The restaurant was very easy to get to and find. We’ve been to the branch in Stratford many times and enjoy eating there so was hoping for the same experience. I would say that it’s apparent before you enter that it’s not their finest branch. We enjoyed our food for the most part but the food fell short in a number of places. We ordered the chicken wings side and you could tell that they were thrown into a fryer and not cooked that well. I could barely finish one piece. I ordered extra fries (I forgot that they were complimentary with a burger) and found that they were cold. Luckily, the other chips ordered were hot and so I put aside the cold portion. I will note that the staff were professional and attentive. The toilets were filthy unfortunately. A far cry from their other branches. Thankfully the kids didn’t need the toilet! Unfortunately I won’t be attending this branch again.

They are currently running a 50% off burgers DEAL. It will last for 2 more weeks they said. For all that we paid 16,45£. Great Value for money and the burgers were actually very good too! Also, our server Mithun was very helpful and polite. 5 stars! 🧡

I want to give a big compliment to the Indian gentleman working here. He is hardworking, attentive, and always provides excellent customer service. He makes sure everything is done with care and always serves with a friendly smile. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really makes the dining experience so much better. Thank you for your great service!

Barbara was fantastic — super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The burgers were absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and full of flavor. The whole place had a great vibe, and Barbara’s service made it even better. We’ll definitely be back and asking for her again
