Embarking on a Turkish culinary odyssey @ruyalondon , nestled in the heart of Mayfair, where each dish unfolds like a symphony of Anatolian flavors, tantalizing the senses and captivating the soul! 🍽✨ From the moment we stepped into the opulent ambiance of Rüya, we knew we were in for an extraordinary dining experience.

Exploring the rich tapestry of Anatolian cuisine, we were enchanted by a plethora of delights that ranged from the melt-in-your-mouth kebabs to the artisanal Black Sea pide, each bite a testament to the culinary artistry of Rüya’s chefs. 💫🇹🇷 As the name suggests, Rüya truly embodies the essence of a dream, offering a gastronomic journey that transcends mere sustenance to become a celebration of life and culture.

Our culinary expedition began with an array of tantalizing starters, including the sumptuous roasted bone marrow paired with slow-cooked beef and velvety hummus that danced on our palates with every bite. 🌟 The İçli Köfte, with its delicate blend of beef and lamb dumplings enveloped in walnut butter and yogurt, was a revelation of flavors that left us yearning for more.

Venturing further into the culinary treasures of Rüya, we were treated to an assortment of oven-baked delights, from the aromatic truffle pide to the freshly baked simit, each imbued with the essence of Anatolian cuisine and crafted to perfection. 🥖🍄

For the main course, we were delighted by the iconic Adana Kebap, a true masterpiece of Turkish gastronomy, and the succulent lamb cutlets that were tender and bursting with flavor. 🍖 And no Turkish feast would be complete without indulging in the divine decadence of baklava and kunefe, sweet treats that transported us to the bustling streets of Istanbul with every mouthful. 🍰✨

But beyond the exquisite cuisine, it was the impeccable service and genuine warmth of the Rüya team that truly elevated our dining experience to new heights. 🌹 Their passion for hospitality and attention to detail ensured that every moment of our evening was nothing short of magical, leaving us with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Today, I went to a Turkish restaurant called Rüya London with my friends. The place had an exceptionally high aesthetic appeal. Every dish was delicious, and the service was great. If you book on weekdays through Fork, you can get a 50% discount, which is quite a deal. ⭐️

The oysters were a bit small, but they tasted great with the tangy and sweet sauce they were served with.

They were juicy, tender, full of charcoal flavour, and bursting with juices. Even the meat on the bones was flavorful.

Their signature dish is a honey pastry that takes 20 minutes to make. Inside, there's stretchy cheese, and it's topped with pistachio ice cream. Although it's a bit sweet, it's really delicious.

The sesame ice cream is also quite tasty, just a tad sweet.

I recently dined at Ruya London and it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing the rich and vibrant flavors of Anatolian cuisine. Each dish was expertly prepared, and the spices and ingredients used were both authentic and fresh, transporting me to the heart of Anatolia with every bite.

While the portions were on the smaller side, the quality of the food more than made up for it. Every plate was beautifully presented, and the attention to detail was evident in both taste and appearance. The intimate portion sizes allowed us to try a variety of dishes, each one a unique culinary delight.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a staff that was both knowledgeable and attentive.

While it’s a bit on the pricier side, the quality of both the food and atmosphere makes it worth the visit. We came last night and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is lovely (especially now with a Xmas touch). The food was amazing, with a special mention for the 24-hour short ribs. We tried a few restaurants in the area and I would say that this one is so far our favorite!
