Great Experience, the staff are ever so polite. Excellent approach from the moment you enter, very friendly. The steak 🥩 was great, presentation is excellent. We tried the 24k gold blue beef burgers, 24k gold steak, Elvet Treasure Box with a surprise drink 🍹 was overwhelming. Complimentary Dessert after the meal. All staff were great can’t remember all the names, I can remember Sultan was like a personal service. Thank you

Steak was really good & it’s a nice place to visit if you don’t mind spending money and want to treat yourself. They also have a good gluten free menu which is unfortunately not common for most halal restaurants. Drinks were good too. Lamp chops were a bit disappointing but everything else was tasty. As for the not so great stuff, I received a reservation confirmation from them via email but they then tried to call me a few times to take a deposit. I had missed these calls and when I eventually called back they said they needed a deposit to secure the table, but I was under the impression from the email I received that it was confirmed. Maybe they should request a deposit through the email and make it clearer that it isn’t confirmed until a deposit is paid because this is slightly misleading. Also the music was quite loud and it was hard for the waiter to hear what we were asking him. He was confused about gluten free options as the menu had changed recently but staff should be aware of allergens regardless of when or how often the menu changes. Overall a good experience and great to have a fully halal restaurant with this level of quality.

Absolutely Excellent customer service. Very attentive towards everyone of us. We were all pleasantly surprised at the tenderness in the meat and clean presentation. With the beautifully done decor area to take pictures, bubbly stuff and food that rlly speaks for itself - they’ve definitely ticked all my boxes. Will definitely come again when I want to experience Halal fine dining with my special someone.
