First Taste of the Legend: Exceptional Service and PERi-PERi Chicken at Nando's Bayswater ​Having walked past the perpetually busy Nando's in Bayswater countless times, we finally decided to stop in today. Known for its legendary flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken—an Afro-Portuguese inspired favorite born in South Africa—the hype around this place is well-deserved. ​The atmosphere was lively, but the experience was flawless, thanks entirely to the staff. The service was truly exceptional, with the team being incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walked in. ​The food presentation added to the lively, Afro-Portuguese theme, as all of our dishes were served on colorful plates. We started with the Halloumi Sticks, which were perfectly grilled. We then shared a main spread of succulent chicken thighs, perfectly flame-grilled and coated in the iconic PERi-PERi sauce. The sides complemented the chicken perfectly—the fries were crisp, and the macaroni and cheese was a satisfying comfort. ​Overall, Nando's Bayswater lives up to its busy reputation. The combination of its delicious, unique flavor profile and the genuinely exceptional service ensures we'll be back for more soon.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, made truly exceptional by our server, Blosom. She was always smiling, incredibly kind, energetic, and very attentive. Her professional approach, combined with a genuine willingness to help and offer advice, made us feel very welcome. We honestly haven’t experienced such outstanding service in a long time. Thank you very much for making our visit so memorable.

Great spot in Bayswater for a peri peri fix! The chicken was cooked with that perfect Nando’s kick. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, which added to the experience. Atmosphere is lively and the location is very convenient. Only downside was that service got a bit slow when it was busy, and it is quite a small space so there may be a long wait also when my food arrived, it was just warm. It wasn’t that hot adventurous taste. Still, overall a very solid Nando’s would definitely come back!

This place is busy! And you can tell why. Great food. I came for dinner and it took thirty minutes from the time I entered to when I was eating my food. It wasn't piping hot when it came out but it was still great. For sure an amazing staple in London.

Our hostess was very nice ! We are Spanish so she was even trying to speak a little bit of Spanish with us ! The food was nice, i feel like the prices were good considering how expensive is London, overall a good experience! If u want your tummy to be full but you dont want your wallet to be empty i would recommend the butterfly chicken i think it was called, very filling and tasty !
