Food: Our favourite item was definitely the Honey and Sesame Wings, which were deliciously sweet and sticky. The Eat My Thigh Burger was also amazingly good and so was the Jerk Chicken Burger (which had a great kick to it) 🤤. The Southern Fried Chicken Wings were good, but the Mac’n’Cheese was a little less creamier than what we expected.
Service: Fantastic. One of the staff even came and asked us what they could improve on so we were able to tell them our opinion on the Mac’n’Cheese 👍🏽

Who doesn’t love a good fried chicken wing, what about some seriously upgraded wings? Some time ago I checked out @wingshackco.⁣

A lot of times unexpected dishes steal the show, and over here these were the ‘Special Jerk Salad’ & ‘Loaded Fries’. The ‘Special Jerk Salad’ was one of the most interesting salads I’ve had, I really liked the plantain & sauce on it. And the ‘Loaded Fries’ were also really different, not your basic ones, they had blue cheese sauce, I generally don’t like blue cheese but this sauce was fantastic & the Jarv’s tangy buffalo was a great topping.⁣

Out of their wings I’d recommend their Buffalo & ‘Jerk Wings’ they hit the right notes of sweet, salty & jerk chicken, not to mention the plantains were a great addition. I got the ‘Eat My Thighs’ & ‘Jerk Burger’, both were really nice, great flavours, crispy, juicy & unique. I’d recommend them. I didn’t try their beef burgers though so I can’t commit on them.⁣

I was really disappointed today with my experience of the so called wing shack, been to wing shack many times before but haven’t been in the last year. Done my usual placed an order on line for pick up. Parked up in the car park walked around the corner to find the shop was closed, phoned the shops number and some one answered and I asked why the shop was closed. They said they had relocated to 247 high road Loughton me not thinking nothing of it walked to the shop maybe thinking they had just re located, when I got to the address it was not wing shack it was a shop called tz peri peri. I asked where wing shack was and they replied with they are working in the back kitchen of are shop which I fort was a bit strange, I asked to see one of the chiefs and they said this is not possible. When they passed me my order I checked the food to my disgust I knew straight away this was not wing shack standards. Straight away I asked again to speak to wing shack staff and they refused. I then asked for a refund because what they passed me of as food I wouldn’t feed my dog. I would avoid ordering any food on the wing shack website because you will have the same experience as me, because they are still charging the same money for a higher standard of food when that is not the case. Avoid at all costs !!!! I contacted my bank so they could cancel the pending transaction and all so have been advised to contact trans union. Staff are very rude and very unprofessional

I recently ordered the Jarvs boneless tangy buffalo and I was very disappointed by the order. The food shown in the actual image looks nothing like the one I received.
It tasted absolutely bland and ngl, it actually felt like the shop just took mc donalds nuggets, cut them up and poured the least amount of sauce possible.
It's my first time ordering from here for my birthday and I have never been more disappointed. I won't recommend this store.

Cane in at the last hour of service, shop wasn't too busy so got a booth syrsight away menu is small and simple and we got different types of wings and burger and wrap. Food was tasty and decent portion and the price wasn't too bad. Service from the two waitresses was good and was Efficient and quick, will definitely come again

Really disappointed. Google said this restaurant was open, so we drove 30 minutes to get there. When we arrived, it was closed. Please fix your hours online!! no one wants to waste their time and fuel just to find out the place isn’t even open. (edit) What makes it worse is the way you respond to complaints. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, you blame customers for the misunderstanding. That attitude says a lot about how you deal with people. I’m glad I didn’t get to eat here, because if this is how you treat complaints, I can only imagine how you treat customers in person. Definitely deserves 1⭐️

Haven’t ordered from Wingstop in a long time but always used to love it so was really looking forward to it. Was extremely disappointed- Ordered the Cali loaded fries which were a congealed, bland mess. The honey & sesame wings sauce tastes like a completely different recipe- has a very strange, strong, bitter taste- not of honey at all. The buffalo boneless bites were dry and the chicken was chewy- couldn’t even eat this. The Korean tenders were the only thing that was okay but even those were average. Wish I read the other reviews before ordering. Such a shame but will not be returning again.
