Hong Kong – Heaven of Food – offers many kinds of cuisine including Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Western to suit different people’s taste. This time, we would introduce you to a SoHo restaurant serving the Middle East cuisine:- (i) Hommos: It is a dip made from mashed chickpeas. It tastes like mashed potato and has an amazing garlicky flavor. Since it is also contains a little dose of lemon juice, its slight hint of sourness will surely trigger your appetite. (ii) Fresh Fig Salad: Fig is an ingredient that cannot be missed if you are having Middle East food. The sweetness of fig nicely balances the saltiness of goat cheese in the salad. No wonder the dish earns Le Souk a Michelin-recommended restaurant. (iii) Lamb Tagine: It is essentially a stew where meat and vegetables are cooked very slowly. The lamb absorbs the seasonings and flavorings from the liquid released during the slow cooking. The meat is so soft and has a distinctive flavor that is simply irresistible. If you are looking for something new and special for your dinner, Le Souk is definitely one of the restaurants on your list.

OMG! We ate and ate and ate. They serve such scrumptious food! The starters are so good. The sardines, the kefta, the fig salad... we would eat first then realise we had forgotten to take the photos.
