We came across it quite by chance and went in and ordered food. The terminals are well-organized and the selection is good. The food was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. We'll definitely come back next time we're in London.

I’ve been to slim chickens many times before and had a good experience. However, today I ordered a salad to take away and there was not 1, not 2 but 3 huge hairs in my salad. Absolutely disgusting, could not eat it and could not complain as I had already left. Will not be eating here again. Thoroughly disappointed.

Hot wings have a good kick to them, takes a while for food to arrive (15 mins for me, it wasn't that busy) but it's cooked fresh so all good. Only one flat wing out of six though and meat didn't pull from the bone, made eating difficult. All round - it's alright.

First time here and loved it. Food came out really quick. I had a wrap and fries meal deal. Great selection of dips

From the moment we walked in, Nermeda (the manager) and her team made us feel welcomed, valued, and well looked after. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly stood out — nothing was too much trouble. We spent £241 during our visit, and every penny felt well spent thanks to the incredible service and the warm atmosphere. It’s rare to come across a team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond — Nermeda and her team are a true testament to the Slim Chickens brand.
