Beit el Zaytoun

I was really disappointed with the service during my visit. We arrived about 15 minutes early, and the waiter seated us at a temporary table because the floor in the area we wanted (with the view) was still drying. I made it clear that we wanted our food served at the table with the view, and he agreed.

When the food arrived, he insisted we stay at the temporary table, even though the floor was already dry — I checked it myself. We moved our food to the other table, and the waiter clearly wasn’t happy about it. We came from far away specifically for the view, so this was frustrating.

What made the experience even worse was the lack of basic service. He didn’t bring plates, napkins, or cutlery with the food. My mom had to get up to grab a napkin herself, and only then did he say he would bring some to the table. The attitude felt rude and unprofessional from start to finish.

To top it all off, they added a 10% service charge — for service that was honestly below zero. The view was the only positive part of the visit, but the service completely overshadowed it. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for decent Lebanese food.

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant for my friends baby shower today and it was incredible! The restaurant is so aesthetically please I visited on a gloomy day and the restaurant still bought the bright vibes I can only imagine how stunning this place is on a sunny day! The restaurant is very clean and the staff are incredibly polite the service was very pleasing they were kind attentive and very polite. Now for the food I literally couldn’t fault it I don’t know the names of the foods but the garlic potato’s and the fattoush tasted like they were from heaven everything was so warm and fresh and tasted delicious!! Can’t wait to revisit with friends and family again you won’t be dissapointed coming here! Thank you for such an amazing time and looking after us.

What an absolutely magical evening! We hosted our engagement party at Beit el Zaytoun and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful interiors and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The food was nothing short of spectacular - every single Lebanese dish was authentic, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. Our guests are still raving about the incredible spread and how everything tasted like it came straight from Lebanon. The quality and presentation were outstanding.

But what truly made our night unforgettable was Nadine, our event manager. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Nadine went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for making our celebration special was evident in everything she did. She anticipated our needs, handled everything seamlessly, and made us feel like we were her only priority that evening.

The indoor/outdoor seating created the perfect ambiance for our celebration, and the service throughout the evening was impeccable. Every member of the staff was attentive and friendly.

We cannot thank the entire team at Beit el Zaytoun enough for making our engagement party such a memorable and beautiful experience. This restaurant is truly a gem, and we'll definitely be back for future celebrations!

I’ve been here a few times, and it always delivers a warm and authentic Lebanese experience. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace offering a nice view. The décor, music, and overall vibes really capture Lebanon…it feels like home away from home. Service is excellent; the staff are friendly, quick, engaging, and professional.

On my last visit, I tried the chicken shawarma Tabliye and the grilled chicken Tabliye, along with tabbouleh, cheese rolls, fresh juices, and ended with sticky toffee cake and ice cream. I also had shisha.

The grilled chicken Tabliye was outstanding! It was perfectly balanced with that delicious charcoal-grilled aftertaste. The shawarma was okay but a little dry, and unfortunately the tabbouleh was disappointing: too dry, lacking lemon and oil, and served in a small portion. The cheese rolls were tasty, the sticky toffee cake was better than expected, and the shisha was decent, though not the best out there.

Overall, it’s a great spot to pass by for authentic Lebanese food, good vibes, and even live entertainment on some nights. Prices are on the higher side, but the experience and atmosphere make it worth considering.

The breakfast was really nice with generous portions. My favorite was definitely the halloumi, which stood out the most. The seating area is also very pleasant, making it a great place to enjoy a meal.
