"Sticky licky BBQ Beef short Ribs" / £15 from @guanabana_restaurant a fully halal restaurant in Camden .

Soft and tender BBQ Beef ribs that feel off the bone with minimal effort. The flavour was a little mild and subtle. There's not many places that do short ribs, there's Beef and Birds, Meat Co and Meat and Shake, do you know any other places? Please comment below so I can review them. .

All food is halal, no alcohol is served however customers are allowed to bring their own alcohol, which personally I find more obvious and off putting than restaurants that serve alcohol, because customers bring in loads of beer cans and wine bottles. .

I visited on Friday night, it was very busy, I was also given a few other menu items to try like the gravy train burger and the ox tail curry.. However I didn't really like the food. Really lacked flavour and authentic spice. My meal was complimentary.

@guanabana_restaurant The Island Roast was a nice alternative to a standard Sunday Roast, the meat was a little chewy but had subtle kicks of flavour. The vegetables were definitely the highlight, super crispy and charred. However the gravy was slightly watery for our liking.

The jerk chicken would have been nice with more sauce as it was slightly dry, but we enjoyed the smokey flavour and the Mac & Cheese was perfect, super cheesy and creamy.

Food is decent, portion size is good nothing special. Price wise very expensive for the food quality and quantity. I would not recommend the nachos unless you like mince in floating oil. Would i recommend? NO. I really wanted to recommend too as it was good place but price and quality wasn't comparable. Very nice hosts

Amazing. The food was good all round from start to finish. Surroundings was very nice so felt comfortable eating here. I would definitely recommend the steaks here along with a nice chilling mojito drink. The staff are very welcoming and polite. Will be coming here again to enjoy this food.

We only went in there because Bin Tang was too busy.

Service was great.

All dishes were recommended to us by waiter, and we wasn't disappointed.

Jerk chicken with the white sauce is peng!! Highly recommend even if you don't like garlic. ;) Lovely staff who gave me a treat after finding out it was my birthday. So pleased! Thank you, moimoi. 😊😊😊😊
