I ordered calzone it looked cooked from the outside, but inside it was completely raw as seen in the pics. I rang to complain, the person who claimed to be the manager was very rude and arrogant. He couldn't care less about customer service, and did nothing about the complaint instead just argued endlessly. The funny thing is when you ring them they are three options third one being ring for complaints, why have it if u not going to listen to it anyway. Awful food and customer service. Never again.

The staff are friendly, the place is clean, the food is great and prices very reasonable. First time i visited on a recommendation from a customer i had seen around the corner and will visit again if im ever in the area

Just got my food from them , the food was absolutely delicious, the delivery coudnt be quicker , the staff on the phone was very nice . I have to say these guys do one of the best burgers. Deff will be ordering again soon :)

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Ordered a cheese burger today, which I understand most shops use "plastic cheese", but The Nile have taken "plastic cheese" to another level and given me a burger with the plastic wrapper still on the cheese. How someone could make such an error is beyond me. Was a regular customer, however will no longer be ordering from here ever again. Called to complain, however the "manager" has no interest in knowing, and simply there to make money even if it means giving out dangerous food.

I recently ordered takeaway from this establishment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When placing my order, there was a clear misunderstanding, and I received the wrong items. Upon noticing the error, I immediately called the restaurant to clarify the situation, only to be met with an unwillingness to address the issue professionally. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and working toward a resolution, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite my repeated requests, I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager, and the employee failed to take any responsibility for the mix-up. This lack of accountability and customer service was incredibly frustrating. I understand that mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what truly matters. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I will return in the future. I strongly urge management to reevaluate their approach to customer service and ensure their staff is trained in how to handle such situations with courtesy and professionalism
