Pali Kitchen Cannon Street

Pali Kitchen is a quick takeaway-style restaurant with very decent flavors. My rice bowl was fresh and well-prepared, but I found the seasoning a little mild possibly because I skipped the sauces to avoid adding extra calories. Without them, the flavors felt like they were tailored to a more subtle, English-friendly palate. That said, I’m open to giving this place another try, this time with their sauces, to see if they elevate the overall flavor profile. For now, it’s a solid three stars, but I’ll happily revisit and update my review if my next experience packs more punch.

We recently visited Pali Kitchen for the first time and decided to try their Veg Samosas. Unfortunately, it was a total letdown. One of the samosas was spoiled and had a foul taste — clearly not fresh. Even worse, the filling was far from what you'd expect in a traditional veg samosa. Instead of vegetables, it was mostly flour mix and what looked like leftover fries. Is this really how samosas are meant to be served? We paid for quality food and were met with disappointment. We’re happy to pay for good food, but please maintain the authenticity and quality of your offerings. A samosa should be flavorful, fresh, and filled with real vegetables — not junk. Hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards.
