Lamb Kotthu was divine. Service is spectacular. Lamb shank left much to be desired it lacked a depth of flavour and stronger spice profile. Malabar paratha was too flaky, almost to the point that it couldn't be used to scoop curry before disintegrating--either it wasn't freshly prepared or something else.

We had a great dinner experience at Quilon! It is a kind of restaurant where your wish is forseen before you even had it in mind 🤩 Service is just impeccable ! For me as a vegan, I had a really great choice of a various and taisty VEGAN dishes 🙏🌱🥘 and specially I want to mention fried cauliflower, really want to comeback for this again 😋

A good restaurant. Real Michelin Star. The food is delicious. The menu is rich in varieties. The staffs were good in interacting with the diners and suggest appropriate dishes. We ordered okra deep fry, mutton shanks and chicken curry. The dishes are innovative. The gravy part impresses more.

We started with a traditional Indian cocktail, spicy and sweet. Food was presented beautifully, spice level was adjusted as requested and dishes were all outstanding. The service was spot on and you could tell the chef cared about what was cooked, served and presented to his guests. The cauliflower appetizer was fried perfectly without being oily. The fisherman's platter was a lovely assortment of spiced shrimp, halibut, fish cake, and scallop. The Lamb Bryianni was tasty and the salt and pepper prawn was massive and cooked to perfection. We finished with the pistachio cake which was light, flavorful and a nice finish to the meal. Manager and staff were outstanding!
