This is by far my favorite hotel in London. The service is both warm and very attentive. The suites/apartments really feel like a luxurious home away from home. Having a washer/dryer in the room was also a welcome surprise and very helpful. The happy hour at the bar and restaurant are lovely as well. Even during the recent tube strike I could walk to most of my scheduled events. I was sad to leave and look forward to my next visit.

A wonderful luxurious hotel. They do charge 5% for tipping that you can remove on check out. I have mixed feeling on this. One the one hand it takes away the awkwardness of tipping and having to carry cash. However 5% is very high on the overall hotel bill. The hotel is expensive but in line with the quality and location.

Very nice high tea. A bit pricey for what you receive but a nice overall experience and they will bring extras if anything you want. Sandwiches were good to OK. Wish some flavours were a bit stronger...like the horseradish roast beef. Noticed a bit of an inconsistent experience depending on who was serving the table. Overall would do again for people new to London.

Lovely rooms, although some are noisy as you can hear the tube running underneath you. My visit was let down by slow service. Rooms need a little attention in places such as noisy fans, door onto balcony didn’t fully close so could hear people chatting in courtyard. For the price I would expect a little more.
