Pizza Express Greenwich

I've been to many Pizza Express restaurants and this was no different. Great food, extremely helpful staff, and there's always a discount code somewhere online for Pizza Express so this is a bonus. The restaurant was literally closing and the waitress offered me the desert menu after I had finished my meal. I told her I wanted chocolate ice cream. She mentioned the last of it had finished on the shop floor but she was happy to look in the storage freezers downstairs if they had a new batch. I said its no bother, I can have strawberry.... She asked what's my preference. I said chocolate. She insisted to go down and check as she'd prefer I had my first choice if it was available. There was a fresh batch of chocolate ice cream which she opened just for me as the restaurant was closing. It was so much easier for her to say they were sold out and give me my second choice. It's the little things that make the biggest difference for me, so I was very pleased with this great customer care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
