Waiters were polite and pleasant. Waffles were good. Fried chicken pieces and wings didn't have much flavour. Gravy was watery. Rum cocktail wasn't great. Manager came across as rude to our group. Booked for 90 min, but told we could only have 1 hour when we arrived, unless we sat at a one row table where we could not face each other and talk. Not apologetic. When we complained that we had made a booking for 90 min, manager told us it was our fault for not accepting the bench table. Once seated we were not told how to order. After waiting for a while, eventually worked out that we had to use an app. One order came out with 2 dips incorrect and another order had a dip missing.

Ordered for delivery The Korean chicken burger. Food comes nicely presented in their own box. The burger was amazing. Full of flavour and a decent size. Definitely will try them again!

From reviews people said this place is amazing but honestly it's average. - Inside the well decorated - good customer service - didn't have to wait for long for the food - food was okay but nothing exciting - waffle was fresh, chicken was crispy but not much flavour - for burger, the chicken piece is the same as on the waffle but the bun is horrible, could be better if toasted - wings are soggy, and the sauces on it was average - Mac and cheese is very cheesy and taste very peppery and that's it Check out full review on you tube jeanwongofficial
