We had a b-day party at Pizza Express Greenwich and kids really enjoyed the experience. They have made pizzas as part of school programme but this time it was more personalised they said - being able to choose toppings and to eat their own pizzas right away with drinks and side menu like dough balls. Thank you Itziya for providing kids with the amazing, memorable experience!

I had such a wonderful experience at PizzaExpress! The food was absolutely delicious the pizza was soft, fresh, and full of flavor 🍕😋 The service was outstanding, especially from Costas. He was incredibly kind, polite, respectful, and very patient. Honestly, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to everyone! 🤍✨

The pizza party was awesome! The kids loved making their own pizzas and trying all the toppings. Everything was super easy, fun, and delicious. Lots of laughs, good music, and happy little chefs, can’t ask for more! Totally recommend for any kids’ get-together. Special thanks for Itziar that was an amazing host!

We live locally and hadn’t been to pizza express in over a year because we had such bad service in the past. But today we decided to try it and forgive the staff of the past! That was a mistake! Itziar served us and while she was very nice, she was so bad. It took over an hour for main courses to come and we engaged with many other members of staff to get drinks/order in that time and hardly saw her. Someone else cleaned up the main courses and we sat for another 45 minutes waiting for dessert (children had ordered dessert at the beginning and no one came to ask if adult would like anything or to serve the children’s desserts). At one point, all 7 of us put our hands in the air for 30 seconds to try and attract attention but no staff member saw us! Diners around us were as bemused as we were. Eventually, one of our group, on crutches, got up to find some staff to serve us and even then they just begged us not to leave a review. With such a great location, I imagine the Pizza Express here does a decent trade but it’s very sad for customers how weak the service is. We won’t be back. Japes (a few doors down) does a better pizza, as does Franco Manco, across the road. And Bill’s next door has the best service in the area so I suggest trying anywhere else first!

Amazing food and taste, great customer service from every staff. My celebration went well, it was all perfect.
