The Hart Lounge

Surprisingly enough, it was not as expected!
Drive over an hour, was really expecting something better..
Not the food, nor the drinks.. so the customer service..
Its quite expensive.. so better standards are definitely expected…
Not to mention the venue.. tables are sooo next to each other and if you need to go to the toilets you have to ask the person sitting on the table next to you to give you space!!

Came here on a first date and the hart lounge was lovely. I had the warmest welcome and was escorted from the entrance to my table by a lovely man in a suit and tie. He was very pleasant. It was extremely busy but I could see why as the vibe was really nice. Great decor and staff. Maria served me and she was a delight. So attentive, funny and beautiful. We had Shisha, rum punch & a nice big fruit platter. Me and my date had a lovely time. Would definitely return!

- Great date idea and for yalong pictures
- Food was delicious
- Shisha good quality
- Excellent customer service

Cons:
- Consistent type of music (preferably r&b, hip-pop)

I was very impressed by this place, all staff were soo friendly and really attentive. The food was good. And no restrictions on how many shishas you had to order like other places. Not all of the group smoke shisha so it was very nice that we didn't feel pressured on buying more because our group was more than 2.

What a fantastic evening we had last Friday night.  We went to this place to celebrate my husband's birthday and we are so impressed... Live DJ playing the perfect playlist... the staff are super friendly.. the crowd are good looking and the bar staff truly are so talented the cocktails we ordered were on point every time!!! Definitely 5 star service!!! We definitely arrange another night out soon.
