After 10 years of delicious street food, Baba G’s have finally opened a sit down restaurant! And we did not regret visiting at all. Our biggest recommendation would be the Pachos (poppadom nachos) which I am definitely recreating at home! The pieces of poppadoms were smothered in a number of delicious chutneys and topped with onions and chillis. I then ordered the Nagha Burger while Naimul got the Lamb Jalfrezi Burger. The Nagha Burger was definitely the winner amongst the two and left us craving more 🤤 The Lamb Jalfrezi could have been a little more juicy, but it was definitely unusual. The masala fries were also really good 👌🏽

Finally reunited with @babagsfood for the SAUCY & flavoursome Paneer Saag burger 🤩🤩 Just look at her!!

Two large pieces of paneer, saag, an onion bhaji, raita, mango chutney & tamarind sauce, between a black seed brioche bun 🍔 Top tip: ask them to hold off on the cabbage because if you bite on an end bit, it’s ruins the taste 👀 

Overall: delicious & messy as hell 😅 Tissues are needed and a fork for when it collapses. Please note that everything on the menu is حلال ☑️

We've ordered them as take away and the food is excellent. They have the best home delivery chips. No idea how they do it but they arrive crispy. Not a single soggy one. And the spicy salt they use is incredible. The 1st time I ordered a double lamb burger and unfortunately even though it tasted very good it was very dry. 2nd time I ordered the pannier one and Oh my God!! Incredible burger. Could not recommend them more.

The reason I’m giving this a 4 and not a 3 is because I might just not enjoy lamb as much as I thought I did.

The lamb burger isn’t that bad. It’s fairly juicy and quite filling. However the spices on the burger I didn’t really enjoy. It doesn’t feel like you’re eating a burger, but rather something else entirely.

The loaded fries were nice and crispy, chicken on top was kind of dry.

Overall - it’s a nice little halal food shack in the middle of that Brixton pop up area. Would I go again? Not really.

It's small stall in Brixton Village area and they deliver! Used them for 2good2go service and was given great portion.

I had Crazy Lamb burger and chips. Burger was juicy and fresh, never had lamb burger before, meat could have used a bit more spices but overall was very good, great sauce too.

Chips were excellent, not soggy and all, all of them crunchy. Give them a try, they deserve it.

Went on a quiet rainy Sunday afternoon in November and they were one of the very few that were open. Staff were friendly and good was good. Had the double naga burger and masala fries. Burger was great. Fries were average.

Nice food but small portions. £4 for these chips. The menu picture has them actually cooked (!) and in a much larger portion. False advertising. The chips were floppy - not hard to follow the recipe and cook them for the right amount of time. Disappointed
