Bland and underwhelming. We were very excited to come to this restaurant as the last time we ate at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant was 10 years ago in Atlantic city , USA and the food was very flavourful; however, this bar and grill was the complete opposite. The fish and chips presentation was great, but the fish and batter were barely seasoned. We had to ask for salt just to try and pull some flavours out. The beef Wellington for 2 was very underwhelming as the meat had no depth of flavour, the sear was anemic at best, and the mushrooms purée were one-dimensional and also bland. The Mac and cheese was dreadful and subpar to the one I had in borough market; the macaroni was mushy and bland, the cheese was also just milky instead of cheesy. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place for flavours that will leave a lasting impression. Would not go back since I feel that I, personally, can cook better than this meal. Total cost 167£

The Beef Wellington Experience was amazing as one would expect from a Ramsey restaurant. The service was fantastic in a casual elevated pub atmosphere as a bar & grill. The portions are right and you won't go home hungry. The chocolate sundae in a chocolate cup was a nice way to finish the evening.

We had the Fillet and the Sirloin Steak. The taste was really underwhelming especially for the prices. It was mediocre at best. The sides were good though. For dessert we had the sticky toffee Pudding and the new york Cheese cake. The sticky toffee pudding was good. The Cheesecake was not good, it was tasteless. The service and the atmosphere were good. The bathrooms were pretty dirty. I would not go here again because it was way too expensive for the quality of the food.

Got gifted a voucher to try the 3 course meal here. I didn’t set my expectations high but I was still disappointed. We ordered smoked salmon and chicken wings for appetizer. Smoked salmon was salty, chicken wings were delicious but very messy to eat. Steak as main dish was chewy and had the ugliest presentation. One of the piece was cooked (I wanted medium rare). Dessert was good. Appetizers came quickly but other dish took forever, even getting the bills took a long time when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all (inside tables were empty). They also charged £5/bottle of water and 15% for tips. The servers were nice but they should to be more attentive and provide better services to deserve good tips. Overall, not a good experience for me. Maybe foods from normal menu (not voucher) would be better
