Victoria Coach Station.

We were visiting London on a trip to Europe in October and this was one of the first things we booked. It was a fantastic experience and we loved Paddington before the high tea bus tour but even more after. It hit all the spots in London from the movies and it was an authentic experience. The tour guide and team were excellent - they couldn’t have made the experience any better.

Spice Bites x Ritchies Bakery

Visited Spice Bite and was really impressed! I ordered the grilled chicken burger meal and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and grilled just right. The burger came with fresh toppings and a soft, toasted bun that held everything together nicely. The fries were crispy, hot, and seasoned to perfection. Great value for money and friendly staff too. Definitely coming back soon!

Tried this place recently and really enjoyed it! The burgers were juicy and fresh, the fries were crispy. The presentation was neat and the service was quick. Great spot for a casual bite - will definitely come again!

The dishes I ordered tasted fresh albeit the mild option seems to be very hot and spicy. When requested some yoghurt to offset the spice the chef perhaps took it personally and said they don’t have any yoghurt at the premises.
The chops in the mixed grill were undercooked, chicken was just ok.

I used to really rate this place, but lately it feels like they just can’t handle the demand anymore. The grilled burger is ridiculously thin – honestly thinner than a biscuit. When you ask for just a single burger, they still bring it out as a full meal, so you end up paying extra because that’s how they prepare it.

We had lunch today and the wings tasted like they’d been reheated from the night before – definitely not fresh. Overall, the quality has gone downhill, which is a shame because they were genuinely good in the beginning.

The reason why I have given this a one star for food is because,  I was really disappointed with the wings, I was expecting average size wings, when I saw these wings on my plate, I was like what they heck are these. These has to be the smallest wings I have ever had in my life, I mean come on were in 2024 who eats small wings now a days, I like my wings chunky and big. The wings from this shop looks like matchsticks. The atmosphere Is nice but the food isn't all that. I got teased by the atmosphere, you would think a nice shop with a good design have good food, not one bit, never get teased by the atmosphere, I've learnt my lesson.

Everything is halal from savouries, to sandwiches to doughnuts. No pork or alcohol is served on premises. And we are certified by the Halal Authority Board.
