Staff were excellent and even offered free refills. They had their windows open during the heatwave which was nice and had the shades up for customers enjoying Al Fresco dining. Food was disappointing for the price you pay. Lack of salt in both the burger patties and tenders. We ordered extra hot tenders which had no kick whatsoever because of the lack of salt likely. Fries were salted and crispy. Not worth the price if the food is presented this way.

I ordered a single chicken burger, fries and oreo milkshake, bill was £20 but with 50% off came to £10 plus £2.50 service charge. I visited at 8:30pm on a Tuesday and my food came within 10mins, maybe I was lucky having read other people's reviews of long waiting times. Milkshake was great, huge portion quite standard flavour but still very enjoyable. Fries were cooked well and arrived piping hot. My chicken burger was mild spice and my first bite was just incredible, I was so amazed by the flavour and juciness of the chicken. Very well balanced with the pickles. Immediately started thinking that this burger has gone straight to my number 1 spot in London lol. However as I started eating it more and more, it got less and less exciting and by the end quite frankly too salty and left my tongue feeling icky. Overall, still very happy with my meal and service was on point, the lady at the bar was very attentive. The place is very loud. I will be visiting again to try the jumbo wings and tenders.

Paid a visit to Louie's to try their chicken wings and we were not disappointed! Louie's is situated part of Red Dog Saloon and effectively the same restaurant. Which wasn't a bad thing as they shared the same menu and we were able to order and enjoy the slow cooker BBQ meats on top of the fried chicken. Happy days! We really enjoyed the fried chicken and the BBQ meats were nicely marinated although we expected more of a fall-off-the-bone meat experience. A nice atmosphere with some classic tunes playing in the background.

Ordered via Deliveroo during lockdown to support local businesses. The jumbo 6 piece wings is definitely worth it for the price. The chicken was not as spicy as I would have liked and not crispy by the time it was delivered (nothing an air fryer couldn't fix). The chicken burger wasn't too dry (prob cause thigh piece) and went well with the coleslaw. Def needs extra chilli sauce though. Not worth getting the fry sauce, make your own spicy mayo at home instead.

Food tasted good but man the portion sizes are a joke. Ordered chicken and waffles and it came with 3 tiny and I mean tiny chicken tenders which didn’t even cover half the waffle. I should have asked why it didn’t look like their Instagram pics.. but still can’t believe they served me this with a straight face. After paying more than 30 quid for 2 meals I was really disappointed to be leaving still hungry. This place could easily have been 10/10 if they weren’t so stingy.
