Ordered the AB Traditional and we thought the chicken didn't have enough flavour/seasoning and not enough maple syrup could hardly taste it. Also ordered the chilli chocolate wafflewich which unfortunately just "didn't work" in my opinion, couldn't taste any chilli. On the plus nice portion sizes, the wings are decent and 50% off on Mondays.

Service Good with a smile amended our orders and was always on time. Provide halal food on request. Just make sure you order wings and chicken on the bone in advanced as they don't do that readily Halal. The breast is always halal however. Atmosphere Lovely and lively but this evening the music was about too loud with the live band. It's cool place to chill but forget about talking if your near the band! Food Tasted pretty good and looks great for the 'gram Overall It was alright had a good time, the waiting staff were really polite and attentive!

Due to lockdowns/ pandemic (you know the rest), I hadn't visited this fred chicken restaurant for a few years. Booked as a birthday treat, we booked in advance to make sure that we could get a table for the time we needed. All the standard covid prevention strategies were in place (masks/ dividers/hand sanitizer/ social distancing) which made us feel a lot more comfortable. The service was good and they took the drinks order in a timely manner and at no point during the evening did we feel rushed. We ordered the Korean BBQ burger, Nashville Hot wings, 9 chicken tenders and a buffalo chicken burger with assorted fries and sides. The meal was tasty and even though my burger was fried it didn't taste greasy. Cocktails were OK but the Chicken Rum didn't taste as flavourful as I remember (not sure if that's my palate or a change in the drink - still drank it though ;-) ) We finished of the evening with some Churros with chocolate sauce which hit the right spot. All in all a good experience but that may have been due to us being happy to get out of the house for an evening.

Okay service but subpar food. Waffles are not great (too eggy), chicken is average (kinda dry, not as good as KFC but not terrible). Restaurant is nicely decorated with good ambiance but wouldn't come here again, price with EOTHO discount was about right but full price is not worth it, not to mention the rip off extra service charge sneakily added onto bill (unfortunately becoming more commonplace).

Update: Absurd provided a discount voucher for the mistake. £15 for this on UberEats. Just way too expensive. The food is generally ok, but they don't take the same care on delivery orders. I think food sometimes gets left around for a while before it's collected. The portions are always small though. They used to do an offer for 12 strips of chicken, but that's gone. And both 3 and 6 strip boxes only come with 1 sauce. This time I ordered a large portion and received a small. The chicken was dry and chewy, the potato was wet and soggy.
