I visited PizzaExpress and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us impatiently and unwelcomely, giving us little time to look at the menus and rushing our order. The environment was stressful, with constant banging and clanging while cleaning, which made the experience uncomfortable. The food was inedible. The dough balls were undercooked and hard, and the pizza was raw in parts, paper-thin, covered in flour underneath, and extremely cold. The cheese hadn’t melted properly, and the dishes were not suitable for sharing. Even the tap water was uncomfortably warm. I felt physically unwell after eating. We had visited this restaurant several times before, but this experience was hostile, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. Other diners appeared to be treated normally, which made the experience feel particularly deliberate and unfair. Waste of money and time and ruined my bank holiday dining!

I came last Saturday for a takeaway pizza, and the staff were amazing. One member was so helpful in guiding me to choose exactly what I wanted — it was perfect. The level of care was outstanding. While I was waiting for my order, she even brought me a glass of water without me asking, simply because it was warm outside. Such a thoughtful gesture! Really lovely service. Thank you so much for your wonderful work.

Came here for a quick meal before our Tower Bridge tour. Service was great and food was good. Pizza had cheese that stretched which we loved. Portions can be a bit bigger for price, though! Great deal for kids meal.

Pizza Express located just some 100m aways from Londons famous Tower bridge at the Docks, is an amazing italian Restaurant- they have a wide variety of italian Cousine and everything is worth to dry - we visited the Restaurant in the meanrime severaltimes Trier Pizza, pasta, fish all at an exzellent Level, fresh and tasty - the staff is very friendly and do its best to fullfill any wish - the enterior is modern, state of the Art and we really love it - in summary a wonderful italian Restaurant, maybe one of the best in London

Pizza was quite good. I had the mushroom on my friend had the barbecue chicken. Maybe it's a London thing, but I found it odd that they brought me the pizza cutter to do my own pizza cutting. Not that easy on a slippery plate. Calamari was about two star experience. Obviously not fresh, frozen, likely bought from Costco or something. Service was fast and very friendly. Great dining room and a nice location.
